In China, the implementation of green certificate and carbon trading mechanism has a significant impact on power planning with renewable energy. In order to explore the impact of specific trading processes of green certificate trading and carbon trading on generation side, this paper successively establishes green certificate trading process model and carbon trading process model considering carbon offset mechanism, and organically connects them with carbon dioxide emission coefficient. In the traditional power planning model, the objective function and constraints of green certificate and carbon trading are introduced to construct green certificate and carbon trading process. The power planning model under this model is solved by a practical example in a certain place. The results show that introducing carbon trading and green certificate trading into the traditional power planning can improve the installed capacity of renewable energy and the overall revenue of the system, so that the renewable energy can be quickly generated, which makes the power generation enterprises more interested in introducing carbon trading and green certificate trading into their planning, so as to achieve profits. Growing evidence has shown substantial threats to the sustainability of China's environment. China became the largest CO2 emitter in 2006, and the country accounted for 29 percent of global CO2 emissions in 2013. In this paper, I examine multiple environmental sociology theories concerning the human-environment interactions by analyzing data of 30 Chinese provinces between 1997 and 2009. From a temporal perspective, the findings suggest that economic development and population growth are accompanied with environmental disruption. The concomitant increase in CO2 emissions, GDP per capita, and population can affect the future evolution of China's society and threaten the well-being of the general public. From a spatial perspective, GIS analysis displays the overlapping of high CO2 emission, GDP per capita, and population in East China in comparison with Central China and West China. The findings support arguments of the "Treadmill of Production" theory and the human ecology theory. Existing studies on the human dimensions of climate change were based on cross-national analyses. I contribute to this endeavor by taking the temporal and spatial nuances of Chinese provinces into consideration. Therefore, the development of new energy electric vehicle has become the consensus of the world. On this background, this paper has sorted out the current state and the related development planning of new energy electric vehicles in different countries to predict the car ownership of the new energy electric vehicles using elastic coefficient method and setting different path of development, conclude that under the consideration of energy conservation and emissions reduction factors, our country should mainly promote the BEV to realize the maximum energy conservation and emissions reduction. GIS technology provides a good solution to assess urban carbon balance assessment and inform effective policy design to reduce anthropogenic atmospheric carbon dioxide. This study proposes a carbon balance assessment method by combining IPCC inventory approach and Geodatabase technology. Using this method we propose a framework of Common but Differentiated Policy Design (CDPD) to reduce urban carbon emissions. The case study of Shanghai shows that central downtown emits less carbon than suburb areas both in total carbon emission and per capita levels. Luwan district has the minimum value of 384.6 thousand tons carbon equivalent (carbon-eq), equal to 1.41 million t carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2-eq), in total carbon emissions. And Putuo district has the minimum value of 0.74 t carbon-eq (equal to 2.71 t CO2-eq) at per capita level. Pudong New Area has the maximum value both in total carbon emissions and emissions per capita, 14.78 million t carbon-eq (equal to 54.19 million t CO2-eq) and 5.18 t carbon-eq per capita (equal to 18.99 t CO2-eq per capita) respectively. According to the calculation results of carbon emissions and sinks, Chongming is the only one which achieves regional carbon balance. Carbon emissions in central downtown mainly come from tertiary/service industries, while secondary industries emit more carbons in suburbs. Based on the CDPD framework, it is recommended that carbon emissions reduction in central downtown Shanghai focus on tertiary industries and household sectors, while suburb areas focus on reducing secondary industry emission and building carbon sinks.
