In the previous decade, vitamin D3 testing has become much more common and expensive during the past ten years. Although 1,25D's primary involvement is in the regulation of phosphate and calcium homeostasis and bone mineralization, it also has significant effects on inflammation, immunology, glucose metabolism, vascular health, cardiomyocyte function, and cardiomyocyte function. 150 male patients with hyperlipidemia and 100 healthy control subjects (sex- and age matched). During the time frame of the current study, which spanned from January 2022 to October 2022, they ranged in age from 34.53 to 6.304 years in private centers in Najaf, Iraq. The mean SD of vitamin D3 and lipid profile measures varied significantly between healthy volunteers and sick. Between healthy participants and hyperlipidemia patients, substantial variations in vitamin D3 deficiency were found, and these variations were linked to considerably higher levels of lipid profile parameters and greater body mass index in patients than in healthy subjects. Conclusion: Patients and healthy people have different serum vitamin D3 levels, lipid profile characteristics, and body mass indices. However, in hyperlipidemic individuals, vitamin D3 has a modest negative correlation with body mass index and total cholesterol, suggesting that losing weight can increase blood vitamin D3 levels.
