The analyzed period belongs to the winter season in the hot and humid climate of southeastern Mexico, the space selected as a case study corresponds to a naturally ventilated office, which is located in the city of Coatzacoalcos (Veracruz), at 18 ° 08' north latitude and 94° 42' west longitude. At this latitude, the climate is mainly influenced by the trade winds of the northern hemisphere, which are the cause of precipitation. This region is characterized by having a clear sky with high solar radiation most days of the year. Based on measurements of the interior and exterior temperature of the space for an interval of 16 consecutive days, a parametric analysis of the behavior of this variable on the days of highest and lowest temperature, as well as its influence on thermal comfort, has been carried out. This evaluation proposes a thermal comfort equation for the region and type of space analyzed. Likewise, it is intended to leave a precedent for the thermal behavior of a space built in the winter season in the hot and humid climate. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
