The rich traditional culture is an inexhaustible treasure trove of resources for the brand operation of the modern tourism industry. This paper proposes an improved method for the LDA model of text big data mining, optimizing the topic representation of LDA by introducing the Topic2Vec model, optimizing the probability calculation of generated words by combining the original Dilley distribution and Bernoulli distribution and optimizing the assignment of topic words in the Gibbs adoption process of LDA model with the help of likelihood function. Then, the big data of tourism brand design text, promotion, and cultural products are mined and analyzed based on the improved LFV-LDA model. In the design of tourism brands focusing on traditional culture, the frequency of the keyword “pattern” was the highest, accounting for 8.20%. In brand promotion, the most distributed channel from 2017 to 2021 was a live broadcast, and the growth rate in 2020 and 2021 reached 22.71% and 36.29%. Regarding traditional cultural and creative products, tourism cultural and creative products have maintained a high growth momentum from 2012 to 2021, with an average annual growth rate of 154.25%. Based on the analysis of big data, it can guide the operation of tourism industry brands in all aspects, such as design, promotion, and landing, and give full play to the value connotation of traditional culture.

BACKGROUND: Xianju wheat paste, a traditional condiment in Hubei Province, China, possesses nutritional value and a distinctive taste profile. Nevertheless, there remains a dearth of comprehensive comprehension regarding the intricate interplay between the microbial population and its nutritional profile in Xianju wheat paste. RESULTS: It was determined that Xianju wheat paste harbors predominant microbial genera such as Bacillus, Staphylococcus and Aspergillus. The findings from high‐throughput sequencing analysis revealed the presence of 11 bacterial genera in Xianju wheat paste, with relative abundances exceeding 1%. These genera included Bacillus, Staphylococcus, Brevibacterium, Lactobacillus, Allorhizobium‐Neorhizobium‐Pararhizobium‐Rhizobium, Enterobacteriaceae, Pantoea, Brachybacterium, Klebsiella, Escherichia‐Shigella and Ochrobactrum. Furthermore, six fungal genera were identified with relative abundances greater than 1%, specifically Aspergillus, Zygosaccharomyces, Cutaneotrichosporon, Candida, Millerozyma and Rhizopus. The correlation analysis indicated a significant impact of the microbial community and nutritional flavor on the second phase of fermentation in Xianju wheat paste. The predominant bacterium Bacillus in Xianju wheat paste facilitated the production of free amino acids, whereas Staphylococcus exhibited a negative correlation with free amino acid levels. The quantity of volatile compounds in Xianju wheat paste progressively increased during fermentation, with the presence of typical aroma compounds 4‐vinyl‐2‐methoxyphenol significantly associated with Bacillus. This indicated Bacillus notably enhanced the production of aromatic substances. Furthermore, a strong correlation was observed between Staphylococcus and the 18 volatile organic compounds, highlighting their substantial contribution to these aroma compounds. CONCLUSION: This research indicates that the presence of microbial communities significantly contributes to the development of the nutritional flavor profile in Xianju wheat paste. © 2024 Society of Chemical Industry. Purpose: To explore the effects of recombinant human growth hormone (r-hGH) on inflammatory mediators, immune cells and prognosis in severe neurosurgical patients. Methods: From August 2020 to June 2021, a total of 236 patients who admitted to the neurosurgical intensive care unit (NSICU) were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into GH group (97 cases) and nGH group (139 cases) according to whether they received r-hGH treatment. Parameters including CD4+ T cell counts, inflammatory mediators and prognosis were recorded and assessed. Results: The results showed that the cure time of pneumonia and intracranial infection in GH group patients was significantly shorter than in the nGH group (24.25 ± 4.89 days and 21.33 ± 1.53 days versus 29.13 ± 7.43 days and 25.17 ± 2.32 days, respectively). However, there was no significant difference in GOS scores between two groups (31.96% ≤ 3 and 68.04% > 3 vs 39.57% ≤ 3 and 60.43% > 3) (P = 0.232). Furthermore, the number of CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells in the GH group showed a significant upward trend. Last but not least, significant differences were also observed in IL-6 and IL-10 levels between two groups at days 1, 3, and 7. Conclusion: The application of r-hGH in severe neurosurgical patients was effective in increasing the number of CD4+ T cells, down-regulating inflammatory mediators, shortening the cure time of pneumonia, intracranial infections and urinary tract infections, and improving patients' prognosis. The current research aimed to identify the latent subtypes of social support in patients with breast cancer (BC) who underwent surgery. This cross-sectional study enrolled 115 patients from Be Resilient to Breast Cancer between September 2021 and April 2022 using the convenience sampling method. Then, the Perceived Social Support Scale, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire, and Posttraumatic Growth Inventory were utilized. Under global economic competition, rescaling has become an important cross-border governance means to control the development of domestic space to attract capital flows and foster regional economic development momentum. City integration is a kind of urban regional scale, and its mechanism of cross-border governance has gradually become an important regional integration issue. At present, research on cross-border governance from the perspective of rescaling focuses on urban areas represented by urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas and new functional areas represented by state-level new areas, with limited research on the scale of city integration at the meso level. The discussion on the role and status of corresponding governance subjects, construction mechanisms, and incentive mechanisms needs to be enriched. In this paper, the evolution of cross-border governance is discussed from the perspective of rescaling, taking Guangfo city integration, which is relatively mature in the process of domestic city integration, as an example. The study finds that, taking the introduction of the outline of the reform and development plan for the Pearl River Delta region in 2008 and the outline of the development plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in 2019 as the target, the city integration process of Guangfo has experienced two stages of rescaling: from the governance scale of an "administrative area" to that of a "functional area" represented by the pilot zone for the high-quality development integration of Guangfo. By comparing and analyzing the cross-border governance mechanisms of city integration across different scales, this study finds that the city integration governance stage of the "functional area" scale, first, enriches the participation of multiple governance subjects, extending from "city-district-town" multi-level government to the functional platform management committee and platform joint venture company. Second, on the basis of the project implementation mechanism led by municipal departments, the construction mechanism strengthens the planning, construction, and operation mechanisms guided by functional areas and, taking the whole cycle as the concept, increases emphasis on integrated planning, construction, and operation. Third, the incentive mechanism has shifted from the driving of political instructions and economic benefits to the striving for policy and the sharing of institutional dividend. Both "administrative area" and "functional area" are the positive scales restructuring strategy of Guangfo to deal with the global competitive environment and respond to the requirements of national strategy. The two-stage cross-border governance mechanism is neither beneficial nor harmful, but is a choice to adapt to the different development stages of city integration. The governance mechanism of the "functional area" scale can be regarded as the experience retention and gradual reform of Guangfo's original governance mechanism, to improve the governance efficiency of the city integration and competitiveness. Guangfo's practice of using rescaling to promote cross-border governance reform and deepening in the last ten years can provide a certain reference for cross-border governance in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and other metropolitan areas in China. However, it should be pointed out that at present, the rescaling of the pilot area is more reflected in spatial planning and cooperation agreements, and has failed to produce a spatial governance subject that is fully integrated with the new scale. In addition, the deeper benefit sharing and risk responsibility sharing mechanism still needs to be strengthened.

Background: Many studies have demonstrated the relationship between METTL3 protein expression and clinical outcomes in various cancers and elucidated the mechanism by which METTL3 disrupts the behavior of cancer cells. Here, we attempted to define the prognostic value of METTL3 protein in patients with cancer via systematic analysis and explored the potential effect of inhibiting METTL3 using its specific inhibitor. Methods: We searched PubMed, Embase, and the Web of Science databases for studies that elucidated the prognostic value of METTL3 protein expression in all cancer types and then calculated the pooled hazard ratios with 95% confidence intervals for the overall survival (OS) of all cancer types and subgroups. Data from The Cancer Genome Atlas dataset were used to study METTL3 mRNA expression in cancers. Further, the effects of a METTL3‐specific inhibitor were studied in cancer cells via the colony formation assay, the cell proliferation assay, and apoptosis detection. Results: Meta‐analysis of the 33 cohorts in 32 studies (3666 patients in total) revealed that higher METTL3 protein expression indicated poor OS in the majority of cancers. Bioinformatics analysis of METTL3 mRNA expression and cancer prognosis did not show the extremely prominent prognostic value of METTL3 mRNA. Nevertheless, the METTL3‐specific inhibitor attenuated cell proliferation and cell cloning formation and promoted apoptosis. Conclusions: METTL3 protein expression is associated with poor prognosis in most cancer types and could be a biomarker for OS. It has attracted tremendous attention for replacing petroleum‐based carbon black or mineral fillers with renewable, biology‐based and low‐cost cellulose. However, the reinforcing effect of cellulose, especially at the microscale, is still a great challenge in the polymer industry. In this work, a feasible surface modification method for microcrystalline cellulose powder (MCC) in all solid states is proposed by using rubber accelerators N‐cyclohexyl benzothiazole‐2‐sulphenamidee (CBS) and 2,2′‐dibenzothiazoledisulfide (DM). These accelerators not only accelerate the sulfur crosslink of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), but also graft to rubber molecular chains and form hydrogen bonds with MCC, resulting in good interfacial interaction and good dispersion of MCC in the NBR matrix. As a consequence, the tensile strength and elongation at break of NBR/10MCC reach up to 20.12 MPa and 511%, respectively, which are the highest values of NBR/MCC or cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs) composites we can find in the world and are comparable to those of carbon black or mineral fillers. This provides a more effective and environmentally friendly way of using MCC or CNCs in the polymer industry. Objective.To investigate the efficacy of lateral recumbent sling posture in thoracoscopic lobec- tomy. Methods.We consecutively collected 100 patients who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy in our hospital from January 2019 to 2021, and were divided into 50 cases for both observation group and control group, respec- tively, according to the random number table method. The control group took the traditional lateral decubitus posi- tion, and the observation group took the hanging posture from lateral decubitus position. Duration of placement, the data about Fromme surgical field quality (SSFQ) score, Kolcaba comfort questionnaire (GCQ) score, and inci- dence of postoperative adverse effects were collected and then compared between the two groups. Results.Com- pared with the control group, the placement time and SSFQ score were significantly lower (P < 0.05), and the GCQ score were significantly increased in the observation group (P < 0.05), moreover, the incidence of postopera- tive adverse effects was significantly lower in the observation group compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion.The side up hanging posture has achieved good performance in thoracoscopic lobectomy, which can not only effectively shorten the placement period, improve the operation quality of the surgical field, but also sig- nificantly reduce the incidence of adverse effects owing high clinical implementation value.
