Despite the growing popularity of the term "glocalization", scholars find it difficult to operationalize the concept. This hinders its application to solve problems faced by entrepreneurs and new ventures focusing on developing and commercializing innovations worldwide. This article describes how glocalization is being operationalized to add value to Global EPIC, a new international alliance of 17 keystone organizations in 11 different countries. The article contributes object-oriented representations of four glocalization processes, principles that can be used to design and operate organizations using the glocalization concept, examples of how these principles are being applied to solve a real problem, and the results of using word frequency analysis and topic modelling to examine a database comprised of the words published on the websites maintained by members of Global EPIC.
