BackgroundAs representatives of health information communication platforms accessed through mobile phones and mobile terminals, health-related WeChat public accounts (HWPAs) have a large consumer base in the Chinese-speaking world. However, there is still a lack of general understanding of the status quo of HWPAs and the quality of the articles they release. ObjectiveThe aims of this study were to assess the conformity of HWPAs to the Health on the Net Foundation Code of Conduct (HONcode) and to evaluate the suitability of articles disseminated by HWPAs. MethodsThe survey was conducted from April 23 to May 5, 2019. Based on the monthly (March 1-31, 2019) WeChat Index provided by Qingbo Big Data, the top 100 HWPAs were examined to evaluate their HONcode compliance. The first four articles published by each HWPA on the survey dates were selected as samples to evaluate their suitability. All materials were assessed by three raters. The materials were assessed using the HONcode checklist and the Suitability Assessment of Materials (SAM) score sheet. Data analysis was performed with SPSS version 17.0 (SPSS Inc, Chicago, IL, USA) and Excel version 2013 (Microsoft Inc, Washington DC, USA). ResultsA total of 93 HWPAs and 210 of their released articles were included in this study. For six of the eight principles, the 93 HWPAs nearly consistently did not meet the requirements of the HONcode. The HWPAs certified by Tencent Corporation (66/93, 71%) were generally slightly superior to those without such certification (27/93, 29%) in terms of compliance with HONcode principles. The mean SAM score for the 210 articles was 67.72 (SD 10.930), which indicated “adequate” suitability. There was no significant difference between the SAM scores of the articles published by certified and uncertified HWPAs (P=.07), except in the literacy requirements dimension (tdf=97=–2.418, P=.02). ConclusionsThe HWPAs had low HONcode conformity. Although the suitability of health information released by HWPAs was at a moderate level, there were still problems identified, such as difficulty in tracing information sources, excessive implicit advertisements, and irregular usage of charts. In addition, the low approval requirements of HWPAs were not conducive to improvement of their service quality.

Deep convolutional neural networks(DCNN) has recently significantly pushed the state of the art of semantic image segmentation. However, as the network depth increases, the progressively lower resolution leads to a loss of feature information and a large number of segmentation errors near the image edges. This is an imperative problem for applications that require accurate segmentation such as intrusion detection of railway. To address this problem, we propose superpixel pooling DCNN combined with random walks networks (SDR-Net), a semantic segmentation model that combines improved DeepLabV3+ and random walks algorithm. Firstly, the improved DeepLabV3+ with superpixel-pooling ASPP (SPASPP) is used as the basic structure of SDR-Net to introduce image prior information and improve the image feature extraction performance. Then, all pixels of the initial segmentation are classified by a binary classification network based on D2S transformation into two categories: correctly labeled pixels and incorrectly labeled pixels. Thirdly, the correctly labeled pixels are used as seed points, and then random walk algorithm is applied to reclassify the mislabeled pixels to achieve higher precision semantic image segmentation. Experiments on PASCAL VOC2012 datasets show the effectiveness of the algorithm in this paper, and it was successfully applied to rail intrusion detection.

The rapid development of industry intelligence has promoted the importance of sorting robots, but the shortcomings of sorting tasks are also gradually obvious. The target detection of the sorting robot in the process of sorting and grasping is affected by the anchor frame setting, and its grasping efficiency and recognition effect are low. Therefore, a detection network based on an anchor frame-free regression algorithm is proposed in this study, and a positioning and grasping method of the sorting robot based on the Deep Belief Network (DBN) algorithm is proposed. The algorithm experiment shows that the prediction accuracy of the proposed anchor-free detection network in the PASCAL VOC dataset reaches 92.91, significantly higher than that of other detection networks. In addition, the sorting robot was researched and designed with high accuracy in occlusion target recognition. When the occlusion area reaches 70%, the accuracy rate is as high as 81.26%, which is far higher than other detection schemes. The above results show that in improving the sorting robot’s target recognition ability, the anchor-free detection network can significantly improve its recognition accuracy. At the same time, introducing the DBN network can improve the robot’s recognition ability for occluded targets, which is of great significance to the development of the sorting robot and the intelligent industry. Aim. To explore potential resilience and psychological flexibility patterns in nurses and analyze the effects of related factors such as growth mindset and professional recognition of categories. Background. Resilience and psychological flexibility can help nurses resist occupational pressure and play essential roles in promoting personal growth and professional development. Methods. A latent category approach was used to examine the patterns of heterogeneity in resilience and flexibility among 805 nurses. Differences in the influences related to resilience and flexibility were analyzed using univariate and multivariate logistic regressions, with demographic information, growth mindset, and career recognition as covariates. Results. Participants were divided into three potential categories: toughness-flexible (32.8%), power-deficit-emotional (23.1%), and toughness-rigid (44.1%). The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that monthly income, mode of employment, growth mindset, and professional identity were influential factors in the potential categories of nurse resilience and flexibility. Conclusion. One cohort of nurses had high resilience and low flexibility, and psychological rigidity was related to the fact that the monthly income was less than RMB 5,000 and the contractual mode of employment. An excellent growth mindset and a high professional identity indicate that nurses are resilient and flexible. Implications for Nursing Management. There is a shortage of personnel to provide care for older adults with dementia, and traditional teaching methods could be improved. The teaching method used in the Care for Older Adults With Dementia course is mainly theoretical, lacking real-life care scenarios and practical procedural training. In the current study, we developed a virtual reality (VR) teaching system and designed a randomized controlled trial aimed at testing the availability of the VR–assisted teaching system, filling the gap in teaching through care scenarios, enabling students majoring in intelligent health and oldage care service management to have a more positive attitude toward learning, and improving students' knowledge and course satisfaction. This study showed that the developed VR system can meet the initial needs of daily teaching, help students have a more positive attitude toward learning, and improve their academic performance and course satisfaction. Background: With the continuous development of the Internet and information technology, telemedicine has gradually become a popular medical model, which has always attracted much attention. Especially in recent years, research has shown a rapid increase in the use of telemedicine due to the impact of COVID-19. We have conducted a scientific metrological analysis of telemedicine to identify its hot spots and frontiers and promote cooperation and development. Methods: We retrieved 19,171 articles related to telemedicine published from 1971 to 2022 in the Web of Science (WOS) database. Then, we conducted co-author network analysis (author, institution, country), co-citation analysis (author, journal, literature) and burst analysis (thematic trends and frontier topics). Results: The number of publications has been on the rise since 1993 and began to rise rapidly in 1997. Influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of articles doubled in 2020 compared to the prior year. The United States produced the greatest number of articles (43.4%). Although studies in Greece are fewer and more recent, the country is demonstrating tremendous development potential in this field and is an active contributor to telemedicine research. The main research topics identified include the application, system and services of telemedicine; the application of telemedicine in providing medical services to rural and remote areas where medical resources are scarce; the quality control of medical images in telemedicine; the application of telemedicine in chronic disease care; and the comparison of in-person medical care and telemedicine. Emerging topics include the application and impact of telemedicine during the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion: The main telemedicine research fields over the past 52 years are identified, the meanings of analyses results are discussed, and emerging trends are highlighted. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Semitransparent solar cells are promising power-generating windows for building integrated photovoltaics, and the color-fidelity is crucially important for their potential application. Herein, to obtain desirable neutral-colored perception while surmounting the single-junction efficiency barrier, a systematic method is introduced to design semitransparent tandem solar cells (ST-TSCs), and CsPbI2Br/PTB7-Th:IEICO-4F-based perovskite/organic tandem solar cells (P/O-TSCs) with outstanding color-fidelity are first reported. Above all, a numerical method, which includes the fluctuation factor of external quantum efficiency (EQEff) within the visible range to select the front-cell and the absorption selectivity factor within the near-infrared spectrum (SNIR) to assess the rear-cell, is established to construct the device structure. Second, the theoretical transmittance fluctuation factor within the visible range (TFFVIS) and absorption selectivity factor (S) are developed to evaluate ST-TSCs' color-fidelity and photovoltaic performance. Finally, a PTB7-Th layer is introduced to passivate the halogen vacancy defects of CsPbI2Br. As a result, the neutral-colored semitransparent P/O-TSCs with a color coordinate of (0.344, 0.349) are achieved, which possess an efficiency of 13.56%, an average visible transmittance of 26.28% and a color rendering index of 96.4. The synergistic effects of the transmittance fluctuation factor and light-absorption selectivity open the path to design and fabricate semitransparent P/O-TSCs with balanced efficiency and good color neutrality. Aim: This meta‐analysis systematically reviewed and identified the effects of WeChat‐based continuous care (WCC) interventions on various outcomes in cancer patients. Design: Systematic review and meta‐analysis. Methods: In this study, outcome measures included somatic function, anxiety, depression, social function, and cognitive function. The standardized mean differences and 95% CIs of pooled effect sizes were calculated using fixed‐ and random‐effects models. NFail‐safe and Begg's tests were performed to evaluate publication bias, and sensitivity analysis was performed to evaluate the robustness of the meta‐analysis results. Results: The meta‐analysis included 18 RCTs of moderate quality. WCC interventions significantly improved somatic function, depression, anxiety, social function, and cognitive function in cancer patients. There was no significant publication bias, and the sensitivity analysis indicated robust results. To evaluate the health information literacy (HIL) level and influencing factors among digital immigrants in rural China and to investigate their obstacles of online health information seeking. Cross-sectional study. Digital immigrants aged 45 to 65 in rural China. Self-assessment questionnaires and a semi-structured interview were developed to measure HIL among 1,132 participants. Nonparametric tests and multiple linear regression were employed to explain the influencing factors. The HIL level of digital immigrants is low. Age, education level, and experience of Internet use impacted their HIL. Digital immigrants primarily accessed the Internet via mobile terminals, but their poor information skills, their lack of HIL education, and the low readability of online health information are major barriers of online health information seeking. Although respondents recognized the positive effects of health-related information on health promotion, their abilities to seek, evaluate, and apply health information were weak. The government should incorporate HIL into the national health literacy promotion program and strengthen legislative supervision of online health information.

Comprehensive Summary: Constructing monolithic tandem solar cells (TSCs) is an effective method to break the Shockley–Queisser (S–Q) radiative efficiency limit for single‐junction solar cells. Employing the wide bandgap perovskite materials and low bandgap organic materials as absorber layers for front and rear subcells, respectively, to construct perovskite/organic TSCs can complementarily absorb sunlight in ultraviolet‐visible (UV‐Vis) range by front perovskite and near‐infrared (NIR) range by rear organic molecules, thus reducing the thermalization energy losses. Besides the subcells, the interconnection layer (ICL), which physically and electrically connects the front and rear subcells, is also an important tunnel junction to recombine charges. In this review, we summarize the optimization strategies of wide bandgap perovskites for front subcell, narrow bandgap organic material for rear subcell, and the ICLs employed in monolithic perovskite/organic TSCs. This paper investigates the resilient distributed secondary control problem against FDI attacks for the seaport microgrid with a high proportion of renewable energy. Firstly, the polymorphic seaport microgrid containing a power layer, a control layer, a data layer and a service layer is constructed. It can achieve a software-defined function for control strategies based on a layered network and allows heterogeneous distributed generators (DGs) to exchange various types of data packets. Secondly, considering the unbounded attack generated by stolen estimator parameters can rapidly cause a large-scale power outage of the seaport microgrid, an estimation-dependent attack is designed from the perspective of attackers. Furthermore, a resilient distributed secondary control strategy using the virtual network is proposed to defend against the estimation-dependent attack. The virtual layer interconnects with the original control layer in the polymorphic network to generate an attack compensation vector, which can suppress the attack in the control layer. Furthermore, the stability analysis is completed by using the Lyapunov theory. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is validated by a seaport microgrid test model with six DGs. Background: While the community health service system was initially established in rural areas of mainland China, the utilization of community health service resources by the rural elderly population is not clear. Methods: Cross-sectional studies on the utilization of community health services by the rural elderly population in mainland China published within the last 10 years were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wan Fang, Medline and Web of Science (WOS) databases. The quality of the article was evaluated by the Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP), and obstacles to the utilization of community health services by the rural elderly population were analyzed based on the Andersen model. Results: Twenty-four studies were analyzed, and 3 gaps were found. (i) The cognition of rural elderly residents does not match the current health security system. (ii) There is a gap between the supply of health service resources in rural communities and the health needs of the elderly residents in these areas. (iii) The health services provided by rural primary health service institutions are not targeted. Conclusions: In mainland China, the provision of community health services to the rural elderly population has improved significantly. However, several factors from the individual level to the system level lead to low levels of access and utilization. This finding means that under the leadership of the government, it is necessary to integrate the strength of multiple departments to cooperate in improving the welfare system, policy publicity, health education, financial support, system guarantees and resource exchange and sharing for the elderly population in rural areas and to jointly promote community health services for the elderly population in rural areas. All‐inorganic CsPbI2Br perovskite has attracted great attention due to the stable crystal structure and moisture resistance, and its 1.91 eV bandgap is close to the optimal bandgap of indoor artificial light sources, making it be the best candidate for the indoor photovoltaics (IPVs) to power a wide range of internet of things related electronic devices. Herein, we report on the preparation of CsPbI2Br with α‐phase and the improvement of its phase stability by adding lead acetate in the CsPbI2Br precursor. A series of dopant‐free conjugated polymers (P3HT, PBDB‐T, and PM6) with different highest occupied molecular orbital energy levels are introduced as hole transport layers for building IPV devices. The PM6 based devices having better energy alignment with perovskite demonstrate best indoor photovoltaic performance, giving a remarkable open‐circuit voltage of 1.15 V and high fill factor of 81.86% under 1000 lux (330 µW cm−2) light‐emitting diode illumination, and finally realizing a decent power conversion efficiency of 33.68%. Our findings suggest that collaboratively optimize the CsPbI2Br layer and hole transport layer is an effective approach to realize high performance IPVs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Semitransparent organic solar cells (ST‐OSCs) with vivid colors offer attractive prospects in aesthetical power‐generating windows. Unfortunately, they still suffer from certain limitations since the common approach for generating different colors is to adopt various photoactive layers, which complicates production processes and results in process‐induced performance deviations. Additionally, efficient ST‐OSCs with simultaneously improved average visible transmittance (AVT) and color rendering index (CRI) remain still challenging due to the trade‐off between photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE) and AVT besides the interdependent/interactive relations of AVT and CRI. Herein, Ag/MoO3/Ag microcavity structure is introduced to delicately tune the absorption spectra of PM6:Y6 active material. The Ag/MoO3/Ag microcavity endows freely tunable colors to devices and meanwhile functions as a hole‐collecting layer. Under the guidance of optical simulation, the rationally designed ST‐OSCs with Ag/MoO3/Ag microcavity and Hf(ACB1)4 electron collection layer display good eye comfort colors (purple, sky blue, cyan, green, and magenta) independently of the inherent color of PM6:Y6 active material, and show a close to 12% PCE with an AVT of 23.69% and a CRI of 92.5 for cyan devices. This work provides a practical way for achieving efficient ST‐OSCs with simultaneously improved AVT and CRI, and using them in building‐integrated photovoltaics as multicolored photovoltaic glass windows. A large number of drainage pipes and canals in China have been in disrepair for a long time and there have been problems such as leakage and corrosion. In response to these problems, this paper studies a non-excavation technology for repairing the arched canal structure—the in-situ spraying method. To study the influence of the original canal structure on the mechanical characteristics of the lining structure by in-situ spraying and the restraint effect on the lining structure, a field model test with a similar ratio of 1:2 was conducted in the field test pit. By conducting four stages of three-point concentrated load loading tests, the mechanical characteristics of the lining structure were investigated to reveal the influence of the canal structure on the force of the lining structure. The test results show that: the maximum crack width of the newly added lining structure is 0.27 mm and the normal service ultimate bearing capacity of the arched structure repaired by H-70 reaches 150 kN; comparing the loading test and the numerical simulation results, the difference between the two vault displacement results is 4.65% and the results are relatively consistent. The displacement of the bottom of the lining structure is small and the participation of the bottom plate is small, while the displacement of the upper arch structure of the lining is significantly larger than the lateral displacement, indicating that the canal structure can effectively limit the lateral displacement of the newly added lining and that the canal structure is greatly reduced. The bending moment of the lining structure is improved and the restraint effect on the arch foot is more obvious. This paper proposes the use of H-70 to repair arched canal structures by the in-situ spraying method and seeks to prove the feasibility of this method and fill the gap of research in this area. This paper provides the structural design basis and experimental knowledge for the construction of the repair method, which has important practical significance for the pipeline repair project in the future. Quinone‐based aqueous redox flow batteries (RFBs) have drawn much attention due to their high safety, two‐electron involvement, rapid reaction kinetics, property tunability, and potentially low cost. RFBs operating in neutral solution feature a wide electrochemical window of around 2.5 V, which provides much more space for the design of redox‐active materials (RAMs) to realize a high voltage. However, it is still challenging to achieve low potential in the neutral condition for quinone‐based RAMs, owing to inherently pH‐dependent behaviors and deep LUMO (the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital) energy level. Herein, we report three low‐potential quinone‐based RAMs (1,4‐BDPAQCl2, 1,5‐BDPAQCl2, and 1,8‐BDPAQCl2) by bis‐dimethylamino substitution. The half‐wave potential of the quinones in 0.5 M KCl is approximately −0.55 to −0.57 V versus a normal hydrogen electrode. The low potential is ascribed to the introduced functional groups with two effects. First, the intramolecular hydrogen bonds formed between C=O and H−N can weaken the association between protons and dianion Q2−, resulting in a favorable distribution of products. Second, the functional groups can effectively increase the LUMO over 0.22 eV, compared with anthraquinone. Paired with Fe(glycine)2Cl2, the theoretical open‐circuit voltage of full RFBs is achieved at 1.27–1.29 V. We test full batteries using these quinones as negative RAMs at a lower concentration (0.1 M). The results show that 1,8‐BDPAQCl2 displays stability during 300 charge‐discharge cycles. In contrast, the other two quinones exhibit poor cycling stability due to side reactions. We further execute a higher concentration (0.4 M) for 1,8‐BDPAQCl2. The cycling stability of the quinone−iron RFBs is outstanding, with 0.048 % capacity decay per cycle and 0.88 % capacity decay per day. Trenchless rehabilitation lining can be divided into flexible solid wall lining structures, rigid lining structures and rigid–flexible composite lining structures. This paper reviews the research status of the design theory of trenchless rehabilitation lining pipes, analyzes the theory of rigid–flexible composite lining structures, and points out that the value of the factor determined from non-grouting angle K1 is not clear in the design formula of the rigid–flexible composite lining structure mentioned in the ASTM 'Standard Practice for Installation of Machine Spiral Wound Poly (Vinyl Chloride) (PVC) Liner Pipe for Rehabilitation of Existing Sewers and Conduits (ASTM F 1741)'. The value of K1 was obtained by the numerical analysis method with MATLAB software. Through the analysis of the variation trend of the K1 value, it is concluded that the design formula in the ASTM standard is only applicable to the case of incomplete grouting filling between the original pipe and the lining pipe, and is not applicable to the composite lining pipe with complete grouting filling. Finally, the explicit formula of the non-grouting angle is obtained by fitting, which is more convenient to use. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

After long-term operation, tunnel lining segments encounter various problems. Aiming at these problems, in this paper, we present a method of strengthening tunnel lining segments by in situ spraying mortar. An experimental study of the in situ spraying mortar was carried out to determine the compressive strength, flexural strength and interface properties (splitting tensile strength and shear strength) between concrete and H-70 mortar. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of H-70 mortar are less dependent on the curing humidity than ordinary concrete under standard curing conditions, the 7-day compressive strength of H-70 is 55 MPa, which is 61% of the 28-day compressive strength. This shows that H-70 has high early strength and is very suitable for rapid reinforcement. The interface roughness has a significant effect on the splitting tensile strength, and it can be increased by chiseling to improve the bearing capacity of the strengthened structure. A full-scale loading experiment was carried out on the segment strengthened by in situ spraying mortar. The loading process, failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity of the strengthened structure were analyzed by full-scale loading experiment. The research shows that the ultimate bearing capacity of the tunnel segment strengthened by in situ spraying mortar increased significantly. The ultimate bearing capacity of the strengthened structure is 10% higher than that of the unstrengthened structure. The advantages and disadvantages of in the situ spraying-mortar strengthening method are analyzed in comparison with the internal-tension steel-ring strengthening method. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aim: To explore the experiences of nurses' work stress related to COVID‐19 regular epidemic prevention and control in China. Background: The global COVID‐19 epidemic is still severe, and China's ongoing regular epidemic prevention and control still cannot be relaxed, which places demands on nurses. Methods: Thirty nurses and eight nurse managers were interviewed using semistructured in‐depth interviews, and the data were analysed by the Colaizzi seven‐step analysis method. Results: Four themes were extracted as follows: environmental factors, organizational factors, personal factors and positive factors in coping with stress. Conclusions: Nursing managers should pay attention to construction of the first‐line departments of regular epidemic prevention and control. The shortage of nurses' human resources and the increase of nurse–patient conflicts are problems that need to be solved urgently. In addition, this research also emphasizes the importance of promoting nurses' stress‐related growth and thinking about the possibility of reform. Implications for Nursing Management: The construction of the hospital environment and increasing the resilience of nursing teams require attention. We should attach importance to the training of nurses' communication skills and provide sufficient organizational support and economic guarantees for nurses.
