The security protection of power system is still the focus of power enterprises. In order to solve the problem of untimely and inaccurate secret-related detection of the existing power monitoring system, cloud computing access control technology was used to improve the detection accuracy and efficiency. Firstly, a hierarchical architecture of the power monitoring system was built; with the focus on the control center of the system application layer, the data module and service module in the business layer were regularly scanned, and the system access control and database detection sub modules were connected. Finally, the security model of cloud computing access control was constructed in the sub module, and the self-test process of database secret-related sensitive data was designed to realize the system user access control and confidential and sensitive data self-test. The results show that the average accuracy of the designed secret-related self inspection model is more than 90%, and its response time is less than 7 s, which is better than the comparison model. With the support of the designed model, the power monitoring system can quickly complete the system secret-related detection and response, prevent users from accessing and ensure the security of the system.

Weedy rice is the most challenging weed species to remove in rice production. We found a novel phenotype of seedling leaves which rapidly generates necrotic spots in response to imidazolinone herbicides in weedy rice, but its influencing factors and formation basis are still unknown. In this study, we used the leaf necrotic spot-producing type of weedy rice as the material. First, leaf necrotic spots were defined as physiological and vacuole-mediated cell necrosis by microscopic examination. The imazethapyr concentration was positively correlated with the degree of necrotic spots occurring, while the action site was in accordance with necrosis using herbicide stability tests combined with fluorescence parameters. Furthermore, transcriptome analysis revealed significant differences in the gene expression of endoplasmic reticulum stress and the lipid metabolism membrane structure damage pathway during necrosis, as confirmed by transmission electron microscopy. The light–temperature test also showed that high temperature and intense light could promote the appearance of necrotic spots. These experimental results are helpful in clarifying the process and basis of imazethapyr in inducing the rapid generation of necrotic spots in rice leaves and providing new insight into understanding the mechanism of response to imidazolinone herbicides and the control of weedy rice. Air quality issues, especially haze pollution, have become an important aspect that threatens the sustainable development and health of human beings. Previous studies on the environmental effects of emissions trading system (ETS) mainly focused on carbon emission reduction, instead of focusing on the synergistic governance effect between carbon emission and PM2.5 reduction. Based on the PSM-DID method and the World Development Index (WDI) database, this paper examines whether the EU ETS has a spillover effect on PM2.5 damage reduction, and discusses the related impact mechanisms. The research results show that the EU ETS promotes the reduction of PM2.5 damage, and in different phases of implementation, the impact of the EU ETS on the reduction of PM2.5 damage has a dynamic effect. The robustness test results also show that the research conclusions of this paper are highly reliable. Finally, this paper gives relevant policy suggestions, which can encourage countries to achieve carbon emission reduction targets while helping to reduce PM2.5 damage, and eventually achieve a win–win situation between economic growth and environmental improvement.
