A teacher's performance is one of the parameters in determining education quality. What can influence the performance of teachers and how impactful they are were studied in this research, such as (1) organizational culture influence in how teachers of SMA Negeri 2 Kota Agung perform, (2) academic supervision influence in SMA Negeri 2 Guru Kota Agung, (3) cultural influence of organization and academic supervision in how teachers of SMA Negeri 2 Kota Agung perform. The purpose of this research is to study the existence of (1) school organizational culture influence in how teachers perform at SMA Negeri 2 Kota Agung, (2) how impactful academic supervision against performance in SMA Negeri 2 Kota Agung teachers, (3) organizational culture and academic supervision in how teachers of SMA Negeri 2 Kota Agung perform. Populations used in this study were entire teachers in SMA Negeri 2 Kota Agung, in which the population sample used is 60. A saturated sample technique was used to determine the population sample. The method we used to collect data is a questionnaire and analyzed using classical assumption test technique and hypothesis testing by the help of SPSS for Windows 25. The results of the prerequisite test showed that the data were normally distributed—there was no heteroscedasticity, no multicollinearity and linearity, with the hypothesis testing as: (1) there is an influence of organizational culture in how teachers perform with the value 72.6%, (2) there is an influence of academic supervision in how teachers perform with the value 41.1%, (3) there is an influence of school organizational culture and academic supervision in how teachers perform with the value 72.5%.
