Selecting a hotel at which to stay can be a complex process, especially for leisure travellers. At the same time, an increasing number of such customers are using the internet to both search for and select hotels. Hence the purpose of this research is to model the leisure traveller's online hotel selection process. Whilst hospitality researchers (Lewis, 1984; Callan, 1998; Lockyer, 2002) have identified important attributes that may be used in hotel selection process, none has ever verified these findings with actual hotel selection behaviours. Similarly previous hospitality e-commerce researchers have focused on website design and quality, evaluating web site performance, intention to purchase from a website, but have not examined online hotel selection behaviours. This investigation is grounded on the consideration set and the choice set concepts (Wright and Barbour, 1977). Through experimental observation of online hotel selection behaviours, the consideration set, the choice set, and the attributes used in the decision process were identified. The average size of the consideration set and the choice set were 33.9 and 4.1, respectively. The average numbers of attributes used in forming the consideration set and the choice set were 3.3 and 2.6, respectively. The attributes used in forming the choice set were conditional to the attributes used in forming the consideration set. The heuristics used in forming the consideration set were elimination-by-aspects and conjunctive, but the heuristics used in forming the choice set could not be identified. In order to compare the results of this experimental study with previous research, the same respondents were also asked to undertake conjoint analysis - a methodology used in prior studies (Wong and Lam, 2001; Ding, et al., 2001; Koo, et al., 1999). The five attributes researched - in order of importance -were brand, star-ratings, price, location, and review. This alternative approach to researching hotel selection was found to produce different and inferior results when compared with the findings of the main study. This research provides the first empirical evidence of the existence of the consideration set and the choice set in the online hotel selection process, as well as their characteristics. It identified attributes used in the decision making process. It also develops operational definitions of the consideration set and the choice set suitable for online selection research. Finally it examines the influences of website attributes, such as reviews and comparison, on decision making.

However, many studies have suggested it can also cause thrombocytopenia and pancytopenia.Patients and Methods: We report on three patients with linezolid-pancytopenia. Patients in cases 1 and 2 were diagnosed with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and were both administered with dapagliflozin, one of the sodium-dependent glucose transporters 2 inhibitors (SHLT-2i).Results: Two patients were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, pneumonia, and hyponatremia. Severe myelosuppression occurred in both patients, with a severe decrease in leukocytes and platelets and a moderate decrease in hemoglobin, who eventually passed away despite the discontinuation of linezolid and adopting appropriate treatment measures. The patient in case 3 was diagnosed with pneumonia, type 2 diabetes, and sequelae of cerebral thrombosis. After twelve days of treatment, the patient developed moderate thrombocytopenia and anemia. She recovered without any additional treatment after the discontinuation of linezolid. Conclusion: In this case series, two patients with irreversible myelosuppression were treated with both linezolid and SGLT-2i, and one diabetic patient with single linezolid use presented with reversible pancytopenia

Methods: RRD patients with or without proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) were included. The treatment group included patients in whom steroids were used as an adjunct and a control group in which placebo was used. Only randomized controlled trials were included. We searched the main electronic databases and included studies published until July 2014. PVR odds ratio, visual acuity, retinal reattachment rate, and complications were evaluated in three trials. Results: Three randomized controlled trials were included in the meta-analysis. There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative PVR between groups (heterogeneity I2=48%, P=0.14). However, the incidence of postoperative PVR was lower in the treatment group (I2=0%, P<0.0001) than in the control group when a PVR grade C study was excluded. There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative visual acuity between the treatment and control groups (odds ratio -0.18; 95% confidence interval -0.38, 0.02; P=0.08). The two groups had similar results for primary/final retinal reattachment and reoperation rate. There was no significant difference in postoperative intraocular pressure. Conclusion: This systematic review demonstrates that steroids may

- Abstract
Seafood samples were collected from Dalian, China to study the accumulation and distribution characteristics of short chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) by GC/ECNI-LRMS. Sum of SCCPs (dry weight) were in the range of 77-8 250 ng.g-1, with the lowest value in Scapharca subcrenata and highest concentration in Neptunea cumingi. The concentrations of sum of SCCPs (dry weight) in fish, shrimp/crab and shellfish were in the ranges of 100-3 510, 394-5 440, and 77-8 250 ng.g-1 , respectively. Overall, the C10 and C11 homologues were the most predominant carbon groups of SCCPs in seafood from this area, and a relatively higher proportion of C12-13 was observed in seafood with higher concentrations of sum of SCCPs . With regard to chlorine content, Cl1,, CI8 and CI6 were the major groups. Significant correlations were found among concentrations of different SCCP homologues (except C1, vs. Cl10 ) , which indicated that they might share the same sources and/or have similar accumulation, migration and transformation processes., en viss villrådighet kan förmärkas hos WoS. - Abstract
A total of 155 rice plants were collected from ten mining areas in three provinces of China (Hunan, Guizhou and Guangdong), where most of mercury (Hg) mining takes place in China. During the harvest season, whole rice plants were sampled and divided into root, stalk & leaf, husk and seed (brown rice), together with soil from root zone. Although the degree of Hg contamination varied significantly among different mining areas, rice seed showed the highest ability for methylmercury (MeHg) accumulation. Both concentrations of total mercury (THg) and MeHg in rice plants were significantly correlated with Hg levels in soil, indicating soil is still an important source for both inorganic mercury (IHg) and MeHg in rice plants. The obvious discrepancy between the distribution patterns of THg and MeHg reflected different pathways of IHg and MeHg accumulation. Water soluble Hg may play more important role in MeHg accumulation in rice plants., Sponsors:National Basic Research Program of China Grant(s): 2013CB430004 2009CB421605 National Natural Science Foundation of China Grant(s): 21120102040 20937002 31070450
