The purpose of this work was to establish a broomrape-tolerant sunflower population with resistance to race G. We selected the broomrape-resistant forms for further breeding for productivity on naturally and artificially infectious backgrounds under field conditions, as well as in greenhouses and climatic chambers of phytotron of V.S. Pustovoit All-Russian Research Institute of Oil Crops (VNIIMK). The RG (Or7) line was used as a donor of resistance gene when developing a population of confectionery sunflower resistant directly to race G of broomrape. The recipient was a confectionery sunflower variety SPK Plus. Using hybridization, reciprocal crosses, and group interpollination with a harsh infectious background, we developed a sunflower population resistant to the virulent broomrape race for breeding confectionery sunflower varieties. In this paper the interrelation between the structure, hardness and strain resistance at 875 °C of the hot-forged pipe billet of the titanium alloy PT-7M (Ti-2.2Al-2.5Zr) was studied by the methods of macro, micro, XRDA, durometric analyzes and hot upsetting operation at 875 °C. It was found, that the volume fraction of the large grains reduced and recrystallized from the center to the surface of the pipe billet. In this paper structure and hardness variations through the section of the hot-forged pipe billet from the PT-1M alloy were studied by the methods of macro, micro, X-ray structural and durometric analyzes. In this paper the macro-, microstructure, the hardness and the modulus of elasticity for the billet of the PT-1M alloy after expanding was studied. It was shown the expanding resulted to grain refinement near inner surface of the billet due to the recrystallization. This article is dedicated to olonkhosuts - carriers and keepers of epic tradition of the Sakha people who from the depths of centuries have created and have kept epic stories about epic heroes of an Aiyy in live oral tradition and have kept for us the Yakut heroic epos, a masterpiece of oral and non-material heritage of all mankind. The Yakut epos - olonkho is the greatest monument of folklore reflecting in a bright art form the way of life, the world outlook and moral principles of the people, first of all, their century old dream of creation of peaceful life with neighboring people. In olonkho the internal essence of the Yakut people is completely revealed, their kindness, humanity and proud independent spirit which throughout centuries full of difficult historical events, has allowed Sakha people to keep their language, their original spiritual culture. The heroic epos olonkho is the main genre in the system of genres of oral and poetic creativity of the Sakha people. In their form they are large poetic legends consisting of 5-10 or 15-25 thousand verses and more, depending on the volume of the epic work. Sometimes larger epic texts are found. So, olonkho "Nyurgun Bootur Stremitelny", recreated by P.A. Oyunsky, contains 36 thousand poetic lines. The epic text "Tuigong" about three generations of epic heroes, written down in the 1960s according to the olonkhosut of the Ust-Aldansky district R.P. Alekseev and published in three books, consists of about 50 thousand lines. The term olonkho designates not only a genre concept, but also separate works of this genre which usually are called by the name of the main character: "Nyurgun Bootur Stremitelny", "Er Sogotokh", "Kulun Kullustuur", "Yuryung Uolan", "Muldju Bege", etc. Basing on biographical particulars of olonkhosut and other sources, it is possible to note that storytellers have kept over 300 various epic legends in remembrance. Among them an important place was held by olonkho about females: "Kyys Nyurgun", "Kyys Tuygun", "Kyys Debeliye", and Kyys Kyydaan» and their plots undoubtedly have reflected the most ancient layers of the archaic epos. Olonkhosut - the storyteller performer of olonkho, is the carrier of epic traditions of the people. Many olonkhosuts are hereditary storytellers: their skill and talent passes from father to son. However, the majority of olonkhosuts - are gifted people mastering the art of storytelling from masters of older generations. It is a long process of accumulation of skills and training of excellent memory. The highest achievement of science is considered to be the knowledge of the laws of nature in objects and phenomena in their life cycle. A new vector of development of science-the way of synthesis, the search for strategies to expand the objective scientific rationality. Synergetics, as a powerful tool for coevolution of the various forms of knowledge, reveals the inner link between scientific rationality and Olonkho. From the point of view of physics, the argument for understanding the phenomenon of storytelling is the fundamental theory of relativity. The motive for the origin of the universe echoes the concept of the big Bang. Olonkho clearly defines the term "at the beginning of time", which traces the fundamental postulate of the second law of thermodynamics. Olonkho's dualistic worldview reflects the cosmological model of the Universe. Parallels observed in the world of the infinitely small, in the theory of Dirac. Animistic representations of Olonkho have echoes of similarity to the wave function from the domain of quantum mechanics, which determines the multiplicity of quantum states. In the context of the immortal soul, we find identity in the fundamental law of energy conservation. Many-worlds interpretation is reflected in the motifs of transactions of the universe the world of Olonkho. The model of the multi-world gives a clear content of the category of syncretic epic "consciousness". On anthropological side - a person who possess intellect and language, is able to spiritualize an object. This is confirmed from the standpoint of quantum physics, called the anthropic principle of participation. The inherent complex mythological system can be described as a model of the material structure by a synergetic approach, where the irrational in one system can be explained by the rational in another, thereby achieving universal semantic unity. The article deals with the issues of revitalization of Olonkho in the dawn of the 21st century. The authors emphasize that the recognition of UNESCO's Olonkho as a Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Mankind was part of the process in the revival and popularization of Olonkho in contemporary cultural space. The authors believe that organizing folklore festivals dedicated to the Yakut epic of Olonkho, as well as the Yhyakh New Year holidays in the uluses, contributes to the revitalization of the epic tradition of the Sakha people. The article discusses the tradition and modern status of the Yakut national celebration Ysyakh. The word "Ysyakh" can be literally translated as "abundance" associated with the cult of solar deities, with the religious cult of fertility. Traditionally Ysyakh was celebrated at the summer solstice, June 21. In essence, this holiday is the Yakut New Year. In Soviet times, the organization and holding of the so-called socialist in content and national in form "Ysyakh" contributed to the separation of the Yakuts from their traditions. And only in early 1990-s, because of the republic organizations, national holidays Ysyakh have implemented the general featchers of the Ysyakh national holiday that embodies the revival of the national spirit, religious beliefs with the restored ancient ceremonies of the meeting of the sun, the ceremony "kumysopitie", national round dance "osuokhay", national sports.
