The article describes the experience of using dynamic electroneurostimulation as an independent manipulation, dynamic electroneurostimulation in combination with a 20% aqueous solution of Dimexide, as well as applying only compresses with a 20% aqueous solution of Dimexide to the affected area. As experimental animals, horses with signs of damage to the tendon-ligamentous apparatus in the metacarpus or metatarsus were used, the horses were kept in one of the stables in the suburban area of the metropolis. To monitor the condition of the animal during therapy, general research methods were used, including - examination and palpation, and as an instrumental method, infrared thermography was used. During and after treatment, a decrease in pain response, swelling, and local temperature in the area of limb lesions was observed. Also, a transition of the degree of lameness from moderate to mild, until its complete disappearance was noted. The obtained results of the performed physiotherapeutic treatment show the effectiveness and feasibility of using the method of dynamic electroneurostimulation both as an independent method and in combination with a 20% aqueous solution of Dimexidum in the complex treatment of horses with limb injuries of various etiologies.
