ISO 9001 is a popular topic in quality management research field. Many researchers have studied ISO 9001 implementation in various sectors. However, there is lack of ISO 9001 study that focus on the content of ISO 9001 requirement. More specifically, there is lack of literature that discussed nonconforming services (NCS) control system in ISO 9001 implementation. On other side, controlling nonconforming outputs is one of ISO 9001:2015 requirements. In order to fill the gap in the literature, this research aims to design NCS control system for ISO 9001 implementation in a service company. The NCS that is controlled is all non-conforming outputs at all stages of service provision. This research applied qualitative research methodology by using case study approach. The object of case study is a company that provides laundry service. When the research is performed, the company was under process in implementing ISO 9001:2015. This research consists of four stages, namely setting process objectives and scope, data collection and existing NCS control system mapping, process analysis, and NCS control system formulation. The research result shows the NCS control system we developed for the research object. This paper will describe the content of the system and the research implications. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

MANAGEMENT of intellectual capital ,ECONOMIC conditions in developing countries ,RUSSIAN economy ,INDIAN economy ,ECONOMIC conditions in Japan - Abstract
For many years, scientists and researchers have analyzed the economy in the case of production, the resources and results of production. We have traditional factors of production (land, capital and labor) and other resources; we influence and achieve something new. However, the results of production can be vastly different from time to time, even when the same resources are being used --why? The answer is people who create, use and implement. We cannot find two absolutely identical persons, thus, the thoughts, the behavior and style of management are also different. Why Russia having a huge land, different natural resources, financial capital, and labor force is still developing country? Why China and India reach such a significant growth having a bulk of non educated people? Why Japan and Great Britain are still so powerful in economic reality? It could be explain by economic cycle or environmental changes. But the reality is not so difficult and not so easy. This is something that is hidden from our eyes and no so obvious -- something that is concealed in "a black box". In this paper, we are going to look at not only the process of production but also try to find specific aspects which can help us to create something new and reach new aims. This paper has a theoretical vector to find several ideas how to open a "black box" of Intellectual capital. And next, we are going to test our hypothesis providing the empirical evidences. The main objective of the following paper is to present the Environmental Goods and Services Sector (EGSS) in European Union countries. The Environmental Goods and Services Sector is one of the modules of environmental economic accounts, as satellite accounts in relation to national accounts. The first part of the paper gives an overiew of EGSS definitions and classifications. In second part, the comparison between the EGSS variables in certain EU countries was made. The output, export and employment of the Environmental Goods and Services System were analyzed. The data is presented by environmental protection domains and natural resources managements domains, as well as by economic activity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

There has always been the need to assess productivity at the organizational level; companies want to know how effectively and efficiently they are utilizing their resources. The challenge however has consistently been in finding a balance between accuracy of the measurement metric and its simplicity/ease of use. The concept of Total Productivity (TP), which is the sum of all tangible outputs divided by the sum of all tangible inputs, has the potential to address this need. However, before TP modeling can be applied, a discussion on the nature of inputs and outputs is in order, especially when considering that these variables will be sourced from company financial statements. As it stands, since the time the concept of Total Productivity Management was proposed, the nature of a typical organization has undergone a significant change and so have the methods of conversion of inputs into outputs. Given this scenario, only clear, well-demarcated definitions of the various input and output variables can ensure that no overlap exists, thus allowing for the computation of TP that is more accurately descriptive of the actual productivity scenario. Therefore, this work reviews the theoretical underpinnings of the major variables that constitute TP and attempts to adapt them to better reflect the nature of today's organization. - Abstract
This paper selects cross-section data of 36 countries and regions in the world in 2009, using of Eviews6.0 software, studying the impact relationships of monetary policy on the real output of the economy through establishment of the regression econometric model of the amount of money, the interest rate and the exchange rate to output GDP. It is found that the increasing amount of money could directly stimulate economic growth, without the channel of going through the interest rate. Besides, the amount of increasing currency can also stimulate economic growth through exchange rate. Implementing actively fiscal policy as well as implementing quantitative easing monetary policy, raising deposit interest rates can also stimulate economic growth when bank deposits can timely transformed into investment. This gives a strong evidence for those that implementing quantitative easing monetary policy can promote the global economic growth under the European sovereign debt crisis. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]

The production of electricity based on the conversion of the sunlight by photovoltaic cells containing crystalline silicon is the way most used on the technological and industrial level Consequently, the development of the terrestrial applications for the energy production requires high-output cells and low cost. The aim of our work is to present a comparative study between both theoretical and experimental models of a solar cell based silicon type PHYWE (connecting four cells in series of 80 mm diameter) to improve photovoltaic performance. This study led to the determination of the parameters of the cell starting from the current-voltage characteristic, the influence of luminous flow on this characteristic as well as the effect of the incidental photons on the solar cell. We justify the interest to use the model with two exponential for the optimization of the output by underlining the insufficiency of the model to one exponential. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The geographical location of the Sud-Muntenia region and its relief ensure favorable natural conditions for vegetable crops, especially those in the cereals category, determining the predominantly agrarian character of the region, over 70% of the total area of the region is agricultural area. Agriculture is the basic economic sector for the counties in the southern part of the region - Argeș, Prahova, Dâmbovița, Călărași, Ialomița, Teleorman and Giurgiu. As a result of this situation, the plant sector has experienced a continuous development in the recent years, becoming one of the important branches of agricultural production in the region. The objectives of the paper aim to provide an overview of the agricultural plant sector of Giurgiu county, compared to the Sud-Muntenia region. The paper analyzes the evolution of cultivated areas with the main vegetable crops representative of the South-Muntenia region and especially of Giurgiu county (wheat and rye, barley and barley, corn, sunflower and rapeseed) and productions, in the period 2015-2019. Thus, based on the data provided and processed by the National Institute of Statistics and the Agricultural Directorate of Giurgiu County and their interpretation through the methods of statistical analysis, the oscillations that occurred during this period were highlighted. - Abstract
We offer a four-category taxonomy of individual output distributions (i.e., distributions of cumulative results): (1) pure power law; (2) lognormal; (3) exponential tail (including exponential and power law with an exponential cutoff); and (4) symmetric or potentially symmetric (including normal, Poisson, and Weibull). The four categories are uniquely associated with mutually exclusive generative mechanisms: self-organized criticality, proportionate differentiation, incremental differentiation, and homogenization, respectively. We then introduce distribution pitting, a falsification-based method for comparing distributions to assess how well each one fits a given data set. In doing so, we also introduce decision rules to determine the likely dominant shape and generative mechanism among many that may operate concurrently. Next, we implement distribution pitting using 229 samples of individual output for several occupations (e.g., movie directors, writers, musicians, elected officials, athletes, bank tellers, call center employees, grocery checkers). Results suggest that for 75% of our samples, exponential tail distributions and their generative mechanism (i.e., incremental differentiation) likely constitute the dominant distribution shape and explanation of non-normally distributed individual output. This finding challenges past conclusions in human resource management indicating the pervasiveness of other types of distributions and their generative mechanisms. Our results further contribute to theory by offering premises about the link between past and future individual output. For future research, our taxonomy and methodology can be used to pit distributions of many other variables (e.g., organizational citizenship behaviors, errors, accidents). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. A free electron laser (FEL) has been operated as an amplifier at 35 GHz. The strong axial guide magnetic field (12 kG) places the electrons into the so-called group II orbits. In the regime of interest the expected efficiency is high because the space charge wave is unstable. The mildly relativistic beam (1 MeV) is generated by a Marx capacitor bank. The field-emission cathode yields about 360 A, with a beam radius of 2.54 mm. The bifilar helical wiggler has a period of 3.18 cm and provides a magnetic field of 1 kG. The FEL amplifies the TE11 mode in a circular wave-guide with a radius of 5.1 mm. The high-efficiency below-grazing regime, in which the beam resonance line falls slightly below the vacuum waveguide dispersion curve, is being investigated. Preliminary data show a gain of 30 dB/m. About 13 kW has been injected from a magnetron and an output of about 20 MW has been obtained, corresponding to an efficiency of approximately 6% [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
