Quality is the lifeline of the education of Master of Engineering. In this paper, the development of the education of Master of Engineering in computer technology field in China and the quality problems along with it are introduced and discussed briefly. To meet the requirements from information technology industry, the competency of Master of Engineering in computer technology field has been investigated and summarized. Mobile devices had gained popularity among the special needs community. These mobile devices are the new and cool gadgets to be seen with, unlike the ‘old’, complex and ‘I-am-not-normal-looking’ assistive devices. These mobile devices were said to serve as a communication device in the pocket, a learning device on the go and even a lifesaver for some. Among the features are its flexible multimedia content and storage, portability, mobility and affordability. The touch screen interface makes it appealing and simple to use, particularly for those who have weak fine motor skills. It offers practical communication solutions for autistic persons in relating to their families and others in the community. The flexibility and the advanced capabilities of mobile technology are opening new opportunities for further research in the area of computer-based intervention for children with ASD. Several anecdotal reports gave an early indication of the immense possibilities of how these devices could play a significant role in enhancing the quality of life of the children with ASD and their families. There is definitely lack of published research studies on the use of mobile technology with children with ASD. Although research has documented that earnings inequality within organizations affects many dimensions of organizational outcomes, we have little knowledge about what makes some organizations more unequal than others in terms of the earnings distribution. In order to study the relationship between organizational characteristics and within-organization earnings inequality, I analyze a nationally representative sample of more than 1,000 manufacturing establishments in the National Employer Survey (NES). This paper focuses on three aspects of organizational characteristics: (1) labor force composition within the organization, (2) use of computer technology at work, and (3) flexible workplace practices such as job rotation and self-managed teams. The analysis suggests that gender heterogeneity, percentage of newly hired workers within the organization, and flexible workplace practices are significantly associated with greater earnings dispersion within establishments. It is estimated that approximately 4.2 million Americans are blind or visually impaired, with expectations at this statistic to only increase. Thus at this point in time, ophthalmologists are beginning to turn towards gene therapy and stem cell research to find ways to decrease that statistic's rate of increase (Rockoff, 2013). To reiterate the principle of gene therapy, its methodologies include: inserting a normal gene into a nonfunctional gene, switching an abnormal gene for a normal gene through homologous recombination or selective reverse mutation, or altering the particular gene's level of expression ("Gene Therapy") The research question in this study is to learn about whether or not gene therapy has had a hand in curing vision impairment and diseases. With intensive literature reviews, the authors came upon various studies that have had successes in color blindness and vision impairment. The findings are that the experiments are all conducted within the past 15 years, marking conclusive results and rapid discoveries for visual gene therapy. With so many existed studies going on there is a lot to look forward to in our future. Some of the currently available treatments are for more rare diseases but as more research is conducted, this paper conclude that genetic therapy will reach vision impairment for more common diseases such as glaucoma or astigmatism. The goal of this paper is to develop a concept framework of integrating biological science and computer technology through a system model approach into gene therapy for vision impairments.
