With the urban eco-environment worsening, a growing number of researchers have shifted their research emphasis to the utilization of new energy sources. Nowadays, nearly 30% of global primary energy consumption in urban areas comes from transportation facilities. Consequently, more and more attention has been devoted to the application of new energy in transportation facilities by the governments, especially in the field of new energy vehicles. However, the improvement of eco-environment will be limited if new energy vehicles still consume energy based on fossil fuel. Therefore, the energy base of new energy vehicles need to be changed exigently. This paper combined Remote Sensing (RS) and Geographical Information System (GIS), presents a novel method to assess the photovoltaic (PV) generation potential of parking area in city. Additionally, by means of a test case which is a parking system of a university campus in Tianjin, China, it is shown that the proposed PV potential assessment is fast and effective. By RS and GPS collection schistosoma related to the wet land breeding regional information and the crowd infected areas of information distribution activities, include that information in the same geographical space combined with geography, computer science and technology, such as Internet integration to achieve comprehensive analysis, a digital means to achieve reunification of the whole planet, and related phenomena of the economy and understanding of the space environment and the multi-resolution, 3D description to deal with wet land and social aspects of the problem, through the use of statistical and graphical analysis, GIS can form a multi-level map data for computer analysis. Various spatial distribution of data calibration, we can use VFP, VF, Oracle and other database development software, composite information, query and mathematical modeling, database building wet land schistosomiasis situation, Lo intelligence database, livestock database control database. Once established, GIS provides a dynamic, quantitative, visual spatial analysis system, can be used to plan and carry out monitoring and wet land schistosomiasis epidemic prevention programs. In wireless sensor networks (WSNs), the sink mobility along a constrained path can improve the energy efficiency. The mobile sink collects data from randomly deployed sensor nodes with constant speed has limited communication time. This causes difficulties in improving the network lifetime and efficient energy consumption. The recent advances in WSNs which leads to many new protocols specifically designed for sensor networks where energy awareness is an essential consideration. The proposed method of this paper is to access Multiple Mobile Sinks (MMS) in wireless sensor networks with delay constrained approach. A novel data collection scheme called Energy Efficient Shortest Path (EESP) is proposed, to use MMS in multi-hop sensor network with dynamic trajectory. With the increasing demand for high resolution, large scale images and fast downlink data rates of remote-sensing satellites, the higher decoding speed of BM(Berlekamp Massey) algorithm of the satellite receivers employing RS(Reed Solomon) codes as forward error correction codes is needed. A new improved BM algorithm is presented and its explicit proofs are given. Taking RS(255, 223) of CCSDS standard as the research object, a great number of simulation experiments are carried out using MATLAB and FPGA to verify the algorithm. A combined GIS and remote sensing approach to map and model the large wildfires in the summer 2003 at Glacier National Park. Numerical simulations were performed using the Clarke cellular automaton fire model, and the fire extents were validated using remote sensing data from the MODIS instrument. The results show a good correlation between the predicted fires and the actual. In addition, remote sensing data from the MODIS and TOMS instruments are used to quantify the optical dimming of the atmosphere caused by the fires. Atmospheric dimming correlated both spatially and temporally with the amount of burned fuel computed by the Clarke model. The observed atmospheric dimming is correlated both spatially and temporally with the fire simulations. Such knowledge is crucial in order to build a coupled land-atmosphere fire model. Forest fire is one of the major natural risks in the north of Iran. It is impossible to control nature, but is possible to map forest fire risk zone and thereby minimize the risk of fire. The aim of this study is modeling the potential of forest fire in the Golestan forests by using Remote Sensing, GIS and aerologic data. The variables in this study must be weighted according to their impact on the forest fire hazard. Therefore analytical hierarchy process (AHP), and fuzzy-AHP, used to rank and prioritize the causative factors of fire risk in the study area. Fires occurred at 2010 in this zone and using the MODIS fire product dataset shown that majority of burned area were in the recommended risky places of this model by overall accuracy about 64%. In recent years, with the wide application of UAV, as an important component of the UAV system, ground monitor and control system for UAV is also in constant updates. In order to satisfy people with higher requirements of information timeliness, this paper introduces the design about ground monitor and control system for UAV remote sensing based on World Wind, whose functions include 3D GIS display and navigation, video image processing and visualization instrument. The power supply is a typical equipment. It is used widely. At the same time, it is difficult to solve its fault diagnosis problem by using general or traditional fault diagnosis theory and method, because of its uncertainty, fuzzy and other questions. Rough Set (RS) represents the uncertainly technology which provides an effective approach to resolve these issues, receives more academic attention nowadays. During the process of fault diagnosis, people always face incomplete information systems due to data measurement, obtaining restrictions and other reasons. However, the classical RS theory is based on the complete system. So we proposed a new method about data filling on the basis of discrepancy relation. In the paper, the RS encoding algorithm widely used in communication system is described briefly. Taking RS encoder in DVB system for example, we introduce the structure of RS encoder. And an improved algorithm on Galois Field multiplier is proposed which saves the numbers of the XOR gates. Finally, its feasibility and validity have been verified through FPGA platform. This paper took Pingtan County, an island-town located in the eastern seashore of Fujian Province, as the study area. By the comprehensive use of RS and GIS techniques, this paper summarized the morphological characteristics of main-urban area spatial expansion in Pingtan County since the Hercynian construction was proposed. The expansion characteristics were systematically analyzed by introduced three indicators: urban sprawl strength, urban center and compact index. Combined with regional socio-economic development, this paper also investigated the driving mechanism of urban land growth from the following aspects, geographical environment, population-driven, economic development, macroeconomic policy and urban planning guidance, etc. The results showed that it was quite distinct of Pingtan County urban spatial expansion, and the built-up area, increased from 5.23 km2 in 2002 to 7.69 km2 in 2007, had risen by about half in five years; the growth area was mainly concentrated in eastern and southern parts; the county center had been offset by 220m along the southeast direction; the urban space expansion was a combined result of natural, economic and social factors. This paper introduces theories related to 3S technology, i.g., remote sensing (RS), geographic information system (GIS) and global positioning system (GPS). We mainly discuss the application of 3S technology in the fishing, aquaculture, marine environmental monitoring, firshing boat navigating and other fields, and survey the comprehensive prospect of 3S technology in the field of marine fishery resources study. In conclusion, we point out that the comprehensive application of 3S technology will be a trend for marine fishery modernization, and 3S technology will also provide the theoretical basis for marine fishery research. The article presents a study that investigated the sediment disasters that may occur at Taimali and Chihpen watersheds in Taitung county in eastern Taiwan. An analysis of the behavior, mechanism and scale of the sediment disasters is given. According to the article, global positioning systems (GPS) will be used to locate site position. Finally, remote sensing (RS) techniques and geographic information systems (GIS) are combined to develop the sediment related disaster database system.

To improve the accuracy and reliability of the risk evaluation of network information security risk, this paper uses rough set attribution reduction to reduce the various factors that affect the network and information security risk, excluding the attributes associated with the decision-making and achieving a typical sample. Besides, in order to train the network, the degree of membership of a typical sample calculated by fuzzy method is as input to neural networks, expert value as the desired output of the network, which can increase the training speed and accuracy. The output of the network can be calculated using the trained network, and network information security risk assessment and decision-making can be achieved based on this output.
