Recently, the use of non-traditional plant components as a functional ingredient in the development of fortified products for healthy and therapeutic nutrition has been very relevant. An analysis was carried out of the influence of the type of functional additive from brown algae and blackcurrant pomace powder on the organoleptic and physico-chemical properties of bakery products of reduced importance - wafer bread. A decrease in dough density, an increase in humidity and wetness of finished products was established when functional ingredients were added to the wafer bread recipe. An increase in the acidity of the experimental samples of enriched wafer breads was noted in comparison with the control sample. An increase in the acidity of the experimental samples of enriched wafer breads was noted in comparison with the control sample with a slight change in their organoleptic characteristics. A high content of iodine and dietary fiber in new types of bakery products with reduced humidity has been established.

As one of the most important energy resources in the world, coal contributes a great deal to the global economy. Therefore, despite the diversification of energy resources and transition to green energy, there are still a lot of seaports with coal terminals all over the world. Most of these ports are located within the city boundaries quite close to residential areas, and it’s difficult to underestimate their negative impact on the city’s ecology. Coal dust pollution is the main problem for the cities with coal seaports as coal terminals by their nature are active sources of fugitive dust. Coal is typically stored in large piles at port terminals, and these piles often generate significant quantities of coal dust when it’s windy or when the coal is disturbed or moved during the loading and unloading process. Coal dust is not just an aesthetic problem for the cities, it’s a threat to water quality and a possible danger to citizen’s health. The exposure of coal dust can be prevented using administrative and engineering control methods. Nowadays cities are becoming smarter by using innovative technologies to improve the quality of their citizen’s life. At the same time, ports are also becoming smarter and seeking strategies to innovate. The aim of this article is to review the most known smart technologies for coal dust control in the port cities. The scope of our study concerns not only ecological intelligent control systems driven by the Internet of Things technologies and big data analysis but also innovative solutions in traditional coal dust control technologies as water and fog dust suppression or membrane coal sheds construction. We have taken into consideration the proven or potential environmental, financial and social effectiveness of reviewed smart solutions.

Due to the wide range of pharmacological properties and the presence of bioactive components with antioxidant action hawthorn fruits can be widely used as part of dietary supplements for the prevention or improvement of diseases associated with oxidation and (or) obesity, as well as concomitant cardiovascular diseases. An urgent task of the modern pharmaceutical and food industry in the development of biologically active food additives is the use of hawthorn varieties that are resistant to the accumulation of heavy metals and have increased resistance to excess toxic elements. The chemical composition and safety indicators of fresh hawthorn fruits have been studied and it has been established that the studied fruits of zoned hawthorn varieties in terms of safety indicators meet the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation and can subsequently be used in the development of biologically active food additives. An analysis of the safety indicators of powders made from hawthorn fruits dried at different temperatures was carried out. It has been established that maximum preservation of ascorbic acid in hawthorn fruit processing products is facilitated by drying fresh fruits at 50°C.

The article updates the application of a marketing approach in the glamping industry to maximize the use of all the opportunities that this environmental innovation provides for solving economic and social problems. The purpose of the study is to formulate the foundations of the conceptual model of glamping marketing as a type of marketing management in the service sector, combining, on the basis of the principle of complementarity, on the one side, the realization of the needs and motives (rational, emotional, mental) of clients in active leisure and on the other side, green, cultural, economic development of territories into a single synergetic process of creating socially significant products that combine the characteristics of tradition and modernity. In their study, the authors rely on the results of an analysis of the Russian glamping market and note the increased interest of consumers in the new format of the tourism product. The glamping industry can bring quick profits, but less long-term results combined with a weak social effect. The scientific novelty of the research is as follows: based on clarifying the characteristics of marketing in the glamping industry, the term “glamping marketing” was proposed and justified, which, despite its industry nature, can become the basis for the creation of other innovative products of the green industry; the relationship between green marketing, territorial marketing and glamping marketing has been identified; the elements of the service package were adapted to the glamping industry and an algorithm for its strategic marketing management was proposed, based on the logic of strategic management and technological entrepreneurship.

The aim of the study is to substantiate the idea of developing the identity economy of the socio-economic territorial system on the basis of adapting the classical marketing concept “4P” to territorial marketing taking into account the principles of green marketing. The study is based on the following methodological approaches: institutional and behavioral approaches to the identity economy, the integrated approach and the principle of complementarity, which involves the analysis of the organizational structure of the object, accounting for internal and external interactions, the practice-oriented approach, which involves solving the problems of improving the investment attractiveness, image of territories, the formation of their identity as socio-ecological economic systems. The authors propose to consider territorial marketing as a strategic tool for managing socio-economic and environmental components of the territorial system. Territory identity economy acts as a relationship of market agents who identify their needs and interests with the consumer properties of the given territory. The stages of territorial green marketing strategy are developed. An important direction of marketing activity is branding, which includes the development of communication strategy for forming the image of the territory. The authors substantiate the algorithm of territorial brand formation, which consists of four stages: socio-economic analysis of the territory, development of the brand concept, visual representation of the brand, creation of the brand management structure.

This article examines the influence of the studied bedding material, which is dust-free wood shavings, cleaned from metal impurities and processed by thermochemical and biotechnological methods on the productivity of cows, the sanitary and hygienic quality of milk and the profitability of the products obtained. The production experience was carried out in the conditions of one of the farms of the Republic of Tatarstan on cows of the Holstein-Friesian breed and lasted for 3 months. To assess the quality of milk, the following indicators were taken into account: the amount of fat, protein, lactose, dry matter, non-fat milk solids, urea, somatic cells, as well as acidity, freezing point, pH, analysis for ketone bodies. The milk production was calculated based on the results of the control milking. Our studies have shown that, from an economic point of view, the use of the investigated bedding material is most effective.

The paper analyzes the experience of teaching numerical methods in the preparation of engineering students at the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University). The necessity of linking the numerical methods studied in the basic course with the topic of a particular specialty is substantiated. The disadvantages of using Ms Excel spreadsheets in the implementation of numerical methods are explained. The necessity of teaching software implementation of numerical methods on a computer is shown. The new American Strategic Computer Initiative is analyzed, as well as the current state of computing power in Russia. The need for the development and implementation of specialized courses in engineering areas for teaching complex methods of numerical analysis is shown. Such learning is recommended to be carried out within the framework of profile physical tasks. It is proposed to acquaint future engineers with the problem of parallelizing numerical algorithms for solving them on a superecomputer. The essence of the engineering approach to the parallelization of numerical algorithms is presented.

The use of wind power is one of the most promising ways to obtain renewable energy. In this article, based on a literature review, an analysis of the development of alternative solutions in the field of wind energy is carried out. The classification of wind turbines (WT) according to the orientation of the wind-sensing rotor is given. A comparison is made of the operation of horizontal-axis and vertical-axis wind turbines in different operating conditions. Alternative and unconventional technical solutions in the WT designs and elimination of shortcomings using modern knowledge in the field of application of composite materials and methods of mathematical modeling are presented. It is shown that increasing energy efficiency and release of energy is a key factor in ensuring the profitability of the WT using in various climatic and geographical conditions. The main trends in the WT development, both high-power wind farms and small local WT are determined, including directions for the development of integrated transport networks and energy storage. The tool for the successful introduction of new "green technologies" to the market in modern conditions is marketing-oriented management, which can be implemented through cooperation in the activities of technology start-ups and the state on the principles of mutually beneficial partnerships.

Information obtained as a result of monitoring of water bodies is taken as a basis for legal regulation of economic activities related to environmental pollution. In the context of a globalized economy, the strengthening of environmental protection measures in one of the neighboring countries often leads to the fact that the next plant will be built across the border, and its impact on the environment on a global scale will be the same. In this study, the authors studied the problem of finding new ways to solve the environmental problems of the Caspian Sea. The Caspian Sea belongs to Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Iran. to solve the environmental problems of the Caspian Sea, it is necessary to unify the environmental legislation of these countries, similar to the unification of the environmental legislation of the European Union countries.

The article considers the possibilities of using Russian classical literature in the contemporary learning activity. The authors reveal promising areas and pedagogical strategies for involving the younger generation in the learning of literary classics, as well as propose new conceptual approaches to solving this problem in contemporary society. The article deals with the results of the conducted study on the capabilities of fiction in forming the worldview and value orientations of the younger generation, as well as outlines the further prospects in improving the efficiency of spiritual and moral upbringing of the younger generation based on literary works. The article describes the advantage of value-oriented immersion of pupils in literary and artistic reality, which consists in the possibility of discussing many personal problems of children, adolescents, and young people in an indirect form, using the example of literary plots, characters, situations described in the works, which contributes to the necessary self-revelation of the participants in such discussions. The pedagogical strategy considered in the article is implemented through the creation of a kind of “intertext”, which, in contrast to its usual postmodern version of the information space with computer information technologies, is a process of “imposition” of several communicative spaces, namely, pedagogical, “existential experience” of students, literary and artistic reality, and scenery-directing space.

In the article there is revealed movement of financial capital components as a substance – the unity of diversity and the diversity of unity. Analysis of USD / RUB, RGBI, RTSI, SBER, IMOEX dynamics revealed speculative behavior of financial capital owners (IMOEX, USD / RUB, SBER) in relation to internal (RGBI) and external (RTSI) market. Analysis of importance of growth rates of GDP and its components revealed the state priority of GDP deflator regulation (Central Bank – inflation targeting) in the context of state revenues growth and, as a structural consequence, reduction of importance of growth rates of GDP and expenditures of households consumption against the background of increase of importance of commodities and services import. At the same time the quite high values of importance of growth rates of export of Russian commodities and services are identical to ones of such countries as Australia, Estonia and Columbia. Analysis of capital growth rates revealed fixation of interrelations between the Central Bank and financial corporations in the context of regulation of money supply and currency outside financial corporations and internal claims. These relations strengthen due to focusing of monetary and credit policy at “clear requirements to central government” and at inflation targeting. Research of the Russian financial capital components movement demonstrated corporate strengthening of interrelations between the Central Bank and the financial corporations and also defined the options for regulation of speculative behavior of financial capital owners.

The aim of the article is to analyze the models of the joint consumption economy from the point of view of finding the applicability of such models in the agro-industrial sector of the economy as tools to increase its efficiency and competitiveness. The authors have described the models of joint consumption economy based on the analysis of the differences between the definitions of “joint consumption economy" and "sharing economy» in the works of researchers. Authors allocate the assets-based, service and financial models of joint consumption economy. The study shows that in the Russian agro-industrial sector there are certain reserves for increasing its efficiency and competitiveness while creating the favorable conditions by State for the continuation of the implementation of the models of joint consumption economy in the near future. These conditions should become the object of further research, as well as the choice of the most appropriate business models for the domestic agro-industrial sector.

The article developed a methodology for assessing the rate of reproduction of the social infrastructure of agriculture. For this, a list of indicators has been defined that characterize the rural social infrastructure of the Russian Federation for 2009-2018; their analysis was carried out and index values were determined; formulas for calculating three integral indicators have been developed, reflecting the commissioning of objects of rural social infrastructure, communal services and areas equipped with communal networks; on their basis, the rates of reproduction of the social infrastructure in the industry were calculated; recommendations on the application of the obtained data are given.

Most of the countries of the world strive to be committed to the Concept of Sustainable Development and develop their own national system for monitoring progress towards the implementation of the 17 global Sustainable Development Goals. In most cases, implementation is ensured through the national projects that have an infrastructure nature. At the same time, it is very appropriate to use the achievements of business organizations, primarily industrial enterprises, which include environmental and social goals as providing direct production activities. These goals and, accordingly, the indicators that evaluate them, reflect the process activity of the enterprise. The study shows the role of the project activity of the enterprise, which ensures the successful implementation of process goals within the functional direction (by the example of the environmental and social spheres of ensuring the production process of the enterprise). As a result of the analysis of the industrial enterprises standard reporting, indicators that meet the parameters of sustainable development approved in the Russian Federation, are identified. Recommendations are given for expanding the sustainable development goals that an industrial enterprise can meet in the framework of ensuring its production activities.

The issues of food security and sustainable development of territories are of particular relevance nowadays. From this perspective, analyzing the sustainable use of the natural potential of regions is a priority for the global scientific community. The challenges of improving food security and achieving sustainable territorial development in the subarctic regions are particularly significant against the backdrop of ongoing changes in the natural and climatic conditions. Sustainable development of the subarctic regions requires the sustainable use of natural resources, preservation of natural potential, access to natural and cultural treasures, and consideration of the interests and opinions of the population and businesses in the planning of the social and economic development of the territories. This paper presents a plan for the establishment of a peasant (farm) enterprise located in the subarctic region. The profitability of the peasant (farm) enterprise in question was 18%, with a payback period of 5.5 years. The results of the study can be used in the implementation of regional SME development programmes.

The mental readiness formation of cadets’ airborne training in military universities require a special attitude to the functional state indicators. There is a need to develop a specialized method of mental state psychoregulation. The mental readiness formation requires the study of pedagogical, psychological and physiological foundations. A questionnaire survey of the psychoregulation means importance for airborne training was conducted. The cadets give ambiguous answers to the questions of their mental state psychoregulation in airborne training. The first-year cadets have little idea about the mental readiness state, about the means of its regulation. The study of the functional state and body reserve capabilities with the use of innovative accessible and operational methods of rapid diagnostics allows correction of training and psychological effects on cadets. Taking into account physical, mental, and training loads and the tendency to increase them in airborne training requires current and operational control of the functional state. Options for including multidirectional exercises of the mental state psychoregulation in combination with audio sessions on M. A. Bendyukov method in the process of airborne training are considered.

This article describes the scientific and production experience conducted in the Druzhba LLC, of the Buinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The purpose of the scientific and production experiment is to study the effect of extruded feed, with the preliminary germination of rapeseed in a 0.05 % nicotinic acid solution, on the cicatricial digestion of calves and dairy cows. During the experiment, it is found that feeding calves and dairy cows with extruded feed with preliminary germination of rapeseed in a 0.05 % nicotinic acid solution had a positive effect on cicatricial digestion, contributing to an increase in ammonia to 8.7 and 7.9 %, acetic acid – 12, 6 and 11.5 % and propionic – 13.4 and 12.6 % acids, with a decrease in butyric acid – 12.8 and 10.4 %, an increase in the total microbial number – 8 4.0 and 16.3 %, in including cellulolytic bacteria – 11.6 and 14.3 %, ciliates – 13.4 and 12.9 %, as well as the enzymatic activity of cicatricial microflora, respectively accordingly, in comparison with the control and the group where the grain feed is subjected to only one extrusion. Thus, the use of extruded feed with pre-germinated rapeseed in feeding calves and dairy cows improved the underlying indices of cicatricial digestion compared with the control group of animals fed with non-extruded feed and the group of animals fed with extruded feed.

Derivatives of nitrogen-containing heterocycles, in particular compounds of symmetric and asymmetric triazines, are widely used in agriculture as regulators of plant growth and development. Among the derivatives, the most well-known use of symmetric derivatives, however, they are difficult to biodegrade and accumulate in the soil, and as a result in the plants themselves. Therefore, asymmetric triazines, which are easily decomposed in the environment, are more promising in practical terms. Currently, it is very important to use environmentally friendly plant growth and development regulators that do not contain impurities, so much attention is paid to the identification of synthesized compounds of asymmetric triazines with a substituent in position 5 using UV, IR and Mass spectroscopy.

The purpose of research and production experiment in the conditions of Akhmetov farm located in the Vysokogorsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan was to study the harmlessness of new sanitary bedding material and the effect on gosling broilers. The experiment evidenced that a new sanitary bedding material made of woodworking waste, thermochemically and biotechnologically treated, does not have an irritating effect on the skin and mucous membranes of the eye, nor does it provoke allergic reactions in rabbits, but, on the contrary, improves certain morphobiochemical and immunological factors of gosling blood. Ultimately, this resulted in accelerated red blood cells by 6.94 %, hemoglobin – 5.20 %, total protein – 6.30 %, γ-globulin – 9.38 %, total calcium – 6.14 %, inorganic phosphorus – 5.31 %, glucose – 5.38 %, increased phagocytic activity by 2.24 %, phagocytic number – 4.37 %, and increased number of S. Marcescens-stimulated cells through the NBT test by 5.17 % compared with the control, respectively. The data obtained are consistent with the advanced livestock viability in the experiment by 1.8 %, as compared with the control.

The article discusses the economic issues of biodiesel use in agricultural production. Study purpose: determination of the biodiesel production basic economic parameters for agricultural needs. Costs of biodiesel production, formation when using different crops, and costs of replacing traditional diesel fuel are calculated based on an example of a specific enterprise. To solve the problem posed in the study, used specialized software for calculating technological maps in crop production. As a result of the study, it was determined that the own production of biodiesel in the agricultural enterprise conditions is economically justified even at an oil prices low world level. Thanks to the implementation of the investment project to create biodiesel production, it is possible to reduce the cost of fuel and lubricants and thus increase production efficiency. Every year in the conditions of the economy from the use of biodiesel, an economic effect of 2358.7 thousand rubles can be reached.

One of the most common types of ecotoxicants is oil products - unidentified group of oil hydrocarbons and products of its processing. In this regard, the development of technology for obtaining new highly efficient and inexpensive sorbents for wastewater treatment from oil products (including industrial waste) is an urgent problem. In this paper, the technology of wastewater treatment includes the use of composite sorbents based on tails-waste of Uchalinsky (UW) and Buribaevsky (BW) mining and processing plants (MPP), mica quartzite (MQ) of the Baymak field and montmorillonite clay (MC) and sodium humates (SH) obtained from waste of Tulgan brown coal. Using these sorbents, we investigated the efficiency of these sorbents in model wastewater treatment contaminated with oil from the Vozeyskoye oilfield of LLC Usinsk Neftegaz and real wastewater of “Bashneft” Ufa Oil Company. It is shown that the efficiency of treatment and the rate of adsorption of model wastewater containing oil products (8-50 mg/dm3) increases in a number of sorbents MQ < BAU < BW (UW) + MC < BW (UW) + MC+SH (BAU is a comparison sorbent - activated carbon) and reaches a maximum for MPP coated with SH. For real wastewater containing oil products of Ufa refinery (3-625 mg/l) adsorption activity increases in the number of MQ < MQ + MC < BW + MC < UW + MC. Thus, the most effective sorbents for real and model wastewater containing oil and oil products are sorbents based on waste from Uchalinsky MPP in the composition of MH (degree of purification 96.1 %), as well as sorbent: waste UW (BW) + MC modified SH (98.1 and 98.2 %, respectively).

In practical neurosurgery, an important issue is determining the status of the aneurysm and predicting its further growth, rupture or stabilization. The main approaches for the study of risk analysis asessment are computational hydrodynamics and analysis of the mechanics of the wall of cerebral aneurysm. In this paper, an analysis of various sections of the wall of cerebral aneurysm is given, combining mechanical test data and histological examination data. It was shown that, along with significant differences in mechanics, a different degree of calcification is observed in the tissue, which indicates a different level of impaired transport of substances inside the tissue.

The purpose of the article is to develop a model for interaction between industry higher educational institutions and the customer of educational services in order to increase the human potential in the industry. The article deals with the specifics of relations between the transport higher educational institutions and the company. To assess the quality of relations, the resource exchange model is suggested for use. The article formulates principles of interaction between the parties and indicators that can be used to assess the quality of the resources exchange. A model for interaction between the company’s bus iness units and higher educational institutions was proposed. The relations between the horizontal-structured corporation and educational institutions were modeled; the mathematical apparatus was selected to describe the contacts, indicators of satisfaction with the resources and the resultant indicator (satisfaction with the interaction) were proposed. The model will help to determine quantitative characteristics of the achieved contacts. Their introduction will make it possible to assess the original state of the contacts and proceed to functional design. Introduction of the concept of satisfaction with the resources and interaction in its individual lines will allow identifying the reserves to build on in order to optimize the contacts. The purpose of the modeling is to expand contacts between the higher educational institution and enterprises in the industry, to involve employees in innovation activities, to improve skills of the higher educational institution graduates in response to the needs of the industry. This article only looks at the interaction between industry higher educational institutions and business units of RZD OJSC, whereas recent years brought contacts between the university and many transport organizations that have specifics of market interactions described in the stakeholder theory.

The article presents the results of a complex analytical research of the region transport infrastructure. The authors propose the developed methodology for assessing the transport infrastructure in the region. The evaluation algorithm is based on consideration of individual municipal entities and their clustering by the Self-organizing maps. An example of approbation of the developed methodology in the Arkhangelsk region is given. As a result, we obtained a map showing clusters that unite municipal entities in homogeneous groups. Based on the results, a list of recommendations for the territorial development of each cluster was developed.

The study presents the regional and national statistics, allowing drawing the conclusions about the state of the innovation process, its elements, and their relationships. The main result of the study is the identified “gap” between basic science as the object of creating innovations and manufacturing enterprises as the object of the implementation of innovations. According to the authors, there is a necessity for the process control for not only the creation, but the implementation of innovations in production; the formation of an infrastructure that can provide the interaction of science and industry, the transformation of scientific developments into the manufacturing process now. This structure should be a buffer zone between the elements of the innovation process, create an area of mutually beneficial cooperation. The article considers the evolution of scientific development transformation in production. The organizational model of “innovation-to-production” transfer established on the small innovative enterprises affiliated with the leading educational institutions is suggested. The merits and drawbacks of the organizational interaction models in the “higher education institution-the small innovative enterprise-the enterprise” chain are shown.

The use of “green” logistics technologies for the Russian transport system is designed to reduce the damage to the environment, it becomes a competitiveness factor, and gives the service “quality criterion”. Among many areas of “green” logistics, the authors considered the development of piggyback transport and the organization of utilization system as the most promising and priority for the Russian transport market. The advantages and key challenges in organizing piggyback in Russia are revealed. To overcome the current limitations, it is suggested to enable the conditions, that should be taken into account when calculating the tariffs for transportation and take into account the impact of the mode of transport on the ecology. The authors discuss the direct and indirect positive effects of as part of reverse logistics for the transport market of the Russian Federation. The actual task is to form the utilization market as an independent branch of activity. The article analyzes the domestic and foreign experience in addressing these issues, formulates the problems and challenges for further research.

The competitiveness of the national economy depends on the technological level of the machine-building enterprises production equipment. Today in Russia there are objective and subjective restrictions for the optimum policy formation of the manufacturing equipment renewal. The analysis of the manufacturing equipment age structure dynamics in the Russian machine-building complex indicates the negative tendencies intensification: increase in the equipment service life, reduction in the share of up-to-date equipment, and drop in its use efficiency. The article investigates and classifies the main restrictions of the manufacturing equipment renewal process, such as regulatory and legislative, financial, organizational, competency-based. The economic consequences of the revealed restrictions influence on the machine-building enterprises activity are shown.

An unusual case of suicide by hanging on the door inside the cab of a truck (truck) «MAN» is presented: the neck is squeezed between the edge of the movable glass and the edge of the frame of the car door from the driver's seat. The above observation supplements the existing variants about the possibility of hanging with a kind of one-sided open «loop».

Immune reagents for the detection of specific antigen-binding lymphocytes (ABL) with respect to different Salmonells antigens were developed. Rabbits were immunized with killed S. typhi and other salmonellae containing cross-reacting antigens, and the dynamics of the formation of ASL of each specificity was studied. Differences in the time of the appearance of ASL with receptors to thymus-independent (09, 12 or Vi) and thymus-dependent (Hd) antigens were studied. The relative content of ASL, determined with the use of immune reagents prepared from S. typhi antigens, was higher, on the whole, in rabbits immunized with S. typhi than in rabbits immunized with salmonellae containing one of cross-reacting antigens (S. enteritidis--09, 12; S. paratyphi C--Vi; S. virginia--Hd).
