Several factors influence the employee's personality including psycho-social factors. Previously studies have conducted to investigate the influence of Big-5 traits which impact employee's performance. This study investigated the influence of Big-5 on the employee's performance. The study used a cross-sectional survey a 5-point Likert scale was distributed among 163 samples selected randomly. The findings report a significant relationship between the predictors and a criterion variable. The study points those two predictors i.e., openness to experience and emotional control predict 57% variance in criterion variable as compared to the extravert, agreeableness, and conscientiousness. This study concludes that teacher's centric policies and mechanisms enhance employee trust and confidence and it overcomes the apprehensions, as result, they perform better and contribute more towards the promotion of education and research in higher educational instiutions. Purpose: In this paper, we investigate two research queries pertaining to the success of small family business succession. First, we examine how the Big-5 personality traits of descendant entrepreneurs influence the success of their family business succession. Second, we investigate whether descendant entrepreneurs whose personality traits are congruent with the values of their family business, would lead to the success of their family business succession, through the mediating role of descendant entrepreneur-family business value congruence (DE-FBVC)., Methodology: We rely on the person-organization fit theory for our conceptual framework and we collected primary data from 124 respondents designated as chairman and managing directors in small family businesses., Results: Our results show that a descendant entrepreneur's openness, extroversion, conscientiousness, and agreeableness traits are likely to lead to successful family business succession, but a descendant entrepreneur with neuroticism trait is unlikely to do so. In addition, our results reveal that the DE-FBVC mediates the relationship between openness and extroversion traits with succession success positively, but between neuroticism trait and succession success negatively. While research has linked social media phishing susceptibility to individual Facebook habits, the underlying process by which habits lead to victimization and the extent to which it explains e-mail-based phishing remains unclear. The study compared the antecedents and consequences of e-mail habits and cognitive processing on the outcome of a simulated phishing attack. E-mail habits were rooted in stable personality dimensions of conscientiousness and emotional stability, while cognitive processing was premised on contextual information adequacy considerations. Interestingly, habits and processing jointly influenced the outcome of the attack: Systematic processing attenuated phishing susceptibility by a small factor; the cumulative effects of heuristic processing and e-mail habits, however, caused a fourfold increase in likely victimization, overwhelming any advantage from detailed processing.
