There are three main factors that contribute to the turn-around of the industry: domestic manufacturing growth, healthy consumer spending behavior, and job growth. Paper producers had minimal opportunities to increase prices during 2005, in spite of the increased prices for most paper products. It also presents year-to-date containerboard production.
