Project is a set of interrelated activities and requires skills from different professions, and also project is involved the various of stakeholders in each phase of the Project Life Cycle. Implementation of Green Supply Chain in construction projects meant to bring the concept of eco-friendly in every process from the initiation phase, planning phase, the construction phase, and the operation and maintenance phase. It is necessary to identify indicators of green initiation and green design and how to explain the relationship between the role of initiation by the owner and the design process by a design consultant. This study aims to identify the indicators of green initiation and green design concept as part of Green Supply Chain. The method used for this study is a descriptive research that identifies and develop a framework for implementing green initiation and green design in construction industry that consists of concept, dimensions, elements, and indicators. GSCM in construction projects was determined by 9 indicators in the green initiation phase and 40 indicators in the green design phase. The success of green concept in construction project is very determined from these two phases as the beginning of the process, and the most important parties are the owners and design consultants.

SME is required to improve their service quality and resource management for giving customer loyalty toward product offered. The ISO 9001 is one of quality management system standard which is approved globally which are frequently communicated thru service quality insurance to solve the matter of indistinct expectancy Aldin Natural Home is SME engaged in dolls production. In the implementation of quality management system, they have lack on standard operating procedure (SOP). This study aims to analyze and find out the readiness of ISO 9001:2015 implementations in SME Aldin Natural Home. Gap analysis method also is conducted in this research to describe the differences between required and actual quality management systems. The results areSME Aldin Natural Home need to understand and review of implementation of ISO 9001:2015 with the highest 29% on clause 8, Operation while the lowest is 14% on clause 9, Performance Evaluation.

Mount Merapi is one of the active volcanoes in Indonesia that had varied eruption periods from two to eight years. Due to the density of the population living around the slopes of Mount Merapi, its eruptions caused high number of victims. In order to avoid high number of victims, the disaster management should be improved. Disaster management consist of four phases i.e. mitigation, preparedness, response and reconstruction. In disaster mitigation phase, prediction of the Merapi unrest probability is needed. This paper focus on how to predict the probability of Merapi unrest based on volcano-logical information by using Bayesian Event Tree. Bayesian Event Tree (BET) is a probabilistic model that merges all kinds of volcano-logical information to obtain probability of any relevant volcanic event. The result showed that the probability of Merapi unrest is 0,822. In the next eruption, it has predicted that the volcanic explosivity index (VEI) 2 was biggest chance with the probability of 0,549. It showed that the eruption will take place in the main crater of Merapi with the probability of 0,938.

In various studies revealed that the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System into an integrated environmental management system that is considered capable of improving environmental performance and financial performance. This study aims to analyze the application of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification on environmental performance and company performance. The sample in this study was one of the power plants in Indonesia that was ISO 14001 certified in 2015. This study used annual data from the period 2013 to 2014. The main method used was the Gap Analysis Tool. , The results using a checklist show that, in general, the clause requirements have an average value of 50% - 74% the organization still has to fix the SML for preparation of ISO 14001-2015 the inspection process and the clause have an average value, 32% clause, the planning clause has an average value of 77%, the management review has an average value 57% and the overall average value in accordance with ISO 14001-2015 requirements is 55%. based on the characteristics of the sample company, the company needs to improve its inspection and management review so that it can improve the operational management of the environment better.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are widely recognised as the key engine of economic development. As a result of this recognition, a central issue dominating policy debates around the world and Indonesia in particular, has been how to stimulate economic growth through the deve-lopment of SMEs. During and beyond the financial crisis, the SMEs in Indonesia contributed to the employment growth and gave steady decline in poverty rate. Wood-furniture industry is one of two traditional labour-intensive industries in Indonesia which plays an important role in the economic development since the country is as one of the biggest furniture exporters in the world. However, the SMEs are facing difficulties in many areas, especially in spending their scarce resources efficiently. A case study to assess the efficiency of the wood-furniture SMEs has been conducted by applying the data envelopment analysis in Kangkung Village, Demak Regency, Indonesia. The results show that from ten assigned wood-furniture SMEs, there are six SMEs that are considered efficient, while the rest are regarded as inefficient. This research is expected to give some advantages to the SMEs regarding how to use their limited resources in an efficient way.

Although the humanitarian logistics coordination model in Indonesia is fairly effective, the role of each player remains unclear. For example, some of the activities that are sufficient to be done by one agency are in fact done by other institutions as well. This has resulted in inefficiency and ineffectiveness regarding on the handling of disaster relief goods. Therefore, it is essential to determine the role of each stakeholder involved in the management of natural disasters in order to improve the model. This study was conducted to provide the proposed model of humanitarian logistics coordination for developing the framework of coordination between stakeholders in the management of natural disasters, with the involvement of logistics players through the RASIC Chart method.

The construction industry plays a significant role in improving the quality of the built environment, but its activities also impact the wider environment. Supply chain management (SCM) aims to increase the efficiency of the construction process through improvements in the quality, cost, and time frame of projects. Green SCM has as its purpose reducing environmental impact by opting for eco-friendly materials starting from the design phase in the choice and procurement of materials to be used in construction projects. This study aims to adopt GSCM concepts of the manufacturing industry for application in the construction industry. A literature review was conducted to learn from previous research about the implementation of GSCM in manufacturing to serve as a basis for adopting of this concept for the purposes of building criteria for the implementation of GSCM in the construction industry.

Mental workload assessment is essential for the optimal interaction of human system in the manufacturing industry. Manufacturing industry engaged in the construction, maintenance, and fabrication service. Performance of the worker will be lower if the higher workload. In the manufacturing industry are two type of workers that mainly involved in the fabrication process such as operator and welder. In This process was found several defects in the finished good which caused the company to suffer losses. Fatigue due to overtime work for seven days and a high mental workload. The aim of this study was to measure the mental workload in the manufacturing industry. In This study was performed on 10 worker in the operator and welder. Mental workload were assessed using NASA Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) tools. One operator workers and one of welders belonged to the heavy workload category. Finally, NASA-TLX was significantly higher for operator and welder. High mental workload in the manufacturing industry indicated the defection on mental workload. Purpose: This paper aims to identify the barriers for implementing Reverse Logistics in the construction sector and to rank the barriers between the barrier and the stakeholder, the phase in the project life cycle, and the relevant issues on the emergence of barriers in implementing reverse logistics Design/methodology/approach: This research began by identifying barriers re-verse logistics through a systematic literature review. The method used in the systematic literature review was the PRISMA method. The identification of barriers was assessed for their influence on reverse logistics' successful implementation by the expert using a questionnaire instrument. The rating scale used was a Likert scale of 1 (greatly hinder the implementation of reverse logistics) to 5 (not greatly hinder the implementation of reverse logistics). The results of the expert assessment were used to rank barriers using TOPSIS. Findings: There were 38 barriers in this study, classified as: markets and competitor's issues, policy issue, supply chain process, economic issue, knowledge-related issue, government support issue, and operational issue. This study's results indicated that the lack of governmental support for the implementation of RL (GS1) was the barrier with the highest ranking. This barrier was related to governmental support issues and appeared in the project life cycle approach's green initiation phase. The stakeholder who was responsible to improve the GS1 barrier is the government. In this case, the government played a vital role as a regulator and a project owner, who encouraged reverse logistics implementation. Research limitations/implications: The limitation in the scope of this research is specific to the construction sector in developing countries, particularly Indonesia. The object of construction in this study is the case of highway construction. Further research that examines barriers based on the project life cycle by entering the company scale, or study about the relationship between barriers can also be done. Practical implications: This study provides an understanding to stakeholders about the barriers in implementing reverse logistics. The ranking results become a reference for relevant stakeholders in developing a successful strategy for implementing reverse logistics and the PLC approach phases as a guideline for implementing the established strategy. Social implications: The stakeholder of the construction project has to learn with reverse logistics barriers in order to improve reverse logistics performance. Originality/value: This study tries to map reverse logistics implementation barriers in the construction sector in developing countries. The majority of research on reverse logistics implementation barriers examined the manufacturing sector in developed countries. This study also identifies barriers that show the relationship between barrier emergence in terms of the project life cycle approach and stakeholders responsibility for addressing barriers and associated problems. Previous researchers only identified barriers in terms of stakeholder linkages with related issues, so it was challenging to improve efforts based on identifying barriers because they were not guided by a process-based approach such as the project life cycle. Purpose: The objectives of this study are to elaborate on the concepts, dimensions and elements of green supply chain management (GSCM) and develop a framework of GSCM implementation for the construction industry. Design/methodology/approach: This paper presents the findings from a study where experts were asked to contribute their opinions related to GSCM in the construction industry. To develop the model, the Delphi method was used. The objective of this method is to achieve the most reliable consensus in a group of experts. Findings: The research result is a developed framework for GSCM in the construction industry comprising five concepts, 22 dimensions, and 82 elements. Research limitations/implications: The limitation of this research is that its output was the discovered elements, but it did not cover the implementation of this model in construction projects, so some elements may be missing. Practical implications: The output of the research could give new perspective to manage the construction project based on Green Supply Chain Method. Social implications: The stakeholder of the construction project has to learn with this concept (Green Supply Chain) in order to improve construction's project performance. Originality/value: The originality of this research is that it is a new theme in the area of the construction supply chain. Previous research merely considered the concept of GSCM in construction. While the performance evaluation of reverse logistics (RL) practices in the construction sector is crucial, it is seemingly limited compared to that in the manufacturing sector. As the project life cycle in the construction sector is typically long, effective coordination among the stakeholders is needed to integrate RL into each phase of the project life cycle. This paper proposes a new model of RL for the construction industry, incorporating the dimensions, elements, and, most importantly, indicators needed for the evaluation of RL performance. The model was initially derived from the extant literature. It was then refined through (1) focus group discussion, by which suggestions pertinent to the proposed model were collated from academics and practitioners, and (2) judgments by academics and practitioners to validate the model. The validated model includes 21 indicators to measure RL performance, spanned throughout the green initiation, green design, green material management, green construction, and green operation and maintenance phases. The paper offers a new method for how RL can be adopted in the construction industry by proposing an innovative model that will benefit stakeholders in the construction industry. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop an assessment model to identify phase of industrial cluster life cycle which comprises definition of the cycle phases, identification of assessment components, and characterization of each phase of cluster life cycle. Design/methodology/approach: This research uses the Delphi Method to develop the conceptual model i.e. define phases of cluster life cycle and identify assessment components, and design typology of cluster life cycle. Findings: The findings of this research are assessment indicators and typology of cluster life cycle. The proposed indicators used to assess industrial cluster phases are (i) concentration of industry, (ii) market accessibility, (iii) completeness of actors, and (iv) collaboration of stakeholders. Research limitations/implications: This study developed a conceptual model based on expert opinion in Indonesia. Given the limitations of experts in this field in Indonesia, it is necessary to develop advanced research involving more experts and if possible, to involve experts outside Indonesia. Practical implications: On practical level, the assessment result could be used to evaluate and improve the condition of industrial clusters and helplocal and central government to formulate policy interventions in accordance with each phase of cluster life cycle. Originality/value: The paper provides an assessment conceptual model to identify phases of industrial cluster life cycle, which include definition phases, assessment components and typology of each phase of cluster life cycle based on assessment criteria.
