[ Objective ] Carbonatites, as magmatic-origin rocks, are crucial source rocks for uranium, rare earth, and other minerals. They are widely distributed in the Xiaoqinling region of Shaanxi, giving rise to numerous large to super-large carbonatite deposits of uranium, molybdenum, and rare earth, represented by Huayangchuan and Dashigou, attracting attention from scholars in recent years. Previous studies on carbonatite deposits in the area focused on petrology, mineralogy, genesis, and mineralization chronology. However, they were often limited to individual deposits, needing more regional cross-sectional comparative studies. [ Methods ] This study employs field geological surveys, petrographic analysis, and geochemical characterization of typical rocks and ores to reclassify different types and stages of Xiaoqinling carbonatites. It analyzes the geochemical characteristics of various carbonatite types and explores the mineralization processes of uranium and rare earth elements associated with carbonatites. [ Results ] Xiaoqinling carbonatites exhibit a large vein, vein group, and vein network morphology, intruding into the Archean metamorphic basement, Xiong'er Group volcanic sedimentary rocks of the Changchengian System, and Gaoshanhe Group clastic rocks of the Jixianian System along fault structures. Based on field crosscutting relationships and primary mineral assemblage characteristics, Xiaoqinling carbonate rocks can be re-divided into five stages from old to new: aegirine syenite stage (I), aegirine carbonatite stage (II), potassium feldspar carbonatite stage (III), quartz carbonatite stage (IV) and zeolite-bearing carbonatite stage (V). Spatially, the division is roughly along the nearly EW-striking Xiaohe Fault, with northern carbonatite veins dominated by aegirine syenite and aegirine carbonatite, rich in aegirine, biotite and other dark minerals, distributed in the Archean gneiss basement. The southern part is mainly composed of light-colored potassic feldspar carbonatites and quartz carbonatites, almost devoid of dark minerals, with surrounding rocks consisting of Xiong'er Group volcanic sedimentary rocks and Gaoshanhe group clastic rocks. Zeolite-bearing carbonatites are distributed throughout the region. Temporally, the carbonatites formed in the Late Triassic, but distinct temporal differences exist among different sections. Previous data indicate a possible 30 Ma gap in the formation times of various carbonatite types in the Xiaoqinling area. The geochemical characteristics of Xiaoqinling carbonatites reveal an average SiO2 content of 30.43%, significantly higher than the global average for carbonatites. CaO is relatively low, with an average content of 28.71%, exhibiting a clear negative correlation with SiO2 content. Total alkali (Na2O+K2O) content is relatively high, averaging 2.25%, with a maximum value of 10.23%. The total alkali content decreases gradually from early to late stages, strongly correlating with CaO and Al2O3 content. The potassium-sodium ratio (w(K2O)/w(Na2O)) is exceptionally high, with an average of 4.625 and a maximum value of 36.55. Ferromagnesian content (TFe2O3+MgO) varies significantly, with early-stage carbonatites (Stages I, II, III) having higher ferromagnesian content (average 8.29%), while late-stage carbonatites (Stages IV, V) generally have lower ferromagnesian content (average 1.92%). Ferromagnesian content correlates positively with TiO2 content. MnO has an average content of 1.22%, reaching up to 4.49%, notably enriched in late-stage quartz carbonatites. REE content averages 0.26%, with a maximum value of 0.96%, exhibiting a positive correlation with MgO content. The ∑LREE/∑HREE ratio ranges from 0.47 to 27.72, with early-stage carbonatites (Stages I, II, III) showing strong heavy REE depletion. Late-stage quartz carbonatites have an average ∑LREE/∑HREE ratio of 2.15, indicating relatively heavy REE enrichment, especially in Tm, Yb, Lu, and Y. Heavy REE content correlates linearly with MnO content. The overall REE distribution pattern of carbonatites is a steep-left and gentle-right, relatively flat-right-trending model, showing continuous variations in REE distribution patterns throughout different stages. Ore-related element content characteristics of various carbonatite types reveal significant U and Nb enrichment in aegirine syenite, aegirine carbonatite, and potassium feldspar carbonatite. Mo-mineralization is closely associated with potassium feldspar carbonatite and quartz carbonatite, while Pb and Ba-Sr mineralization is evident in all carbonatite stages. [ Conclusions ] (1) Xiaoqinling carbonatites are categorized into aegirine syenites, aegirine carbonatites, potassium feldspar carbonatites, quartz carbonatites, and zeolite-bearing carbonatites in chronological order. (2) Xiaoqinling carbonatites exhibit notably high SiO2 and total alkali content, low MgO content, and exceptionally high potassium-sodium ratio. There is a gradual decrease in CaO, TiO2, Al2O3, ferromagnesian, and total alkali content from early to late stages, while MnO content shows an opposite trend. Carbonatites evolve from early ferrocarbonatite to late calciocarbonatite. (3) Different types of carbonatites show distinct ore-related characteristics, with early stages (aegirine syenite, aegirine carbonatite, and potassium feldspar carbonatite) mainly enriched in U (Nb), and Potassic Feldspar Carbonate additionally enriched in Mo. Late-stage quartz carbonatites are characterized by Mo and HREE enrichment. [ Significance ] The findings of this study provide valuable information for the exploration and research of carbonatite-type uranium, rare earth, and polymetallic deposits in the Xiaoqinling area, holding significant practical importance.

Environment-friendly Fe3+ ions as near-infrared (NIR) activators have recently attracted considerable interest in intelligent NIR light source field; however, designing wavelength-tunable and thermally stable Fe3+-doped NIR luminescence material remains a daunting challenge. Here, by selecting a spinel compound as the host, a series of Mg1−yAl2+yO4:Fe3+ NIR phosphors featuring tunable wavelengths and high thermal stability is developed using a cation site modulation strategy. Through Mg2+/Al3+ chemical substitution to modify the local crystal environment and the site occupation of Fe3+, the emission peak can be adjusted from 730 to 770 nm along with a greatly enhanced emission intensity. The emission redshift and intensity increase mechanism of the as-prepared phosphors is revealed by structural analyses. The emission intensity of Mg0.87Al2.13O4:Fe3+ at 423 K can maintain 85.13% of the initial intensity at room temperature. The synergistic effect of weak electron–phonon coupling effect, high structural rigidity, and large bandgap renders excellent anti-quenching properties to the developed phosphors. Additionally, the as-prepared phosphors demonstrated great potential in the non-destructive detection and quantitative analysis of Cu2+ contents. A kind of 3-DOF planar parallel mechanism which has two translational and one rotational is introduced.Firstly,the position and posture analysis of the parallel mechanism is conducted,its positive and inverse solution equations are established,and then the position positive and inverse solution are solved.Secondly,by using the MATLAB to calculate a group of experimental data,the results can be used to test the correctness of equations.At last,according to the positive and inverse solutions equations,the velocity and acceleration of mechanism input and output are solved.The results show that the structure of 3-PRP mechanism is simple and also can be easy to control and drive,meanwhile,the researching results established a certain theoretical basis for the performance research on the mechanism such as workspace,trajectory planning and optimum design.

Permian mafic‐ultramafic intrusions have great significance for understanding the geodynamic evolution of the Late Palaeozoic eastern Tianshan Orogen due to containing important information on the nature of mantle sources, crust–mantle interaction, and magmatic differentiation. Increasingly, more Permian mafic‐ultramafic intrusions are discovered in the Jueluotage belt, especially in the Kangguer ductile shear zone, whereas the mafic‐ultramafic intrusions in the Aqishan–Yamansu belt are ill‐informed. In this study, we provide zircon U–Pb geochronological, geochemical, and Sr–Nd–Pb–Hf isotopic data of a newly identified hornblende gabbro suite at the Shaquanzi Fe–Cu deposit in the Aqishan–Yamansu Belt. Zircon U–Pb dating results indicate that the Shaquanzi hornblende gabbro was emplaced at Early Permian (ca. 274–265 Ma). The rocks are calc‐alkaline and have arc‐like geochemical features, including enrichments in large‐ion lithophile elements (LILEs: Rb, Ba, K, Pb and Sr) and light rare‐earth elements (LREEs: Nb, Ta, Zr, Hf, and Ti), and depletions in high‐field‐strength elements (HFSEs) with markedly negative Nb and Ta anomalies. The rocks also exhibit depleted‐mantle isotopic signatures, with positive bulk‐rock εNd(t) values of +3.34 to +4.44 and positive zircon εHf(t) values of +2.8 − +8.7, which are relatively more enriched than those of coeval mafic‐ultramafic intrusions from the Kangguer ductile shear zone, but similar to those in the Central Tianshan Massif. We suggest that the Shaquanzi mafic intrusion suite was generated by 10–30% partial melting of a depleted‐mantle source at over 85 km depth, corresponding to the garnet to garnet‐spinel stability field. And the mantle source had likely been metasomatized by slab‐derived fluids of previous subduction. Integrating with geochemical data of the coeval mafic‐ultramafic and felsic intrusive rocks in the adjacent tectonic belts of eastern Tianshan Orogen, we speculate that the Shaquanzi mafic intrusion was formed in a post‐collision extensional setting, probably triggered by slab breakoff. Metasomatism of the depleted lithospheric mantle had likely occurred during the pre‐Permian subduction of the Kangguer oceanic slab. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Late Mesozoic granitoids are widely emplaced in the Qinling Orogen on the southern margin of North China Craton (NCC), and can provide important clues on the Late Mesozoic regional geodynamic setting. The Late Jurassic Laoniushan granitic pluton is located in the western end of the southern NCC margin. Zircon U–Pb dating for the granodiorite, quartz diorite, and biotite monzogranite of the pluton yielded 152.5 ± 1.6 Ma, 148.7 ± 1.2 Ma, and 149–146 Ma, respectively. Compilation of the single zircon ages revealed magmatic peaks at ca. 146, 152, and 163 Ma, suggesting multiphase Late Jurassic magmatism. These granitoids are high‐K calc‐alkaline, I‐type, and metaluminous to weakly peraluminous. The rocks show chondrite‐normalised LREE enrichments, HREE depletions and flat HREE patterns, together with (slightly) negative Eu, Nb, Ta, P, and Ti anomalies. The Laoniushan granodiorite and biotite monzogranite have similar REE patterns to the quartz diorite, but the former two have much smaller Eu anomalies than the latter. The negative zircon εHf(t) (−32.6 to −13.7), εNd(t) (−20.7 to −14.3) and crustal‐like whole‐rock trace‐elemental ratios (e.g., Nb/Ta, Th/U, Nb/U, and Ce/Pb), together with the low Mg (MgO = 0.18–2.02 wt%, Mg# = 20–34), Cr (7.00–39.0 ppm), and Ni (0.80–4.00 ppm) contents, suggests that the Late Jurassic granitoids were probably derived from the partial melting of ancient crustal rocks with minor mantle‐derived input. The granodiorite and quartz diorite have similar average εHf(t) (−26.5 and −26.7, respectively), εNd(t) (−20.5 and −20.2, respectively), TDM2(Hf) (2880 and 2885 Ma, respectively) and TDM2(Nd; 2607 and 2578 Ma, respectively), whereas the biotite monzogranite has higher average εHf(t) (−17.1) and εNd(t) (−15.3), and younger TDM2(Hf) (2281 Ma) and TDM2(Nd) (2176 Ma). This suggests that the biotite monzogranite has different magma sources and shallower magma formation depths compared to the granodiorite and quartz diorite. The latter two were likely formed by the partial melting of continental crustal rocks (notably the Taihua Group basement rocks), which was triggered by mantle underplating led by asthenospheric upwelling. The Late Jurassic Laoniushan granitoids may have formed in an extensional setting caused by the Palaeo‐Pacific Plate subduction beneath Eastern China. Commencement of Late Jurassic Laoniushan granitic magmatism likely marked the incipient of lithospheric thinning along the southern NCC margin. Considering also the regional geological evolution, we conclude that although the Laoniushan pluton exhibits spatial–temporal relationships with the nearby Mo (–U) and REE deposits, there is still no unambiguous metallogenic link with these deposits. BACKGROUND: Despite notable progression from a therapeutic point of view, castration resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) remains a clinical significant stumbling block. The current study aimed to elucidate the functional role of the gene glucocorticoid receptor (GR) in CRPC, and identify the contributions of the GR gene in CRPC in connection with microRNA-143-3p (miR-143-3p)/Jagged1 (JAG1)/NOTCH2. METHODS: The expression of GR and miR-143-3p in CRPC tissues and cells as well as JAG1/NOTCH2 expression in CRPC tissues was initially determined by quantitative polymerase chain reaction and Western blot analyses. The relationship among GR, JAG1, NOTCH2 and miR-143-3p was subsequently verified using the dual-luciferase reporter gene assay. ChIP assay confirmed the binding of GR to miR-143-3p promoter. Gain- and loss-function approaches were applied to ascertain the role of GR and miR-143-3p in progression of CRPC. Additionally, xenograft tumor models in nude mice were established to further confirm our results. RESULTS: GR was found to be highly expressed while miR-143-3p was lowly expressed in the CRPC tissues and cells. Silencing GR reduced migration, invasion, proliferation and increased apoptosis of CRPC cells. GR was enriched in the miR-143-3p promoter region and could down-regulate miR-143-3p expression. The overexpression of miR-143-3p led to a reduction in the migration, invasion, proliferation and increased apoptosis of CRPC cells. JAG1 and NOTCH2 were the target genes of miR-143-3p, and GR up-regulated the JAG1/NOTCH2 expression by down-regulating miR-143-3p. Silencing JAG1/NOTCH2 inhibited epithelial-mesenchymal transition and CRPC progression in vitro. Furthermore, the in vitro findings were reproduced in the in vivo experiments. CONCLUSION: The key findings of the current study demonstrated that silencing GR suppressed the progression of CRPC through the JAG1/NOTCH2 pathway via up-regulation of miR-143-3p. Dihydroxyacid dehydratase (DHAD), encoded by ILV3, catalyses the third step in the biosynthetic pathway of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), which include isoleucine (Ile), leucine (Leu), and valine (Val). Enzymes involved in BCAA biosynthesis exist in bacteria, plants, and fungi but not in mammals and are therefore attractive targets for antimicrobial or herbicide development. In this study, three paralogous ILV3 genes (FgILV3A, FgILV3B, and FgILV3C) were identified in the genome of Fusarium graminearum, the causal agent of Fusarium head blight (FHB). Deletion of FgILV3A alone or combined with FgILV3B or FgILV3C indicated an important role for FgILV3A in BCAA biosynthesis. FgILV3A deletion mutants lost the ability to grow on medium lacking amino acids. Exogenous supplementation of 1 mM Ile and Val rescued the auxotrophy of ΔFgIlv3A, though 5 mM was required to recover the growth defects in ΔFgIlv3AB and ΔFgIlv3AC strains, indicating that FgIlv3b and FgIlv3c exhibit redundant but accessory roles with FgIlv3a in BCAA biosynthesis. The auxotrophy of ΔFgIlv3A resulted in pleiotropic defects in aerial hyphal growth, in conidial formation and germination, and in aurofusarin accumulation. In addition, the mutants showed reduced virulence and deoxynivalenol production. Overall, our study demonstrates that FgIlv3a is crucial for BCAA biosynthesis in F. graminearum and a candidate fungicide target for FHB management. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Global warming has created opportunities and challenges for the survival and development of species. Determining how climate change may impact multiple ecosystem levels and lead to various species adaptations is necessary for both biodiversity conservation and sustainable biological resource utilization. In this study, we employed Maxent to predict changes in the habitat range and altitude of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. under current and future climate scenarios in China. Four representative concentration pathways (RCP2.6, RCP4.5, RCP6.0, and RCP8.5) were modeled for two time periods (2050 and 2070). The model inputs included 732 presence points and nine sets of environmental variables under the current conditions and the four RCPs in 2050 and 2070. The area under the receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC) was used to evaluate model performance. All of the AUCs were greater than 0.80, thereby placing these models in the “very good” category. Using a jackknife analysis, the precipitation in the warmest quarter, annual mean temperature, and altitude were found to be the top three variables that affect the range of P. tenuifolia. Additionally, we found that the predicted highly suitable habitat was in reasonable agreement with its actual distribution. Furthermore, the highly suitable habitat area was slowly reduced over time. Reverse engineering technology was used to reconstruct the complex leaflet geometry of a commercial pericardial valve in our study. Results show that the three-dimensional computer-aided design model of the leaflet surface can be rendered by fitting the surface either to cloud points or by a group of B-splines fitted to a set of cloud points that had been obtained by the process of laser-scanning digitizing. However, an acceptable smooth surface is usually not guaranteed and additional manipulation is required. An alternative method is introduced in this paper, which involves the fitting of an equation to the leaflet geometry to create a smooth surface. The geometrical profile of a pericardial artificial heart valve was scanned using a laser digitizing system. The leaflet profile is represented as a set of cloud points. A quadric surface is fitted to a set of unique points, which were located on the set of cloud points. A mathematical equation is obtained by solving a least-squares fit. The geometry of the fitted leaflet surface has been proven to be closely represented by an elliptical hyperboloid. The quadratic equations of the leaflet curvatures, calculated along both the circumferential and the radial directions, resulted in simple hyperbolic curvatures. The advantages of using elliptical hyperboloid geometry for the leaflet surface are discussed and compared with other types of conicoid geometries. The concepts of parametric representation of the leaflet geometry and parametric design for leaflets are discussed. A smooth surface without inflection points and with an adjustable surface area suitable for a series of stent sizes with incremented diameters is created by this method of a single parametric design. Finally, a generic method to apply the geometry extraction and parametric representation to most pericardial heart valve prostheses was discussed. Energy coupling is a key phenomenon in material processing techniques that use lasers. It is a complex physical process, which involves numerous parameters, such as material''s refractive index, laser wavelength, angle of incidence, polarization, temperature, power, power intensity, surface roughness and surface coating. Although there are some empirical and theoretical models of the dependence of the energy coupling efficiency, also termed absorptivity on individual and/or blocks of parameters, to date, there is no comprehensive model that addresses the wide array of parameters that affect energy coupling for laser material interaction. To address this need, several of the available models are examined, and a generic methodology is introduced and used to de-couple, classify and re-categorize the parameters. The process of creating a general model that combines the influences of the selected crucial parameters is presented. Current limitation and restrictions of the model are addressed. The article focuses on a research paper discussing the hydrothermal alteration and mineralization of the Shaquanzi iron-copper (Fe-Cu) deposit in Eastern Tianshan orogenic belt in Northwestern China. It evaluates the stages of alteration and mineralization including the early skarn alteration, the late skarn alteration and the main magnetite mineralization. It also reports on the regional geological setting of the Shaquanzi deposit.

We investigated polymorphisms of the human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I (A, B, and C) loci of a Han population (n, 239) from the Yunnan province, Southwest China, using high-resolution polymerase chain reaction-Luminex (PCR-Luminex) typing. We combined the HLA data from this study with the KIR genotypes from a previous study of this Han population to analyze the combination of KIR/HLA ligands. A total of 27 HLA-A, 54 HLA-B, and 31 HLA-C alleles were found in this population. The frequencies of A*11:01, A*24:02, B*40:01, B*46:01, C*01:02, C*03:04, and C*07:02 were all > 10%. The following haplotypes were common, with frequencies > 5%: 1 A-B (A*02:07-B*46:01), 2 A-C (A*02:07-C*01:02, and A*11:01-C*07:02), 4 C-B (B*13:01-C*03:04, B*40:01-C*07:02, B*46:01-C*01:02 and B*58:01-C*03:02), and 1 A-C-B (A*02:07-C*01:02-B*46:01). Analysis of KIR3D and their ligands HLA-A3/A11 and HLA-Bw4 showed that the frequencies of 3DL2(+)-A3/A11(+) and 3DL2(+)-A3/A11(-) were 0.527 and 0.473, and the frequencies of 3DL1(+)-Bw4(+), 3DL1(+)-Bw4(-), 3DL1(-)-Bw4(+), and 3DL1(-)-Bw4(-) were 0.552, 0.397, 0.038, and 0.013, respectively. The results of KIR/HLA-C combination analysis showed that all individuals had at least one inhibitory or activating KIR/HLA-C pair, and one KIR/HLA-C pair was the most frequent (157/239), followed by two pairs (46/239), three pairs (33/239), and no pairs (3/239). Comparison of KIR gene and HLA gene and their pair frequency between Yunnan Han and the isolated Han (FYDH) who also lived in Yunnan province showed no significant difference (P > 0.05) in KIR frequencies, but significant differences (P < 0.05) for some HLA allele frequencies. Backgrounds: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) has become a significant global public health issue, characterized by a rising prevalence and associated deficits across multiple organ systems. Our study aims to utilize the DTI-ALPS technique to assess the change of ALPS index in T2DM patients, and to explore whether such changes are correlated with cognition level and diffusion parameters., Methods: The study involved 41 patients with T2DM (mean age, 60.49 ± 8.88 years) and 27 healthy controls (mean age, 58.00 ± 7.63 years). All subjects underwent MRI examination, cognitive assessment, and laboratory tests. Tract-based spatial statistics (TBSS) was used to evaluate white matter changes. GLM was performed to check the DTI-ALPS index difference between T2DM and HC groups. Spearman correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis were used to analyze the correlation between the DTI-ALPS index and diffusion properties & cognitive scores., Results: The results show that the ALPS index was lower in T2DM patients. MoCA score was significantly correlated with the ALPS index. Objective: This study aimed to assess the correlation and consistency between quantitative CT (QCT) and MRI asymmetric echo least squares estimation iterative water-lipid separation sequence (IDEAL-IQ) in determining pancreatic fat content in patients with type 2 diabetes., Methods: A total of 67 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study. QCT and MRIIDEAL-IQ technologies were utilized to evaluate the patients quantitatively. The pancreatic head, body, and tail regions were examined to measure the fat content and obtain the CT pancreatic fat fraction (CT-PFF) and MRI pancreatic fat fraction (MR-PFF). Pearson correlation analysis examined the relationship between diabetes-related factors and CT-PFF/MR-PFF. Additionally, Bland-Altman analysis assessed the consistency between CT-PFF and MR-PFF., Results: Among the 67 patients, 33 were males and 34 were females. The average age was (66.55±6.23) years, with an average abdominal circumference of (83.34 ± 10.10) cm. The mean values for glycated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, BMI, and liver fat content were (6.97±1.07) mmol • L-1, (6.83±1.82) mmol • L-1, (24.02 ± 2.96) kg/m², and (5.28±2.76)%, respectively. Pearson correlation analysis indicated a significant correlation between abdominal circumference, liver fat content, and MR-PFF (r=0.261, 0.267, P < .05). However, no significant correlation was observed between age, glycated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, BMI, and MR-PFF (all, P > .05). The minimum and maximum values for CT-PFF among the 67 patients were 7.3% and 60.3%, respectively, with an average value of (19.90±10.61)%. For MR-PFF, the minimum and maximum values were 2% and 48%, respectively, with an average value of (12.21±10.71)%. Pearson correlation analysis demonstrated a significant correlation between CT-PFF and MR-PFF (r = .842, P < .05). Bland-Altman analysis revealed an average bias value of 7.7% and a standard deviation of 5.6% for CT-PFF and MR-PFF. The mean 95% confidence interval ranged from 4.15% to 19.75% (P < .05), with 64 cases falling within this interval and 3 cases falling outside., Conclusion: A correlation exists between pancreatic fat content, abdominal circumference, and liver fat content. Both QCT and MRI can accurately quantify pancreatic fat content, and their correlation and consistency are relatively ideal. QCT technology is particularly suitable for patients with contraindications for magnetic resonance examination.

Delphinium grandiflorum L. (family Ranunculaceae), one of the most important and widely distributed Delphinium species, has received considerable interest due to its extremely high medicinal value. The discovery of novel metabolites from D. grandiflorum supported and broadened its application as an herbal medicine. In this study, the whole herb of D. grandiflorum was phytochemically investigated to obtain fourteen C 19 -lycaconitine-type diterpenoid alkaloids ( 1 - 14 ), including six undescribed alkaloids, grandiflolines A-F ( 1 - 6 ). The structural elucidation of them was accomplished by detailed spectroscopic analyses, mainly including HR-MS, 1D and 2D NMR ( 1 H- 1 H COSY, NOESY, HMBC and HSQC), and IR spectra. New alkaloids 1 - 3 and 5 possess a characteristic △ 2,3 functional group in the A ring, while compounds 5 and 6 feature a rare OH-16 substituent. In addition, known compounds 7 - 12 were isolated from D. grandiflorum for the first time. Moreover, according to its medicinal use, new alkaloids 1 - 6 were estimated for their potential in vitro anti-inflammatory effects, and some of them exhibited inhibitory effects on NO production in LPS-activated RAW 264.7 macrophages.
