This paper was designed to analyze the petiole anatomical characteristics of six Hedysarum species in Turkey. Paraffine method was applied to obtain cross sections of petiole or handmade sections were used to made anatomical analysis. The cross sections taken from petiole of studied species had an epidermis layer with oval-rectangular shaped. There was a large median bundle in all examined species with smaller lateral two bundles. Collenchymatic tissue changeable from 4 to 8 layered was located in the corners of petiole especially over the vascular bundles in studied species. Multilacunar and trilacunar petiole types were detected to separate species each other. The pith region of petiole had oval shaped parenchymatic cells that in different size. The petiole anatomical characteristics of Hedysarum species were showed that the Subacaulia and Crinifera sections have trilacunar petiole type the most primitive type in Hedysarum genus however Multicaulia section has multilacunar type which is advanced one. In conclusion, the median and lateral bundles size and their patterns are the most constructive petiole anatomical character to separate Hedysarum species has been determined. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The aim for this research is to improve the mathematical abilities of young children through the internet-based program i-ready. The relevance of these comprehension skills for elementary school students is imperative. The abilities of these students to interpret these mathematical theories and acknowledge the systematic approaches affiliated with the processing of these essential ideologies are significantly improved with the use of mathematical coaching. These students can utilize these comprehensive skillsets to decipher shapes, patterns, and numbers, while offering them a means of processing this information and assisting them with their cognitive development. The process from which the data was collected is through an observational online assessment tool i-ready. This software tracks and records the student's mathematic benchmarks. These benchmarks are the i-ready software's mechanism for highlighting the importance of analyzing student data to increase comprehension levels. This formative assessment was used to measure these students' comprehension, and with the assistance of analytical data, there was a strong correlation between statistical analysis and increased comprehension levels. This statistical analysis was verified with the assistance of both quantitative and qualitative inputs. Practical and theoretical interest in startups grown significantly in recent years, and this phenomenon brings accelerators as a suitable option for the development of these firms. Our study aims to analyze the research field's development on accelerators and present perspectives and opportunities for future research. We use a bibliometric analysis, a systematic literature review, and a content analysis to present the principal studies and references in the area and highlight that entrepreneurship and open innovation are frequently associated with accelerators. Accelerators can be viewed as organizations or as acceleration processes, meaning that acceleration can be used by firm to open innovate and accelerators will need to develop unique characteristics. This paper describes a systemic method towards standardization of a cyber weapon effectiveness and effectiveness prediction process to promote consistency and improve cyber weapon system evaluation accuracy - for both offensive and defensive postures. The approach included theoretical examination of existing effectiveness prediction processes for kinetic and directed energy weapons, complemented with technical and social aspects of cyber realm. The examination highlighted several paradigm-shifts needed to transition from purely kinetic-based processes and transition into the realm of combined kinetic and cyber weapons. Components of the new method for cyber weapons are cyber payload assessment, effects identification, and target assessment. The ultimate outcome of method is the 'Probability of Kill' for a cyber weapon paired with a threat and within a given situation. This probability is a function of factors such as intelligence gathered on the latency of information, access points, hardware and software configurations, accuracy and completeness of network map, understanding of operations tempo; likelihood that vulnerabilities being exploited are patched and IT's ability to detect and respond to the delivery of the cyber payload; and probability that the payload will achieve the desired mission effects. Aside from the use of this method for offensive purposes, it can also be mirrored as cyber defense and can serve as basis for developing cyber defense strategies, such as focused counter intelligence on access points, hardware and software configurations, and network map and architecture, comprehensive patching to assure most current and complete patches are deployed, and well trained and equipped IT with ability to detect and respond to cyber payloads. Innovation Management in IT companies, like in some other sectors, faces a turbulent and short-cycled environment. Because of that, processes and innovation tools need to be adapted. We intend to do it in a way that minimizes the effort of adoption and enables product managers to embed more innovation in their existing activities. In this paper we present the results of the survey conducted to identify on which of them we should focus first. We found known problems, but also some spaces for improvement and questions to be clarified. Mites of the family Zerconidae collected from Dikili County (Izmir province) at February 15, 2019 were evaluated. Collected samples were placed into plastic bags, labelled and transferred to acarology laboratory. Samples were placed into combined Berlese funnels and mites were extracted for 5-7 days. Then, mites were separated under a stereo-microscope. Collected zerconid mites were placed in 60% lactic acid for clearing and their identifications were made using a light-microscope. Finally, all zerconid mites were put in stock bottles which contain 70 % alcohol and 1-3 drops glycine. Among them, Prozercon rekaae was recorded for the first time from Turkey. In many instances, maintenance engineers arrive at a point where the maintenance decision calls for the redesign of the physical asset in order to address the reliability issues encountered during the course of operating and maintaining the asset. One of the most effective and broadly applied techniques is Design-Out Maintenance (DOM) and many researchers in Maintenance Management have alluded to this technique as highly effective and widely applied in the field of asset maintenance. The drivers for physical assets modifications are diverse and situational as various factors are considered when it comes to such endeavour, and the cost of the modification or re-design being one of them. A systematic approach to this engineering phenomenon is imperative to give guidance and credence to this noble approach, followed by evaluation techniques for the effectiveness of the exercise. Competency based training needs analysis is dealt with the identification of the trainings that must be taken by the employees based on the comparisons of the required features and existing competencies of them. The aim of the current work is a critical studies of genus Acer in Latvia, taking into account, that detailed studies of this genus in Latvia previously was not carried out. During the studies, a detailed inventory of the biggest dendrological plantations and collections in Latvia was carried out. For the moment, the published previous inventory results of the parks and greeneries are known for the period from 1972 to 2000, and do not reflect the real situation. Over time, when different foreign-origin planting materials were used in public greeneries widely, status of the property for many dendrologically valuable territories was changed. Due to the different climatic and anthropogenic factors, taxonomic diversity of the trees and shrubs, including maple, has changed in both directions -- positive and negative. Therefore, the regular monitoring of taxonomical diversity of the arboreal plants is necessary. During the current research, 119 dendrological objects were inventoried and at least 490 herbarium materials was collected. The results summarize the data about all Acer genus taxa cultivated in Latvia: 24 species, 30 subspecies, 3 varieties, one form and five hybrids. Scientific nomenclature of each taxon was specified, morphological features and peculiarities of distribution were described. The distribution maps for all most common taxa were created, where the changes from the previous inventories to nowadays were reflected. For some rare taxa cultivated in Latvia, Latvian epithet is given for the first time, created on the basis of the most commonly used names in foreign dendrological literature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Igor Filatotchev examined inter-links between experience of founders, board selection strategy, and short-term performance measured in terms of share offer underpricing. David P. Spicer and Eugene Sadler-Smith described the development and validation of a measure that is designed to assess the way in which managers perceive their organizations' orientation to learning in terms of higher-order and lower-order levels of learning. Johan Wiklund and Frederic Delmar untangled the causal relationships between growth motivation and growth by using a large longitudinal data set and repeated measures. Mobile products incorporating ever increasing functions and capabilities are often designed on new technologies nodes which can enable smaller chip size and therefore result in profitable production. In order to achieve rapid yield ramp up, new BEOL yield enhancement methodology was implemented for new mobile product introduction which adds preliminary GDS Hot spot analysis to develop test structures, short flow process characterization, and equipment sensor FDC analysis techniques to the traditional methods of yield improvement engineering. The methodology is suited for use in 28nm and beyond technology nodes because the statistically based discovery process can handle changes in process better than the traditional methodologies which rely solely on expert knowledge and limited infrastructure. This is relevant to Kinect-based poststroke rehabilitation systems; as such there is a need to review the literature based on person-generated management and utilisation.
