As electric vehicles have been essential for the operators and for the nation. The availability of coal, petroleum, diesel, ade these vehicles is essential for the nation. Future demands of vehicles are increasing day by day so that the natural resources tooperate. These are increasing day by day. Petrol, diesel rates have become too much raised so normal people cannot afford this hike in the rates of petrol, diesel. So the electric vehicle is becoming important for the operators. The charging station is also required for charging the battery. The user and operator at the charging station have to wait there for charging the battery, they donot know the exact time taken by the charging of the battery. In this research paper, the user and charging station operator willget the intimation of the State of charge of the battery. When the battery is 95% charged then the user and operator will get intimation on the mobile phone. This model has the advanced technology that if the charging is done 100 % then SOC of the battery will be measured and charging will be shut off. The operator does not have to wait at the charging station to get it fully charged, the operator will get the indication in his mobile for the full charging of the battery so that he can go to the charging station at an accurate time. BLDC motors have become one of the most widely used electrical motors due to the many advantages, like, better efficiency, high torque to weight ratio, less maintenance, and generates less noise. In many applications, speed control of BLDC motors can be seen as an essential requirement in both domestic and industrial areas. This paper presents a simulation of the speed control of a BLDC motor using PI, PID, and. Fuzzy-PID controllers. Speed responses, Torque responses and Statorcurrent responses for the three controllers have been recorded and compared with varying operating conditions. This paper present a framework for semi automatic plant identification technique based on different flower and leaf images. A single feature is not sufficient for classification and recognition. Flower and leaf of different plant are different in shape, color, texture. This paper propose an algorithm for identification using multiclass classification based on color, shape volume and cell feature. Three stage comparisons: first stage compares Redness, Greenness, Blueness index feature, second stage compare shape feature and the last compare Cell feature and Volume fraction feature.
