Parasitic absorption in the front window layers of transparent conductive oxide (TCO) films and carrier selective collection layers and the optical shading losses from the metallic finger grid mainly limit the current generation in silicon heterojunction (SHJ) solar cells. In this work, we demonstrate an improved short‐circuit current density (Jsc) of 40.24 mA/cm2 through a combination of novel window layers composed of transition metal doped indium oxide (IMO) and hydrogenated nanocrystalline silicon oxide (nc‐SiOx:H) films and Cu plating for SHJ solar cells. By introducing water vapor during direct current (DC) magnetron sputtering deposition process, IMO films show a large optical band gap (Eg) of about 3.88 eV and high mobility up to 83.2 cm2/V·s, while maintaining a low carrier concentration, which leads to high transparency and low near‐infrared (NIR) free carrier absorption (FCA). In addition to its high deposition rate and crystalline volume fraction, we found that nc‐SiOx:H films deposited by very high frequency (VHF) excited plasma‐enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) show an excellent surface passivation quality, which not only improves the open circuit voltage (Voc) of SHJ cells but also increases the Jsc through improved carrier selective collection. The quantified Jsc breakdown analysis was performed to identify the room for improvement, and it showed that the front shading loss (about 1.32 mA/cm2) is the largest portion. By combining the benefits of these window layer enhancements with the further use of fine line width and conductivity of Cu plating, SHJ solar cells, with a Jsc improvement of 0.57 mA/cm2 and a certified efficiency of 25.54%, were achieved on a total area of 274.5 cm2 using in‐house pilot production line equipment. Aim: This study aimed to explore the factors associated with attitudes towards the older adults among nursing students, to clarify the impact of empathy and end‐of‐life care on the attitude of the older adults, and to provide a basis for the follow‐up of education courses related to older adults care and the training of older adults care talents. Design: A cross‐sectional study. Methods: A cross‐sectional survey on nursing students' knowledge and attitudes towards older adults was conducted from 24 December 2020–24 February 2021. The Chinese versions of the end‐of‐life Attitudes Scale, Jefferson Empathy Scale‐Nursing Version and Kogan Attitudes Scale for the Elderly were used for this cross‐sectional study. We used the purposive sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey on nursing students at Heilongjiang Nursing College (n = 371, effective response rate: 64.52%). Results: The average score of FATCOD‐B was 99.04 (7.71), and the score of C‐JSE‐HPS was 100.67 (12.90). The total average score of nursing students' attitudes towards older adults was 139.91 (15.79). The hierarchical regression analysis showed that education (β = −.125, p =.025) and personal experience (β = −.132, p =.008) correlated negatively with attitudes towards the older adults, while the end‐of‐life care (β =.140, p =.013) and empathy (β =.285, p <.001) correlated positively with attitudes towards the older adults. Conclusions: Religion, end‐of‐life care and empathy were positively correlated with nursing students' attitudes towards older adults. It is necessary to set up end‐of‐life care, empathy and education related to the older adults, and combine a variety of training forms, increasing humanistic assessments and reducing the employment pressure on nursing students by relevant departments can improve their attitudes towards the older adults. We present the development of a time- and angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy based on a Yb-based femtosecond laser and a hemispherical electron analyzer. The energy of the pump photon is tunable between 1.4 and 1.9 eV, and the pulse duration is around 30 fs. We use a KBe2BO3F2 nonlinear optical crystal to generate probe pulses, of which the photon energy is up to 6.7 eV, and obtain an overall time resolution of 1 ps and energy resolution of 18 meV. In addition, β-BaB2O4 crystals are used to generate alternative probe pulses at 6.05 eV, giving an overall time resolution of 130 fs and energy resolution of 19 meV. Measurement and analysis of local government efficiency is important; however, it is also difficult. To measure government efficiency, this paper employs the relative measurement method described in the research literature. It develops and applies an index to measure and rank the government efficiency of 31 provincial governments in China (including autonomous regions and municipalities) from 2001 to 2010. This permits a comparative analysis of provincial government efficiency and of the factors that influence it, among China's eastern, central, and western regions. The findings suggest a high association between the degree of economic development and local government efficiency, and in this respect, a large disparity has been observed between central and western regions on the one hand and the eastern region on the other. It is argued that provincial governments in the central and western regions should focus on improving residents' welfare, the quality of regional economic growth, and the level of social development by constantly enhancing government efficiency, optimizing the supply of public services, controlling the size of government, and thus improving residents' disposable income. © 2014 The Authors. In urbanization, prefab buildings for office use are extensively applied on construction sites due to its convenience and flexibility. In order to study the adaptive thermal comfort in prefab construction site offices (PCSO),combined thermal parameter measurement and questionnaire survey were conducted on selected construction sites in Guangzhou during summer and winter seasons. 1179 valid questionnaires were collected. The relationship between Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) and the thermal sensation was studied; thermal comfort zones and preferred temperatures in summer and winter seasons were identified. The results show that the indoor thermal environment of the PCSOs was always unacceptable for occupants in summer. However, the percentage of acceptability is much higher in winter. The comfort temperatures in summer and winter are 26.2 °C and 21.1 °C, respectively. In summer, the upper limit of the acceptable temperature is 29.3 °C, and the comfortable temperature range is from 25.0 °C to 28.2 °C, which is different from the thermal comfort zone of ASHRAE–55. An adaptive thermal comfort model for PCSO is established, which is beneficial for reliably evaluating the indoor thermal comfort of PCSO in Guangzhou and other locations with similar environmental conditions. Since the advent of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), healthcare workers (HCWs) wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) has become a common phenomenon. COVID-19 outbreaks overlap with heat waves, and healthcare workers must unfortunately wear PPE during hot weather and experience excessive heat stress. Healthcare workers are at risk of developing heat-related health problems during hot periods in South China. The investigation of thermal response to heat stress among HCWs when they do not wear PPE and when they finish work wearing PPE, and the impact of PPE use on HCWs' physical health were conducted. The field survey were conducted in Guangzhou, including 11 districts. In this survey, HCWs were invited to answer a questionnaire about their heat perception in the thermal environment around them. Most HCWs experienced discomfort in their back, head, face, etc., and nearly 80% of HCWs experienced "profuse sweating." Up to 96.81% of HCWs felt "hot" or "very hot." The air temperature had a significant impact on thermal comfort. Healthcare workers' whole thermal sensation and local thermal sensation were increased significantly by wearing PPE and their thermal sensation vote (TSV) tended towards "very hot." The adaptive ability of the healthcare workers would decreased while wearing PPE. In addition, the accept range of the air temperature ( T a ) were determined in this investigation.
