Background: Today, the digital transformation of business is one of the conditions for survival on the market. The development of digital technology is progressing rapidly, and only the business entities that keep pace with this development can expect good business results. Social entrepreneurship is an excellent way to solve the problems of social inequality and poverty and thus leads to economic growth and development. Purpose: The main goal of this research is to create a theoretical model of digital transformation of social entrepreneurship. This model can be a useful tool for deciding on the digital transformation of business. We investigated motivation of managers and employees as an influencing factor for the digital transformation of business. We declared other influencing factors as constants. Study design: We measured motivation by personal and professional use of the Internet, the acquisition of digital skills, the cost of labour of those who are involved in the digitisation process, and the application of data protection software. Ninety-seven social entrepreneurship entities from Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H) participated in the research. The research was carried out using questionnaires, and we analysed the obtained data using correlation and regression methods. Findings: The results showed that motivation is a significant factor in the digital transformation of social entrepreneurship. Based on the results of the research, we have created a model of digital transformation of social entrepreneurship entities that can lead to economic and social development through steps applicable in practice. Limitations/future research: The most significant limitation of the research is the lack of an official register of social entrepreneurship entities from which we can collect data about the number of these entities. To future researchers, we leave open questions of other influencing factors for the development of social entrepreneurship, such as knowledge, sources of funding for initial business activities, etc.

Digital transformation refers to major changes occurring in all sectors of the economy and society, as a result of the introduction and integration of digital technologies into every segment of human life. The subject of research work is the contribution of the process of digitization and digital transformation to the improvement of the business processes of companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina. One of the sources of competitive advantage of modern companies is digital technology, which, due to the accelerated development of information and communication technologies, is changing the way of functioning and adapting to a more innovative way of doing business. The problem of research work manifests itself through the question of whether the application of digital technology and digitization affects the business operations of companies and the choice of their business strategy, and whether digital transformation can represent the strategic determination of companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina in modern business conditions. The goal of the research is to investigate the meaning, characteristics, and role and functions of digitization and digital transformation in the business of the company. The necessity of economic life and economic development of every economy is the free movement of capital. The international movement of capital has its balance of payment when capital export represents economic surplus in relation to consumption of the national economy and the import of capital represents an increase of consumption in regard to the output of a national economy. Analysis of the influence of foreign direct investment (FDI) on economic growth of the host country, among other things, is emphasized in the function of the achieved phase of its economic development. Taking all this into consideration, the aim of this paper refers to an attempt to indicate the significance and the role of FDI as well as the importance of attracting foreign direct investment in B&H and the determination of the effects of FDI on the economy of B&H. In this regard, we will try to determine the level of FDI’s impact on some macroeconomic indicators in B&H (GDP, import, export, unemployment) by using contemporary SPSS statistical analysis program (model) and applying the methods (calculating coefficients) of correlation and regression analysis. In other words, we will determine the analytical expression used to describe a statistical relationship of these macroeconomic categories.

The monetary policy of Bosnia and Herzegovina is rather limited because it is based on the principles of a currency board characterized by the impossibility of implementing the basic monetary policy instruments in comparison with the monetary policy of the European Union. However, the constant presence of European integrations should point the need for a more drastic change in the monetary policy of Bosnia and Herzegovina. By entering the European Monetaiy Union (EMU), the monetary territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina will become one of the branches of the European Central Bank (ECB). In addition, it is not difficult to conclude why the Law about the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been adopted with the first laws of the Dayton Agreement, if it is blown that the largest part of the banking system, and therefore the financial market, is owned by foreign banks. This work will point out the significance of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as one of the most important factors for maintaining the permanent liquidity of the banking sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The possibilities and limitations of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be determined, with the assumption of macroeconomic sustainability over a longer period of time. The need of reforming the banking system in Bosnia and Herzegovina will be analyzed through the constant implementation of the Basel standards with the increasing participation of foreign banks in the Bosnia and Herzegovina. It will be determined the impact of the implementation of the Basel III in the banking industry in Bosnia and Herzegovina and its consequences on the banking and economic system.models, on the ways of financing the elimination of adverse consequences of natural disasters. Cost rationalization has become imperative in every economic system in order to create adequate foundations for its efficient and sustainable management. Competitiveness in the global market is extremely high and it is challenging to manage business and logistics systems, especially with regards to financial parameters. It is necessary to rationalize costs in all activities and processes. The presence of inventories is inevitability in every logistics system, and it tends to create adequate and symmetrical policies for their efficient and sustainable management. In order to be able to do this, it is necessary to determine which products represent the largest percentage share in the value of procurement, and which are the most represented quantitatively. For this purpose, ABC analysis, which classifies products into three categories, is applied taking into account different constraints. The aim of this paper is to form a new model that involves the integration of ABC analysis, the Full Consistency Method (FUCOM), and a novel Interval Rough Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo) for stock management in the storage system. A new IRN Dombi weighted geometric averaging (IRNDWGA) operator is developed to aggregate the initial decision matrix. After grouping the products into three categories A, B and C, it is necessary to identify appropriate suppliers for each category in order to rationalize procurement costs. Financial, logistical, and quality parameters are taken into account. The FUCOM method has been used to determine the significance of these parameters. A new Interval CoCoSo approach is developed to determine the optimal suppliers for each product group. The results obtained have been modeled throughout a multi-phase sensitivity analysis. The daily requirements and needs imposed on the executors of logistics services imply the need for a higher level of quality. In this, the proper execution of all sustainability processes and activities plays an important role. In this paper, a new methodology for improving the measurement of the quality of the service consisting of three phases has been developed. The first phase is the application of the Delphi method to determine the quality dimension ranking. After that, in the second phase, using the FUCOM (full consistency method), we determined the weight coefficients of the quality dimensions. The third phase represents determining the level of quality using the SERVQUAL (service quality) model, or the difference between the established gaps. The new methodology considers the assessment of the quality dimensions of a large number of participants (customers), on the one hand, and experts' assessments on the other hand. The methodology was verified through the research carried out in an express post company. After processing and analyzing the collected data, the Cronbach alpha coefficient for each dimension of the SERVQUAL model for determining the reliability of the response was calculated. To determine the validity of the results and the developed methodology, an extensive statistical analysis (ANOVA, Duncan, Signum, and chi square tests) was carried out. The integration of certain methods and models into the new methodology has demonstrated greater objectivity and more precise results in determining the level of quality of sustainability processes and activities.
