The circular economy era has begun, and circular supply chain management (CSCM) is widely acknowledged as a management paradigm that promotes firm sustainability. Through previous research, we have learned that the key challenge in the circular transformation of manufacturing firms is to encourage supply chain partners to collaborate and effectively participate in resource cycles. Drawing inspiration from social capital theory and resource‐based views, we explored how social capital effect sustainable performance through CSCM and the moderating effect of big data analytics capability (BDAC). We tested this by collecting data from 414 Chinese manufacturing firms. The results indicate that both internal and external social capital are positively correlated with CSCM. In addition, CSCM mediates the relationship between social capital and organizational environmental and social sustainability. The results also indicate that BDAC strengthen the impact of external social capital on CSCM, but the moderating effect on the relationship between internal social capital and CSCM is not significant. Process monitoring technology can help make the right decisions in manufacturing, but the complexity and scale of modern process industry processes render process monitoring difficult. Existing data-driven process monitoring methods utilize abundant monitoring data that are accumulated in industrial processes, but nonlinearity, high coupling, noise effects, and other problems continuously appear in process industry monitoring data. This study proposes a process monitoring method based on variational autoencoder and long short-term memory techniques. The method reconstructs the monitoring data by learning their distribution and time series characteristics under the controlled state, and then it monitors the state of the manufacturing process in real time by calculating the statistics. Evaluation is conducted using the Tennessee Eastman process case verification and experimental comparison method. Then, the proposed method is compared with the centralized process via principal component analysis and kernel principal component analysis. The results show that the proposed method can more significantly improve the effect of fault detection in distributed system process monitoring compared with the traditional method, and it has a better process monitoring effect. Historical tourism volume, search engine data, and weather calendar data have close causal relationship with daily tourism volume. However, when used in the prediction of daily tourism volume, the feature variables of the huge and complex search engine data do not have strong independence. These repetitive and highly relevant data must be analyzed and selected; otherwise, they will increase the training burden of neural network and reduce the prediction effect. This study proposes a daily tourism volume prediction model, maximum correlation minimum redundancy feature selection and long short‐term memory, on the basis of feature selection and deep learning. Firstly, the multivariate high‐dimensional features, including search engine data and weather factors, are selected to identify the key influencing factors. Secondly, the deep neural network is used to make a multistep forward rolling prediction of daily tourism volume. Results show that keywords of famous scenic spots, weather, historical tourism volume, and tourism strategies in the search engine data significantly improve the prediction accuracy of daily tourism volume. The proposed maximum correlation minimum redundancy feature selection and long short‐term memory model performs better than other models, such as autoregressive integrated moving average, multiple regression, support vector machine, and long short‐term memory. Requirements are important in software development. Ambiguous requirements cause inconsistent understanding by developers, which leads to rework, delayed delivery, and other problems, and may even have devastating effects on the project. A large number of requirements text written in natural language are not concise, intuitive, and accurate. This condition increases the workload of designers and the difficulty of their tasks. An effective solution for the aforementioned problems is to extract actors and use cases from the requirement texts. This study proposes a model for extracting actors and using cases automatically, which combines bi-directional long short-term memory (BiLSTM) and conditional random fields. BiLSTM is used to capture the contextual information of the texts, and CRF is used to calculate the tag transfer score and determine the most accurate tag sequence, which aims to extract actors and use cases. Results show that the accuracy of extraction is significantly improved compared with the baseline method, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method in extracting actors and use cases. Effectively identifying self-admitted technical debt (SATD) from project source code comments helps developers quickly find and repay these debts, thereby reducing its negative impact. Previous studies used techniques based on patterns, text mining, natural language processing, and neural networks to detect SATD. Compared with these above, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) have the strong feature extraction ability. Deep network ensembles are demonstrated great potential for the task of sentences classification. In order to boost the performance of CNN-based SATD detecting, we propose a deep neural network ensemble contribute to ensemble learning in a simple yet effective way. Specifically, CNN, CNN-LSTM (convolutional neural network and long short-term memory), and DPCNN (Deep Pyramid Convolutional Neural Networks) are used as individual classifiers to diversify the deep network ensembles. In order to improve the explainability, we introduce attention to measure the contribution of feature words to SATD classification. 62,285 source code comments from 10 projects were used in our experiments. The results show that our approach can effectively reduce misjudgment and detect more SATD, especially for cross-project, so as to greatly improve the detection accuracy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Although the importance of environmental orientation has been recognized, how it affects firm performance remains unclear. Drawing on resource dependence theory, we explore how environmental orientation affects firm performance via green supply chain integration and the moderating effect of technology turbulence. We test hypotheses using hierarchical regression analysis by collecting data from 264 Chinese firms. The results reveal that both external environmental orientation and internal environmental orientation are positively related to green supply chain integration. Furthermore, green supply chain integration partially mediates the relationships between external environmental orientation and two types of firm performance and fully mediates the relationships between internal environmental orientation and two types of firm performance. The results also indicate that technology turbulence negatively moderates the relationship between internal environmental orientation and green supply chain integration and positively moderates that between external environmental orientation and green supply chain integration. Abstract: The research on volatility spillover effects between many stock markets is an important subject of finance in recent years. This paper investigates the volatility spillover between the stock markets in Shanghai and Hong Kong. Granger causality model and GARCH (1, 1)-in-mean model are adopted to test and analyze the relevance of the return and volatility between the two markets. The empirical results suggest that Hong Kong equity market has one-way significant effects on Shanghai stock market after the reform of the shareholder structure of listed companies.
