Data reconstruction and data denoising are two critical preliminary steps in seismic data processing. Compressed Sensing states that a signal can be recovered by a series of solving algorithms if it is sparse in a transform domain, and has been well applied in the field of reconstruction, when, sparse representation of seismic data is the key point. Considering the complexity and diversity of seismic data, a single mathematical transformation will lead to incomplete sparse expression and bad restoration effects. Morphological Component Analysis (MCA) decomposes a signal into several components with outstanding morphological features to approximate the complex internal data structure. However, the representation ability of combined dictionaries is constrained by the number of dictionaries, and cannot be self-adaptively matched with the data features. Dictionary learning overcomes the limitation of fixed base function by training dictionaries that are fully suitable for processed data, but requires huge amount of time and considerable hardware cost. To solve the above problems, a new dictionary library (K-Singluar Value Decomposition learning dictionary and Discrete Cosine Transform dictionary) is hereby proposed based on the efficiency of fixed base dictionary and the high precision of learning dictionary. The self-adaptive sparse representation is achieved under the Morphological Component Analysis framework and is successfully applied to the reconstruction and denoising of seismic data. Real data tests have proved that the proposed method performs better than single mathematical transformation and other combined dictionaries.

There are many landslide deposits in the reservoir and bank areas of hydropower projects in southwest China. These deposits are easy to deform and fail along the existing sliding zone under hydrodynamic conditions, such as rainfall and reservoir water fluctuation. The slip soil in Dahua landslide deposits which are located at the Dahuaqiao Hydropower Plant in the Lancang river basin of southwest China, was studied as an example. The experimental study was carried out to explore the soil-water characteristic curve (SWCC) of slip soil. The permeability characteristics and the evolution in the unsaturated seepage process were analyzed, and the saturated permeability characteristics under different confining pressures and osmotic pressures were studied. The results indicated that the VG model could be used to describe the SWCC and the variation of relative permeability coefficient of Dahua slip zone soil. Through the saturated permeability test, it is found that under the same other conditions, the larger the confining pressure is, the weaker the saturated permeability of the slip soil is; while the larger the osmotic pressure is, the stronger the saturated permeability is. Furthermore, the saturated permeability characteristics of the slip zone soil manifested a strong non-Darcy flow behavior, and the relationship between permeability velocity and hydraulic gradient satisfied the Forchheimer binomial model. When the confining pressure was low, the linear term coefficient of velocity had a more significant effect on the permeability, whereas the quadratic term coefficient of velocity gradually dominated in the seepage process with the increase of confining pressure.

BACKGROUND: Ticks, which are obligate blood‐feeding parasites, transmit a wide range of pathogens during their hematophagic process. Certain enzymes and macromolecules play a crucial role in inhibition of several tick physiological processes, including digestion and reproduction. In the present study, genes encoding type 2 cystatin were cloned and characterized from Haemaphysalis doenitzi, and the potential role of cystatin in tick control was further assessed. RESULTS: Two cystatin genes, HDcyst‐1 and HDcyst‐2, were successfully cloned from the tick H. doenitzi. Their open reading frames are 390 and 426 base pairs, and the number of coding amino acids are 129 and 141, respectively. In the midgut, salivary glands, Malpighian tubules and ovaries of ticks, the relative expression of HDcyst‐1 was higher in the midgut and Malpighian tubules, and HDcyst‐2 was higher in the salivary glands of H. doenitzi, respectively. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) injection and low‐temperature stress elevated cystatin expression in ticks. Enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay showed that both rHDcyst‐1 and rHDcyst‐2 protein vaccines increased antibody levels in immunized rabbits. A vaccination trial in rabbits infected with H. doenitzi showed that both recombinant cystatin proteins significantly reduced tick engorgement weights and egg mass weight, in particular, rHDcyst‐1 significantly prolonged tick engorgement time by 1 day and reduced egg hatching rates by 16.9%. In total, rHDcyst‐1 and rHDcyst‐2 protein vaccinations provided 64.1% and 51.8% protection to adult female ticks, respectively. CONCLUSION: This is the first report on the immunological characterization of the cystatin protein and sequencing of the cystatin gene in H. doenitzi. Urticaria, a mast cell-mediated skin disease, manifests as acute or chronic, with the latter divided into spontaneous and inducible types and requires individualized management, including identifying triggers and comorbidities. Antihistamines, particularly the second generation group, form the mainstay of primary treatment plans consisting of dosage adjustments and/or in combination with other treatment modalities depending on underlying disease control. A literature search was conducted using 'antihistamines,' 'urticaria,' 'pharmacogenomics,' 'genomics,' 'biomarkers' and 'treatment response' as key words. In this review, we focus on the comprehensive understanding and application of antihistamines in managing adult and adolescent patients with chronic urticaria. Using antihistamines to treat urticaria is set to change significantly, focusing more on personalized medicine and identifying key biomarkers to enhance treatment response prediction. These changes aim to make treatments more specific and cost-effective by avoiding unnecessary tests. Applying new approaches in everyday clinical care faces challenges like proving the biomarkers' reliability, updating current guidelines, and incorporating individualized treatments into standard procedures. Efforts should now concentrate on finding easy-to-use biomarkers, improving access to pharmacogenomics, understanding why some patients are resistant to treatment, and creating more specific treatment options based on patient needs. BackgroundThe pathogenesis of chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) is still insufficiently understood. Recent findings suggest that immunoglobulins, in particular IgE but also IgA, play a role in the development of CSU.ObjectiveOur aim was to assess differences in clinical and laboratory markers between CSU patients with and without lower levels of serum IgA and IgE.MethodsWe analyzed the data of 606 patients with CSU by dividing them into four groups based on their IgA and IgE levels. Autoimmunity is the break of tolerance to self‐antigens that leads to organ‐specific or systemic diseases often characterized by the presence of pathogenic autoreactive antibodies (AAb) produced by plasmablast and/or plasma cells. AAb are prevalent in the general population and not systematically associated with clinical symptoms. In contrast, in some individuals, these AAb are pathogenic and drive the development of signs and symptoms of antibody‐mediated autoimmune diseases (AbAID). AAb production, isotype profiles, and glycosylations are promoted by pro‐inflammatory triggers linked to genetic, environmental, and hormonal parameters. Recent evidence supports a role for pathogenic AAb of the IgE isotype in a number of AbAID. Autoreactive IgE can drive the activation of mast cells, basophils, and other types of FcεRI‐bearing cells and may play a role in promoting autoantibody production and other pro‐inflammatory pathways. In this review, we discuss the current knowledge on the pathogenicity of autoreactive IgE in AbAID and their status as therapeutic targets. We also highlight unresolved issues including the need for assays that reproducibly quantify IgE AAbs, to validate their diagnostic and prognostic value, and to further study their pathophysiological contributions to AbAID. The protection of the ecological landscape and the development of ecological resources are vital in the development of the global green economy, Their win‐win coordinated development is influenced by factors such as nature, culture, and economy, and more attention should be placed on tourist perception and sustainable resource development. Previous studies have mainly focused on a single perspective and failed to comprehensively consider the coordinated relationship between ecological landscape and ecological resources. This research combined push‐and‐pull theory and applied empirical analysis to verify the structure of tourists' perceptions and the law of sustainable development of resources related to the development of ecological landscape in the new era. It extracted and analyzed 34 influencing factors and applied the analytic network process (ANP) to analyze each factor's weights, to propose an evaluation system for eco‐tourism sustainability development that can help the construction of ecological landscape in the future. The reconstruction and further development of eco‐tourism in the new era is reflected in the ideological and practical dimensions; from single‐perspective linear thinking to multi‐dimensional integrated governance; from conflict between resources conservation and development to collaboration; from isolated management to building a community with a shared future; and showing the transformation and innovation at multiple levels of individual, community, government and national governance.
