The study shows that rural land pollution is relatively common, including industrial dust, industrial emissions, industrial waste water, solid waste, garbage, sewage and other pollution; industrial dust, industrial wastewater and domestic sewage are three typical pollution on rural land and have the most hazard area and the most serious hazard degree; the more closer to the economically developed areas and industrial concentration areas, the land has more serious pollution; property rights of rural land is directly related to rural land pollution prevention and control, the ownership of the land is not clearly which lead to pollution unsupervised; collective ownership make the exercise subject not clear which lead to lack of rights protector for land pollution; insufficiency property rights lead to people can't defend their interests; clear rural land property rights and improve the system of property rights will positively impact to rural land pollution prevention.
