Abstract

A study was carried out in 2013 in order to describe, using data from the programme for a medicalised information system, the population of patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) cared for through the hospital at home service of the AP-HP Paris hospital group. This study highlights the highly technical nature of the care, in a context of palliative care and patient dependency.
