This study discusses implementing the Child Friendly School program based on ethnopedagogy concepts in Gorontalo Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was used through research at MTs Negeri 1 Telaga Biru, SMP Negeri 1 Limboto, and SMA Negeri 1 Telaga. The subjects of the study involved the entire school community directly involved in the program's implementation. Purposive sampling techniques are used to determine research subjects according to the objectives of this study. Data collection instruments consist of interviews, observations, and documentation. The study results show that Ethno pedagogy in the Child-Friendly School Program is integrated into various school activities, such as integrated activities, literacy and environmental management, that refer to Gorontalo's local values and culture. However, there are obstacles and challenges related to school-institution collaboration, school infrastructure renewal, program funding, cultural facilities, geographical location, and foreign cultural influences. This finding is expected to be a reference for other educational institutions in implementing the Child-Friendly School Program and as an evaluation for the three institutions studied to improve and improve the process of implementing this program.

The assessment model of student field practice is essential to assess the achievement of students' competence as a prospective teacher. It is also important in Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Training. The objective of this research is to identify the available assessment model in sequence to find causes why do the lecturers find difficulty in assessing the students' practice and the expected remedies. This research used concurrent mixed method with concurrent triangulation design. Data was collected using questionnaires, focus group discussion, and documentation. Data was analysed in quantitative using descriptive statistic and in qualitative using Miles & Hubberman method. The result shows that in reality, there are many weaknesses in the assessment model. They are seen in several aspects; from validity and reliability aspects, empirical evident is not found; from objective aspect, layout instrument, guideline, and scoring rubric are unclear and not detail; from the systematic aspect, assessment sequence is unstructured; while from practicality aspect, the result is not optimal. The desired expectation is the provision of a simple assessment that is valid, reliable, objective, and easy to understand as well as practical to be used.

Weld seam detection is particularly crucial within industrial systems, as it promptly reflects the quality of product fabrication and performance, ensuring the final metallurgical product's quality while mitigating potential losses stemming from product quality issues. This paper proposed the InfoFPN Cross Refinement Network (InfoCRNet) for the weld seam detection, achieving an accuracy rate of 98,90% and F1 score of 98,85 %. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Body size in adult life is likely associated with risks of endometriosis and adenomyosis, yet little is known about associations with body size earlier in life. Aim: To examine whether birth weight, childhood body mass index (BMI) and height are associated with risks of endometriosis and adenomyosis. Subjects and methods: From the Copenhagen School Health Records Register, 171,447 girls born 1930–1996, with measured weights and heights at ages 7–13 were included. Outcomes were obtained from health registers. Cox regressions were performed to estimate hazard ratios (HR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI). Results: During follow-up, 2149 endometriosis cases and 1410 adenomyosis cases were diagnosed. Childhood BMI was inversely associated with endometriosis (HR = 0.92 [95% CI: 0.88–0.96] per z-score at age 7). In contrast, childhood height was positively associated with endometriosis (HR = 1.09 [95% CI: 1.05–1.14] per z-score at age 7). Associations with childhood body size did not differ by endometriosis location. Childhood BMI and height had limited associations with adenomyosis. Birth weight was not associated with endometriosis or adenomyosis. Conclusion: Lean and tall girls are more often diagnosed with endometriosis, but not adenomyosis. These findings suggest that indicators of endometriosis risk are already apparent at early ages.

Here we observed whether the ABCC2 (G1249A) polymorphism impacts the transport abilities of MRP2-dependent paclitaxel, docetaxel, and doxorubicin in recombinant LLC-PK1 cell lines.Methods: LLC-PK1 cell lines transfected with ABCC2 1249G wild-type and ABCC2 1249A variant alleles were used to evaluate the sensitivity, intracellular accumulation, and transmembrane transport of paclitaxel, docetaxel, and doxorubicin.Results: The recombinant ABCC2 1249A variant cell line showed higher IC 50 values for paclitaxel and doxorubicin than ABCC2 1249G wild-type cell system (p< 0.01). Intracellular accumulations of paclitaxel and doxorubicin in cells transfected with ABCC2 1249A variant allele were significantly decreased compared to cells transfected with ABCC2 1249G wild-type allele (p< 0.01). The efflux ratios of paclitaxel and doxorubicin across ABCC2 1249A cell line were significantly increased compared with ABCC2 1249G cell system (p< 0.01). However, ABCC2 (G1249A) polymorphism had no effect on the transport activity of MRP2-mediated docetaxel.Conclusion: Our results indicate that ABCC2 (G1249A) polymorphism affects the transport activities of MRP2-dependent paclitaxel and doxorubicin, resulting in greater efflux of these anticancer drugs.Keywords: ABCC2, polymorphism, sensitivity, accumulation, transport

The purpose of this study was to estimate the instrument of reading and writing capability of the Qur’an in the practicum program students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. This type of research is quantitative with an analysis approach to the generalization theory variance through the G-Study concept with a multifacet design p x r x I three facet variations. The results of the study prove the instrument of reading and reading ability of the Koran was tested, namely the estimated coefficient of reliability of the combined scores of the reading and writing assessment of the Koran from 20 students who were rated by 4 rater of 10 items which were judged by the magnitude of generalizability coefficient value of 0.82749 . The magnitude of this value indicates that the true score of the assessment results is quite high compared to the minimum reliability criteria, which is 0.70 fulfilling the reliable criteria. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengestimasi instrument kemampuan baca tulis alqur’an pada program praktikum baca tulis Alqur’an mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis varians teori generalisibilitas melalui konsep G-Study dengan desain multifacet p x r x I tiga variasi facet. Hasil penelitian membuktikan instrumen penilaian kemampuan baca tulis al-Qur’an teruji, yakni estimasi koefisien reliabilitas skor gabungan penilaian kemampuan baca tulis Alqur’an dari 20 mahasiswa yang dinilai oleh 4 rater terhadap 10 item yang dinilai diperoleh besarnya nilai koefisien generalizabilitas sebesar 0,82749. Besaran nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa true score hasil penilaian cukup tinggi dibandingkan kriteria reliabilitas minimal yaitu 0,70 memenuhi kriteria reliabel.

Studi ini bertujuan mengungkap realitas penilaian pelaksanaan PPL Mahasiswa pada Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI) Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan sebagai bagian dari Lembaga Pendidikan Tenaga Kependidikan Islam (LPTKI) dengan kesiapan mahasiswa menjadi guru diEra Millenial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatitifdengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui focus groupdiscussion (FGD) , observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil penilaian pelaksanaan PPL yang diperoleh mahasiswa selama ini belum mampu menggambarkan kompetensi yang dipersyaratkan menjadi guru yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, sosial dan kepribadian. Hal ini dipengaruhi model penilaian yang digunakan dalam buku panduan untuk mengukur kompetensi mahasiswa PPL belum terdeskripsi lengkap dan detail, masih banyak indikator-indikator yang belum dapat ternilai oleh instrumen yang sudah ada dengan rubrik penskoran yang jelas dan ini menjadi realitas yang dihadapi di berbagai TKI Indonesia.Perlu dilakukan pengembangan model penilaian PPL yang didesain secara sederhana dan mudah diaplikasikan oleh dosen pembimbing dan guru pamong dalam melakukan penilaian.Konstruk dan indikator dari item-item instrumen penilaian PPL dikembangkan mengacu pada standar kompetensi PPL yang dirumuskan berdasarkan tuntutan kompetensi guru.

The 19F(p, αγ)16O reaction is of crucial importance for Galactic 19F abundances and CNO cycle loss in first generation Population III stars. Due to its extremely small cross sections, the 19F(p, αγ)16O reaction has not been measured in the low energy part of the Gamow window(70-200 keV). As a day-one campaign, the experiment was performed under the extremely low cosmicray-induced background environment of the China JinPing Underground Laboratory(CJPL), one of the deepest underground laboratories in the world. The γ-ray yields were measured over Ec.m. =72.4–344 keV, covering the full Gamow window for the first time. The direct experimental data will help people to expound the fluorine over-abundances, energy generation, as well as heavy-element nuclosynthesis scenario in asymptotic giant branch (AGB) stars, with the astrophysical model on the firm ground.

This article is aimed to analyse the servant leadership model in achieving and reaching the vision and mission of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Training because this model becomes an important issue applied by the education leaders. The research methodology used in this research is quantitative research with mixed method approach by Creswell. The primary data are collected though by questionnaire and secondary data by interview and documentation. The sample consists of 36 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. The result shows that from ten characteristics of servant leadership model, there are seven models implemented well. Those seven models are listening, achieving other people and emphatic, awareness, building persuasive power, service-ability, commitment, and building community. There are three models need to be improved, those are predicting ability, conceptualization, and healing ability. This leadership model is not an instant solution to solve the problem faced by the leader, but it is a long-term way, which the result comprehensively gives the change of vision and mission achievement.

This study aimed to determine the quality of Indonesian nationally standardized examination instrument (Soal Ujian Sekolah Berstandar Nasional/SUSBN) in Islamic religious education subjects (Pendidikan Agama Islam/PAI), on 2011/2012 academic year, in high school of Gorontalo City, Celebes, Indonesia. It was assessed from the aspect of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis based on classical-modern test theory and iteman program. This is an ex post facto research. Data were collected by document analysis technique and used 215 sample from 1321 population of learners. The result shows that items of the question has a good validity level; the distribution of cognitive domain comprehenship enough; it reliability was stable; level of difficulty was categorized as fair; criteria different power are well accepted; effectiveness of detractors items are effective. However, on several points need revised in order to in line with the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs and National Education Standards Agency.

JUNA measured the SP 19 sp F(p, ) SP 16 sp O channel down to the lowest energy of E SB c.m. sb 72 keV, and the JUNA rate deviates significantly from the previous expectations by a factor of 0.2-1.3 [[21]]. Thanks to the advantages provided by CJPL, the Jinping Underground Nuclear Astrophysics (JUNA) experiment collaboration has proposed to exploit the extremely low background and try to reach the Gamow region in CJPL-II A1 Hall (see Figure 1) [[9]]. Previously, this reaction was thought to be weak compared to the SP 19 sp F(p, ) SP 16 sp O reaction, so most of the SP 19 sp F produced by the CNO cycle would be recycled back into SP 16 sp O, with no substantial chemical abundance changes. The background mainly consists of the neutron-induced background from SP 13 sp C( ,n) SP 16 sp O reaction and the gamma background from other ( , ) reactions, making the analysis complicated. Biophysical characterization of PEG-g-PEI-SPION and scFvCD44v6-PEG-g-PEI-SPION was carried out, including siRNA condensation capacity, cell viability, and transfection efficiency. Both the targeting and nontargeting nanocarriers were effective for transferring siRNA in vitro. The cellular uptake and distribution of nanoparticles complexed with siRNA was analyzed by fluorescence imaging and immunofluorescent staining. Moreover, the gastric cancer-targeting effect was verified in vivo by MRI and histology analysis. The 12C(α, γ)16O reaction plays a key role in the evolution of stars with masses of M > 0.55 M⊙. At the Gamow peak (Ec.m. = 300 ke V, T9 = 0.2), the cross section of the 12C(α, γ)16O reaction is so small (about 10−17 barn) that the direct measurement in ground laboratory is not feasible with the existing technology. Up to now, the cross sections at lower energies can only be extrapolated from the data at higher energies. However, two subthreshold resonances, locating at Ex = 7.117 MeV and Ex = 6.917 MeV, make this extrapolation more complicated. In this work the 6.917 MeV subthreshold resonance in the 12C(α, γ)16O reaction was investigated via the 12C(11B, 7Li)16O reaction. The experiment was performed using the Q3D magnetic spectrograph at HI-13 tandem accelerator. We measured the angular distribution of the 12C(11B, 7Li)16O transfer reaction leading to the 6.917 MeV state. Based on DWBA analysis, we derived the square of ANC of the 6.917 MeV level in 16O to be (2.45± 0.28) ×1010 fm−1, with which the reduced-α width can be computed. Finally, we calculated the astrophysical SE2 factor of the 6.917 MeV resonance to be 67.6 ± 7.7 ke V b.

22Na is an important isotope for the study of extinct radioactivity, meanwhile its sufficiently long half life provides the possibility to observe live 22Na in nearby nova explosions. The 22Na(p,γ) 23Mg is one of the key reactions that influence the 22Na abundance in nova ejecta. To study the proton resonant states in 23Mg relevant to the astrophysical 22Na(p,γ) 23Mg reaction rates, two measurements have been carried out at the CRIB separator of University of Tokyo, and the RIBLL secondary beamline in Lanzhou, respectively. The 22Na secondary beam was produced via the 1H(22Ne, 22Na)n charge exchange reaction. Thick-target inverse-kinematics method is applied to obtain the excitation function of 22Na+p elastic scattering. Extended gas target and solid state polyethylene foil were used in the two measurements, respectively, to map the different excitation energy region of the compound nucleus 23Mg. Several new resonant levels are observed and their contribution to the 22Na(p,γ) 23Mg reaction rate is evaluated.

A technique for the cooperative analysis of optical and x-ray spectroscopies used to study dilute semiconductor nanoparticle composites, is presented.

This paper presents a time sequential Monte Carlo simulation approach to reliability assessment of substation and switching stations. The technique is illustrated by application to a practical configuration and used to evaluate the station reliability indices which are then compared with those obtained using an analytical method. The study results show that the simulation method can provide acceptable indices. The simulation approach is also used to perform station sensitivity analysis by varying selected station component parameters. This type of analysis can play an important role in improving power system reliability and is essential and necessary in the selection of critical components. The Monte Carlo procedure is utilized to develop probability distributions associated with the station reliability indices. The paper illustrates how the simulation method can provide additional indices which can not easily be obtained using an analytical method.
