Background: With the rapid advancement of the technology industry, particularly in STEM fields, female professionals have increasingly become key drivers of innovation. Despite this, existing research has seldom examined the psychological impact of informal control on their innovation performance. Therefore, this study distributed questionnaires to female technology professionals in China's STEM field to investigate the effect of informal control on their innovation performance from a psychological perspective. It further explored the mediating role of role pressure and the moderating role of environmental turbulence in this relationship. Methods: This study primarily utilized AMOS 24.0 to develop structural equation models, and employed PROCESS 24.0 and SPSS 26.0 for data analysis purposes. Results: The findings reveal that informal control positively predicted the innovation performance of female technology professionals in STEM field. Role pressure partially mediates this relationship, while environmental turbulence positively moderates the relationship between informal control and innovation performance among female technology professionals in STEM field. Discussion: Theoretically, this research enriches the individual-level approaches to enhancing management control effectiveness. Practically, it aids managers in focusing on the psychological well-being of female technology professionals in STEM field, thereby facilitating the judicious selection of management control methods. The study's conclusions aim to provide logical guidance for enterprises to further strengthen their attention and support for female technology professionals in STEM field. Phosphogypsum (PG) contains a lot of soluble phosphate (PO43--P) and fluorine ion (F-), which seriously has hindered the sustainable development of the phosphorous chemical industry. In this study, a new burning raw material (BRM) as an intermediate product in the cement production process was used for PO43--P and F- stabilize in PG. The stabilizing mechanism of PO43--P and F- were investigated by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and X-ray spectroscopy system (XPS). The effect of PG and BRM weight ratio, solid-to-liquid ratio, reaction time, and reaction temperature on the concentrations of PO43--P and F- were studied. The results showed that the concentration of F- in the PG leaching solution was 8.65 mg/L and the stabilizing efficiency of PO43--P was 99.78%, as well as the pH of the PG leaching solution was 8.12 when the weight ratio of PG and BRM was 100:2, and the solid to liquid ratio was 4:1, reacting for 24 h at the temperature of 30 ℃. PO43--P and F- were mostly solidified as Ca5(PO4)3F, CaPO3(OH), Ca5(PO4)3(OH), Ca2P2O7·2H2O, CaSO4PO3(OH)·4H2O, CaF2, and CaFPO3·2H2O. Leaching test results indicated that the concentrations of PO43--P, F- and heavy metals were less than the integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB8978–1996). This study provides a new harmless treatment method for PG.

Using empirical data in China from 2010 to 2018, this paper investigates the relationship between management control matching patterns and different modes of innovation by introducing a text analysis method. The study found that adaptation matching pattern has a significant positive impact on radical innovation, execution matching pattern has a significant positive impact on incremental innovation, and compensatory matching has a significant positive effect on balanced innovation. Additional analyses further show that the positive 'control-innovation' relationship becomes more significant in high-tech firms. Environmental uncertainty and the degree of executive risk preference have a heterogeneous regulatory effect on the choice of control matching and innovation model. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper studies the relationship between customer concentration and company risk‐taking and its underlying application scopes. The results show that customer concentration is positively related to company risk‐taking. Additional analyses discuss the moderating effect of customer concentration on company risk‐taking from the perspectives of managers' characteristics and directors' characteristics. The view of effective contract is supported by all these results. This paper not only theoretically clarifies the underlying theoretical relationship between customer concentration and company risk‐taking but also provides empirical application situations for companies to design incentive contract and adjust risk‐taking level. In this paper, the d/l-AP5-interfaces are firstly fabricated by attaching d-alanine-pillar[5]arene and l-alanine-pillar[5]arene (d/l-AP5) onto the gold surface, and they exhibit a significantly different chiral influence on the morphology and the adsorption quantity of the adsorbed ctDNA molecules. The introduction of a saturated zone (SZ) has been recommended to address the issue of nitrogen removal fluctuation in the bioretention system, which is one of the most versatile low-impact development facilities for urban stormwater management. Nine experimental columns were used to characterize the nitrogen concentration variations over the outflow during wetting periods and in SZ during the antecedent drying periods (ADPs), as well as compare removal efficiencies of various nitrogen species in systems with different SZ depths under alternate drying and wetting conditions. Results indicated that NO3--N concentrations in the outflow showed quasi-logistic curve-shaped variations over time: being low (<0.5 mg/L) in the early process, sharply increasing thereafter, and finally flattening around 3.0 mg/L with NO3- leaching; NH4+-N and organic nitrogen (ON) concentrations were consistently low around 0.5 mg/L and 1.8 mg/L, respectively during the wetting periods. NH4+ removal efficiency in bioretention systems was consistently high around 80%, not varying with the increasing SZ depth; ON removal efficiency had a slight rise from 57% to 84% and NO3- removal efficiency was significantly enhanced from -23% to 62% with the SZ depth increasing from 0 to 600 mm. Deeper SZ could store more runoff and promote more denitrification of NO3- and mineralization of ON during the ADPs, providing more "old" water with low NO3- and ON concentrations for water exchange with "new" inflow of higher NO3- and ON concentrations during the wetting periods. The total nitrogen (TN) removal, a combined result of the instantaneous removal through adsorption and retention in the upper soil layer during the wetting periods and the gradual removal via denitrification and mineralization in SZ during the ADPs, was also improved by increasing the SZ depth; TN removal efficiency was elevated from 35% to 73% when the SZ depth increased from zero to 600 mm. Metal mobility and toxicity of the municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ash from different seasons in Beijing were studied using leaching toxicity procedures, sequential extraction procedures, and bioavailability procedures. The X-ray diffraction results showed that MSWI fly ash contained CaSO4, CaCO3, and KCl. The Pb, Zn, and Cd contents of MSWI fly ash were high, especially during autumn, being 42, 77, and 1260 times higher than that of their soil backgrounds, respectively. Leaching toxicity experiments showed that MSWI fly ash is hazardous, since Pb exceeded the maximum threshold (5 mg/L). The main alkali metal ions and anions, heavy metals total content, leaching concentration, chemical speciation, and bioavailability varied seasonally. The Pb and Zn leaching concentrations in summer and autumn were higher than that of the other two seasons. Sequential extraction procedures indicated that Pb, Zn, and Cd showed extremely high metal mobility, i.e., the residual states of Pb and Cd in spring were 5.83% and 1.21%, respectively, and that of Zn in autumn was 10.68%. These results will help industries, governments, and the public better understand the risk of MSWI fly ash and will urge them to pay more attention to preventing harm to the ecosystem and human beings.
