First-principles calculations of the lattice parameter, the density of states and elastic constants under pressure of antifluorite structure Mg2Si are reported. And the elastic modulus and shear modulus Mg2Si are calculated by the Voigt-Reuss-Hill method. The study found that the antifluorite structure of Mg2Si can maintain a stable structure under 0- 7GPa. The elastic constants, bulk modulus, shear modulus, Young's modulus, Poisson's ratio and anisotropy of Mg2Si under different pressure are calculated, and the effect of pressure on the elastic properties of Mg2Si is also discussed. The results show that the antifluorite Mg2Si showed semiconductor characteristics, and the Mg2Si compound has a brittle property. Elastic properties of antifluorite structure for Mg2Si appear isotropic. The calculated results are in agreement with previous experimental results and theoretical results. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article examines the moderating role of chief executive officer (CEO) empowering leadership in the relationship between top management team (TMT) diversity and firm performance. The mediating effects of team learning behavior and collective team identification on the relationships among TMT educational and functional background diversity, CEO empowering leadership and corporate performance are explored. Team learning behavior is defined as a team process that is connected to the information/decision-making perspective while collective team identification is described as an emergent state that is associated with the social categorization perspective.

Research has paid much attention to the determinant role of educational factors and personal factors on entrepreneurial intentions. However, evidence on how entrepreneurship education impacts entrepreneurial intention remains insufficient. To answer this question, drawing on the theory of planned behavior (TPB), we propose and test on three mediating effects (attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control towards entrepreneurship) through which entrepreneurship education is associated with entrepreneurial intention. Based on a sample of 201 university students in Hong Kong, we find that the positive relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention is significantly mediated by attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control towards entrepreneurship. Contributing to the general literature of entrepreneurship, this study helps us to better understand the mechanism through which one's entrepreneurship education may enhance his/her entrepreneurial intention.
