In Pelletierellus danbartai Borovec, 2015 spermatheca is firstly described and illustrated. Parameira krueperi Faust, 1894 is newly compared with P. setosa Seidlitz, 1868. The species of the Eastern Mediterranean genus Dichorrhinus Desbrochers, 1875 are revie-wed. D. geiseri sp. nov. is described from Samos Island (Greece) and Western Turkey, and D. alziari sp. nov. is described from Cyprus. Dichorrhinus korbi Schilsky, 1911 is redescribed. An illustrated key to the species of Dichorrhinus is provided, and new records are presented.

The article focuses on the ultrastructure of several species of the weevil tribe Phyllobiini (Coleoptera: Curculionidae: Entiminae), which male genetalia have long been studied and used to define taxonomic groups of the species. Topics discussed include the specimens and methods used by the authors in their analysis of the Phyllobiini's internal sac and results of their analysis including the discovery of similar apical sclerites among Phyllobius argentatus, P. fulvago and P. glaucus.
