Abstract This study aimed to understand the knowledge, application, and perspective of B. Pharm students regarding artificial intelligence (AI) tools. This study used a quantitative cross-sectional observational design, and data were collected using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed among B. Pharm students in India, and 305 participants were included in the study. The results of the study showed that the majority of participants were female, and the mean age of the participants was 20.51 years. The study also found that the participants had limited knowledge of AI and its applications in pharmacy education. Only 34.6% of participants attempted to integrate AI tools into their academic activities. The most commonly used integrated tools were ChatGPT (42.2%) and Google Bard (Gemini) (30.8%). The survey strongly indicated the inclination of the pharmacy student community towards generative AI tools for academic purposes. However, the participants showed positive attitudes towards the use of AI in pharmacy education and believed that it would improve the quality of their education. A significant majority (82.3%) of respondents express interest in attending workshops or training sessions to enhance their knowledge about AI, The study concluded that there is a need for educators and technology creators to develop strategies to integrate AI into pharmacy education to improve the learning experience of students.

Sustainable banking is a banking model that integrates environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria into its operations and decision-making processes. It is focused on promoting sustainable development by considering the long-term impact of its activities on society, the economy and the environment. During the beginning of 80’s, the extensive literatures on sustainable banking were unproductive and this issue continues to the end of 2000’s. Based on this situation, the researchers used Bibliometric analysis of various literatures of about 719 studies which includes articles, reviews, conference papers, book chapters from Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) categories during the period 2000–2021. About 2324 studies were identified from the database. To undergo the research, we acknowledged the main domains which are closely related to sustainable banking from its evolution. The main domains such as corporate social responsibility, banking sector, economic growth, ethical banking, financial stability, green banking, sustainable finance, banking industry, banking system, micro finance and banking regulations. Further we mapped with this into VOS Viewer and analysed how these domains can contribute to sustainability in the banking sector. It is found that, several climatic risks are faced by the banking sector all over the world and hence, the financial sector must make necessary alterations to environmentally friendly strategies to climate sensitive sectors. Sustainability is still under a question mark in the banking sector as several advancements are being introduced not only in technology but also in physical appearance day by day. The marketed formulations of Mefenamic Acid (MA) used for the treatment of fever in the paediatric population are reported to have several drawbacks. This study aimed to develop and evaluate the mefenamic acid-loaded oral dispersible films which may be a better alternative than the existing formulations. The solubility of mefenamic acid was enhanced by forming inclusion complexes with ß cyclodextrin. The best ratio for the mefenamic acid-ß cyclodextrin inclusion complex, 1:0.5 was selected based on the drug content and in vitro drug release. Fourier transform Infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy analysis was performed on the complex. The oral dispersible films were developed by solvent casting method and evaluated for parameters such as average weight, thickness, pH, folding endurance, percentage moisture uptake and loss, drug content, in vitro disintegration time and drug release. The statistical analysis of the data suggested that oral dispersible films with 4% w/v of crospovidone (coded P3) as the best. Drug content (95.46±0.93%), disintegration time (28.6±2.0 s), cumulative percentage drug release (97.41±0.68% in 180 s), and all other investigated parameters of P3 were well within the acceptable limit. The in vitro dissolution profile of P3 showed no significant difference from the marketed mefenamic acid suspension and has a good stability profile at in-house testing conditions. The data obtained from this investigation revealed that mefenamic acid oral dispersible films could act as an excellent alternative to existing marketed paediatric formulations. Background: Bladder cancer is one of the most prevalent malignancies of the genitourinary system, comprising 4% of all malignancies. Urinary bladder cancer is considered one of the most common malignancies worldwide with an incidence of 18.5 per 100,000 males and 5.7 per 100,000 females .Approximately 25% of newly diagnosed bladder carcinoma patients present with aggressive muscle-invasive disease. Objectives and Aim: To elaborate the role of dynamic contrast-enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging in staging of bladder cancer. Materials and Methods: Our study taken place in the Department of Radio diagnosis, Azeezia Institute of Medical Sciences, Meeyannoor, PO, Kollam, Kerala, India. A total number of 62 cases of histopathology proved urinary bladder cancer were referred for MRI scanning, aiming for T-staging of bladder cancer. Both T1 and T2-weighted turbo spin echo images were obtained, followed by noncontrast enhanced T1-spoiled gradient weighted image, and then fast dynamic gadolinium enhanced T1- spoiled gradient weighted imaging. Contrast enhanced studies were performed with intravenous administration of gadopentetate dimeglumine (Gd-DTPA) (Magnevist) (0.1mmol/kg) followed immediately by 20 ml of IV saline flush injection. Enhanced images were initiated 10 seconds after the start of contrast injection and images were repeatedly acquired four times each 16 seconds at the same sections. Observations and Results: The final pathologic staging revealed 25 patients with stage T1, 8 patients with stage T2, 19 patients with stage T3, and 10 patients with stage T4. The MRI dynamic contrast enhanced study shows correct results in 52 cases of 62 patients 83.1%, over-staged in 7 cases of 62 patients 11.8%, under-staged were 3 cases of 62 patients 5.1% . Sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV and accuracy were 81.46%, 94.53%, 79.59%, 94.25% and 91.53%, respectively. Conclusion: In this study, despite small differences between the results of the MRI and pathology, DCEMRI was found to be an accurate modality for assessment of T staging, and its routine use in bladder cancer staging gives significant improvement of diagnostic accuracy of the staging and in treatment planning, thereby improving the prognosis of patients and their survival rates. Furthermore, the use of MRI systems with higher magnetic field and imaging techniques standardized with higher resolution could further enhance the accuracy of the method. Fast dynamic gadolinium enhanced MRI images appear to provide useful information for evaluating T-stage in patients with bladder cancer with 91.53% staging accuracy for fast dynamic gadolinium enhanced T1WI. It is particularly useful for differentiating T1-stage or lower tumors from T2-stage or higher tumors. So, contrast enhanced MRI images could be a useful adjunct to preoperative evaluation. There has been a boom in information sector in the 21st century and the sector is heavily infused with technical innovations. These results in a multitude of possibilities that can help accomplish the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) if used wisely. The study's major objective is to derive conclusions about the relevance of the Internet of Things in carrying out the global goal of sustainable development. For this purpose, an online survey was undertaken among 250 respondents comprising of industry experts, researchers, and academicians of Central Universities in India. The primary objective of the study is to trace out the gaps, muddles, and roadblocks in achieving the goals of SDGs. The majority of the respondents firmly believe that Green IoT can be a crucial game-changer in achieving goals of SDG. Crucial areas where these technologies can bring about a massive change include productive and optimum utilization of raw materials along with preserving natural resources and reducing the emission of greenhouse gases and other waste. A sustainable environment is in need of planned and organized usage of IoT and G-IoT concepts which can significantly transform traditional development into sustainable development. Developing goods and services for enhancing renewable energy sources, energy-conserving computing and modulation of power sources, green metrics, assessment tools, and methodologies assist this process. This investigation mainly focused on the ability of polymer to release the Bisoprolol fumarate in a controlled pre determined manner. The polymers selected for the investigation include chitosan. HPMC, and sodium CMC. The polymers were selected on the basis of their property. The muco adhesive buccal patches were prepared by solvent casting method with appropriate modification. The prepared patches were subjected to physical evaluations, invitro diffusion study, and stability study. The result obtained was satisfactory with all the formulation, but, the patches prepared with 2% chitosan showed a better invitro diffusion result as it can diffuse 96% of drug within 12 hour of the therapy. The result of physical evaluation and stability study indicating that the Bisoprolol buccal patches with 2% chitosan could effectively treat the possible anginal attack and hypertension. Drug delivery through the skin improves solubility, bioavailability, and unwanted systemic side effects of the drug. The selection of a suitable carrier is a challenging process. The conventional lipid vesicles have some limitations. They deliver the drug in the stratum corneum and have poor colloidal stability. Here comes the need for ultra-deformable lipid vesicles to provide the drug beyond the stratum corneum. Transethosomes are novel ultra-deformable vesicles that can deliver drugs into deeper tissues. The composition of transethosomes includes phospholipid, ethanol and surfactants. Each ingredient has a pivotal role in the properties of the carrier. This review covers the design, preparation method, characterisation, and characteristics of the novel vesicle. The control of mosquito breeding is an essential step towards the reduction of vector-borne disease outbreaks. Synthetic larvicidal agents produce resistance in vectors and cause safety concerns in humans, animals and aquatic species. The drawback of synthetic larvicides opened a new avenue for natural larvicidal agents, but poor dosage accuracy, need for frequent applications, low stability and sustainability are the major challenges with them. Hence, this investigation aimed to overcome those drawbacks by developing bilayer tablets loaded with neem oil to prevent mosquito breeding in stagnant water. The optimised batch of neem oil-bilayer tablets (ONBT) had 65%w/w hydroxypropyl methylcellulose K100M and 80%w/w ethylcellulose in its composition. After the completion of 4th week, 91.98 ± 0.871% azadirachtin was released from the ONBT, which was followed by a subsequent drop in the in vitro release. ONBT reported long-term larvicidal efficacy (>75%) and a good deterrent effect which was better than neem oil-based marketed products. The acute toxicity study on a non-target fish model (Poecilia reticulata), OECD Test No.203 confirmed the safety of the ONBT on non-target aquatic species. The accelerated stability studies predicted a good stability profile for the ONBT. The neem oil-based bilayer tablets can be used as an effective tool for the control of vector-borne diseases in society. Vascular malformations are rare congenital vascular anomalies composed of inappropriately connected vasculature. They are usually present at birth, are progressive, infiltrative and require intervention. Vascular malformations need to be differentiated from haemangiomas which are congenital vascular neoplasms. We present a case of vascular malformation in a 6-year old child who presented with a progressive swelling in the neck and was treated by surgical excision. This case is being presented because of its peculiar clinical presentation.
