Various advantages of Multiple-Level Inverter (MLI) allow this technology to have numerous applications. In this paper, a topology for eleven level MLI setup for medium-voltage with superior performance has been proposed. This topology is capable to interface with a Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) module which ultimately generates power to connected grid. Thus, the system is designed to distribute solar energy to the grid. MLI topology consisting of twenty switches is interfaced with grid and a cascaded transformer is fed from a SPV as DC source. MATLAB simulations are conducted for the SPV grid and cascaded transformer connected grid to the eleven-level Cascaded H-bridge (CHB) MLI system. The paper examines various output characteristics at various coupling points of SPV, grid, and MLI. Finally, the outcomes from the simulation confirm the working of proposed MLI "design configuration" and "control technique" under different stochastic conditions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The present paper discusses a parameterized PSpice model of a full-bridge resonant inverter operating above the resonant frequency and an analog behavioral model of a control system with automatic regulation of the root-mean-square value of the output current. The control system is self-oscillating and allows for regulating the output power of the inverter by changing the transistors' turn-on time. Functional dependencies for designing a resonant inverter operating above its resonant frequency are defined, and parameterized descriptions of resonant circuit elements are performed.
