This article discusses the use of dupilumab, a medication used to treat atopic dermatitis (AD), in the treatment of refractory hand eczema (HE). The case report focuses on a 55-year-old woman with severe AD and HE who experienced excellent clinical results after receiving dupilumab therapy.
