A conference paper on the development of a semi-automatic cloth inspection machine for high-quality fabrics is presented. The machine is designed to surmount the defects of macrography inspection machine as well as the automatic inspection machine. Apart from this, it was also developed to record the information of fault, generate faults on virtual fabric, and to compute the fabric loss rate. A discussion of the algorithm for fabric inspection is offered.

A conference paper about the optimization of needle-board configuration toward the reduction of visual track patterns is presented. The researchers designed the optimized algorithm of needle-board configuration through computer simulation and regarded the application possibility through simulated virtual nonwovens. Results of the study showed the role of X-Y squares in simplifying needle tracks.

A conference paper about the mass production of nano-fiber fiber using a computational fluid dynamics based-simulation system is presented. It discusses the single-nozzle electro-spinning system as a technique in nano-fiber fabrication. It examines the possibility of multi-nozzle as an optimal spinning system.
