When fruit juices of various fruits are blended in a specific ratio the nutritious quotient of the drink gets optimized. This research paper proposes to study the optimization levels when three or more fruit juices of different physical and chemical compositions are mixed to gain the optimum nutrition value. This optimization is studied by Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The paper also attempts to study the desired physical and chemical properties to get the optimum nutritive values. The mixed fruit juice of less caloric value is taken for study. The fruits taken for extracting juice include orange, pineapple, and tamarillo (Tree Tomatoes) which are tasty with their acidic quality. The result of this study gives the utmost recommended combinations of the fruit juice mixture which is read as 50% of Orange and 50% of pineapple and 33% orange, 33% pineapple, and 33% tamarillo.
