Chapter 64 of the book "Medical Care of Cancer Patients" is presented. It examines paraneoplastic dermatoses. Multiple familial cancer syndromes can be divided into those with prominent skin cancers with occasional internal malignancies, those with benign cutaneous tumors, those with non-neoplastic cutaneous features and those with minimal well-documented cutaneous features with internal neoplasms. Cowden's disease is inherited as an autosomal dominant trait. It appears more often in women than in men.
