The purpose of this essay is to understand the metaphor GOD IS KING through an exegetical, literary analysis and by the insights of cognitive metaphor theory. By isolating the concept of kingship associated with god, through the scope of the Psalter, and taking inventory of what is said about god in these texts, the essay will discover the mappings that lie behind the metaphor GOD IS KING in the psalms. The result shows that the metaphor GOD IS KING contains four submetaphors, which can be described as GOD IS A FATHER, GOD IS A WARRIOR, GOD REIGNS OVER THE COSMOS and GOD IS FAITHFUL AND MERCIFUL. There are differences between God as king and humans as kings, since God’s kingship contains memories from Israel’s history that shows his qualities as transforming the people, conquering the enemies and even transcending life and death. By knowing these informative aspects of god as king, from reading and analyzing Pss 68, 103 and 145, this essay will show that the metaphor GOD IS KING is only appropriate in describing Israel’s god, due to his wondrous works, character and essence. We investigate whether touch-based zooming interaction with a tabletop visualisation of the tree of life evokes various affective responses, particularly, the epistemic affective responses of awe, curiosity, surprise, and confusion. Ten students participated in semi-structured interviews while interacting with the visualisation. Verbal utterances and interactions with the visual interface were videorecorded. Students verbal and non-verbal affective responses in relation to five evolutionary themes were analysed. Results revealed that students expressed all four affective responses while engaging the zooming feature, with awe and surprise most frequently uttered. Most affective responses were associated with the themes of biological relationships and evolutionary time. Awe was highly associated with evolutionary time, surprise with biological relationships, and confusion with both these conceptual themes. For eight participants, awe was the initial affective response generated after exposure to the dynamic tree of life. The study demonstrates that interacting with an immersive visualisation through zooming can induce affective responses in relation to multiple conceptual themes in evolution. Data was derived from a baseline questionnaire collected in specialized home care. The questionnaire included socio-demographics, the Preparedness for Caregiving Scale, and single items addressing preparedness for death, received support and communication about incurable illness. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and Spearman correlations. Altogether 39 family caregivers participated. A significant association was found between preparedness for caregiving and preparedness for death. Received support and communication about the illness was associated with higher levels of preparedness for caregiving and death. This study contributes to evidence on the association between preparedness for caregiving and death, but also that communication and support employed by healthcare professionals could improve family caregiver preparedness and wellbeing.

OBJECTIVES: Psychoeducational interventions for family caregivers have shown to be effective but not possible for all caregivers to attend; thus, web-based interventions may be a complement. This study aimed to evaluate feasibility of a web-based intervention, "narstaende.se," from the perspective of spouses of patients receiving specialized home care. METHODS: A website was developed, containing videos with conversations between health-care professionals and family caregivers (actors), informative texts, links to further information, and a chat forum. The aim of the website is to provide support and promote preparedness for caregiving and death, and the content is theoretically and empirically grounded. The study had a descriptive cross-sectional design. Altogether, 26 spouses answered a questionnaire, before accessing the website, and 4 weeks after this, 12 spouses were interviewed. Descriptive statistics and qualitative content analysis were used. RESULTS: Spouses experienced the website as being easy to use, welcoming, and with relevant content. Participating spouses would recommend "narstaende.se" to others in similar situations, and the majority found the website introduced timely. Videos seemed easily accessible and were most used, contributing to a feeling of recognition and sharing the situation. The online format was perceived as flexible, but still not all spouses visited the website, stating the desire for support in real life. SIGNIFICANCE OF RESULTS: A web-based intervention can be feasible for spouses in specialized home care; however, the digital format is not suitable for everyone. Further research is needed to determine the website's potential to provide support and increase preparedness for family caregivers in general.

The Global Consortium for the Classification of Fungi and fungus-like taxa is an international initiative of more than 550 mycologists to develop an electronic structure for the classification of these organisms. The members of the Consortium originate from 55 countries/regions worldwide, from a wide range of disciplines, and include senior, mid-career and early-career mycologists and plant pathologists. The Consortium will publish a biannual update of the Outline of Fungi and fungus-like taxa, to act as an international scheme for other scientists. Notes on all newly published taxa at or above the level of species will be prepared and published online on the Outline of Fungi website (https://www.outlineoffungi.org/), and these will be finally published in the biannual edition of the Outline of Fungi and fungus-like taxa. Comments on recent important taxonomic opinions on controversial topics will be included in the biannual outline. For example, 'to promote a more stable taxonomy in Fusarium given the divergences over its generic delimitation', or 'are there too many genera in the Boletales?' and even more importantly, 'what should be done with the tremendously diverse 'dark fungal taxa?' There are undeniable differences in mycologists' perceptions and opinions regarding species classification as well as the establishment of new species. Given the pluralistic nature of fungal taxonomy and its implications for species concepts and the nature of species, this consortium aims to provide a platform to better refine and stabilise fungal classification, taking into consideration views from different parties. In the future, a confidential voting system will be set up to gauge the opinions of all mycologists in the Consortium on important topics. The results of such surveys will be presented to the International Commission on the Taxonomy of Fungi (ICTF) and the Nomenclature Committee for Fungi (NCF) with opinions and percentages of votes for and against. Early research on marine fungi was mostly descriptive, with an emphasis on their diversity and taxonomy, especially of those collected at rocky shores on seaweeds and driftwood. Subsequently, further substrata (e.g. salt marsh grasses, marine animals, seagrasses, sea foam, seawater, sediment) and habitats (coral reefs, deep-sea, hydrothermal vents, mangroves, sandy beaches, salt marshes) were explored for marine fungi. In parallel, research areas have broadened from micro-morphology to ultrastructure, ecophysiology, molecular phylogenetics, biogeography, biodeterioration, biodegradation, bioprospecting, genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics and metabolomics. Although marine fungi only constitute a small fraction of the global mycota, new species of marine fungi continue to be described from new hosts/substrata of unexplored locations/habitats, and novel bioactive metabolites have been discovered in the last two decades, warranting a greater collaborative research effort. Marine fungi of Africa, the Americas and Australasia are under-explored, while marine Chytridiomycota and allied taxa, fungi associated with marine animals, the functional roles of fungi in the sea, and the impacts of climate change on marine fungi are some of the topics needing more attention. In this article, currently active marine mycologists from different countries have written on the history and current state of marine fungal research in individual countries highlighting their strength in the subject, and this represents a first step towards a collaborative inter- and transdisciplinary research strategy.

This study investigated the molecular, chemical and morphological variation in the Usnea pectinata aggregate using 42 specimens, 22 from Tanzania and 20 from São Tomé and Príncipe. A total of 31 sequences (13 ITS, 13 nuLSU and 5 RPB1) were generated. The results are presented in two phylogenies: first a three-markers ‘backbone’ phylogeny for the U. pectinata aggregate, where six distinct, strongly supported subclades indicate considerable genetic variation in the dataset; and second, an ITS phylogeny with 47 terminals along with a mapping of morphological and chemistry data. Several well-supported monophyletic clades were recovered in both phylogenies and these may well represent separate species in the complex referred to here as the U. pectinata aggregate. One of the most important educational challenges in developing environmental literacy for sustainability is understanding systems thinking. For example, grasping the effects of humanity’s disruption of the natural carbon cycle is crucial for making informed choices about climate change. Although development of systems thinking skills is challenging, they could be promoted through interactive visual learning environments. In the present study, we explore pupils’ use and assessment of a newly developed interactive learning environment, termed “Tracing Carbon”, designed to support grade 7-9 pupils’ systems thinking skills in the context of the carbon cycle. Data were collected from two classes (n=63) that engaged with Tracing Carbon as part of their science class. Performance was assessed by analysing log files of interactive tasks. Further information was gathered from the number of errors and perceived difficulty in pupils’ responses to quizzes in the system. The results indicate that the errors made when performing tasks can be related to misunderstandings such as believing that trees obtain their nutrition from the soil rather than from carbon dioxide in the air. Moreover, the quiz items that were designated “easy” were associated with fewer mistakes and a lower perceived difficulty rating than quiz items designated as “hard”. Future qualitative analysis could reveal links between the hierarchy levels, the number and type of errors in both tasks and quizzes, and aspects of the communicated carbon cycle content.

Automated UI testing tools are an essential part of the software development process. While comparative studies have been conducted to evaluate various tools, the identification of the challenges faced by today’s testers remains a crucial task. Our study aims to provide insight into this subject by comparing two widely used testing tools, Selenium and TestComplete, and determining their ease of use and time efficiency. We also consider the learning curve for new testers and provide guidelines for selecting the right tool. Our goal is to evaluate how Selenium and TestComplete compare in terms of ease of use and time efficiency. Our research questions are: (RQ1) Which tool has a shorter implementation time for developers, Selenium or TestComplete? (RQ2) Which tool has a faster execution time for test cases, Selenium or TestComplete? (RQ3) Which tool has a higher number of defects found during testing, Selenium or TestComplete? (RQ4) Which tool has a higher number of false positives found during testing, Selenium or TestComplete? To answer these questions, a controlled experiment was conducted, showing that both tools have similar implementation times. However, Selenium has a faster execution time than TestComplete and a significantly lower occurrence of false positives. These results suggest that Selenium provides a more reliable and user-friendly testing process. In terms of defects found, the data gathering was insufficient and future research is required. Furthermore, we found that there is a limitation to what elements and applications can be tested. In this regard, Selenium showed a more significant limitation than TestComplete for testing an online game application.

Sveriges arbetsmarknad är mycket horisontellt könssegregerad vilket innebär att kvinnor och män arbetar i olika sektorer, yrken och branscher. Endast fyra av de 30 största yrkesgrupperna var könsintegrerade år 2018 och en av dessa var gymnasielärare. Inom samma bransch och sektor finns dock en annan lärarkategori, grundskollärare, som är könssegregerad. För att attrahera sökanden till lediga tjänster används ofta platsannonser och tidigare forskning har visat att ordval har en stor betydelse för vem och vilket kön som attraheras av platsannonsen. Syftet med denna studie är därför att undersöka förekomsten och fördelningen av könskodade ord i platsannonser för grundskollärare och gymnasielärare för att se om det finns ett samband mellan andelen könskodade platsannonser och könsfördelningen i yrket. I studiens teoretiska referensram redogörs det bland annat för begreppet genus, kön, den svenska arbetsmarknaden och kompetensförsörjning. Det redogörs även för språkets påverkan och tidigare forskning om könskodade ord. Vi har använt oss av en kvantitativ ansats, kvantitativ innehållsanalys, med kvalitativa inslag där datamaterialet inhämtats från offentligt publicerade platsannonser på Arbetsförmedlingens platsbank. 90 platsannonser som avser lediga lärartjänster inom den svenska grund- och gymnasieskolan analyserades med hjälp av en tidigare framforskad ordlista över könskodade ord och kategoriserades sedan som kvinnligt, manligt eller neutralt könskodade. Resultatet visar att platsannonser för grundskollärare innehåller betydligt fler könskodade ord, framförallt kvinnligt könskodade ord, än platsannonser för gymnasielärare. Något som innebär att den könssegregerade yrkeskategorin innehåller fler könskodade ord än den könsintegrerade. Vidare kan vi fastställa att fördelningen av antalet könskodade ord i platsannonserna överensstämmer med könsfördelningen i yrkeskategorierna. Så även förd

Calicium sperlingiae is described as new from Oregon, U.S.A. It was collected on the bark of Pseudotsuga menziesii on lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management, United States Department of the Interior. It is placed in Calicium based on morphology (stalked apothecia with black mazaedia and brown 2-celled, ellipsoidal ascospores) and molecular data. Phylogenetic relationships are inferred using the ITS region. The species is characterized by its superficial and well-developed, grayish-white, granular to leprose thallus, I- apothecia, moderately white-pruinose mazaedia, and relatively short clavate asci. A key to the North American species of Calicium is provided.

School visits to science centers can provide valuable opportunities for pupils to engage with science content and practices different from the traditional classroom and raise pupils' interest in science and science careers. Teachers play a key role in the success of a visit by linking to classroom practice. Unfortunately, visits tend to be viewed as an isolated experience by teachers and pupils, wherein pre- and post-visit activities that actively integrate the visit into classroom practice are often lacking. While many science centers offer suggestions for such pre- and post-visit activities, teachers do not typically take advantage of them. Thus, it is imperative to explore teachers’ views on successful visits and barriers that may influence the experience for pupils. As part of a larger research project on success factors for school visits to science centers, we examined teachers views on success factors, motivations and barriers to visiting a digital science center in Sweden. Based on interviews and the accompanying literature, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to teachers in local compulsory schools. Responses from 50 teachers revealed that the most important success factors were a well-prepared program, that the content is conveyed visually, that the visit induces pupils’ curiosity, and that the activities are linked to the curriculum. Teachers most common motives for visiting were that it offers a unique experience from the classroom, that the visit is free and that the program considers pupils’ needs. The majority of the teachers conducted no or limited pre- and post-visit activities, although the science center offers lesson plans linked to the visit. Main obstacles to visits included public transport costs for suburban and rural area schools. Our results suggest that the design of a visit should also consider and support the practical constraints for teachers and schools.

(RQ4) Which tool has a higher number of false positives found during testing, Selenium or TestComplete? To answer these questions, a controlled experiment was conducted, showing that both tools have similar implementation times. However, Selenium has a faster execution time than TestComplete and a significantly lower occurrence of false positives. These results suggest that Selenium provides a more reliable and user-friendly testing process. In terms of defects found, the data gathering was insufficient and future research is required. Furthermore, we found that there is a limitation to what elements and applications can be tested. In this regard, Selenium showed a more significant limitation than TestComplete for testing an online game application.

Sveriges arbetsmarknad är mycket horisontellt könssegregerad vilket innebär att kvinnor och män arbetar i olika sektorer, yrken och branscher. Endast fyra av de 30 största yrkesgrupperna var könsintegrerade år 2018 och en av dessa var gymnasielärare. Inom samma bransch och sektor finns dock en annan lärarkategori, grundskollärare, som är könssegregerad. För att attrahera sökanden till lediga tjänster används ofta platsannonser och tidigare forskning har visat att ordval har en stor betydelse för vem och vilket kön som attraheras av platsannonsen. Syftet med denna studie är därför att undersöka förekomsten och fördelningen av könskodade ord i platsannonser för grundskollärare och gymnasielärare för att se om det finns ett samband mellan andelen könskodade platsannonser och könsfördelningen i yrket. I studiens teoretiska referensram redogörs det bland annat för begreppet genus, kön, den svenska arbetsmarknaden och kompetensförsörjning. Det redogörs även för språkets påverkan och tidigare forskning om könskodade ord. Vi har använt oss av en kvantitativ ansats, kvantitativ innehållsanalys, med kvalitativa inslag där datamaterialet inhämtats från offentligt publicerade platsannonser på Arbetsförmedlingens platsbank. 90 platsannonser som avser lediga lärartjänster inom den svenska grund- och gymnasieskolan analyserades med hjälp av en tidigare framforskad ordlista över könskodade ord och kategoriserades sedan som kvinnligt, manligt eller neutralt könskodade. Resultatet visar att platsannonser för grundskollärare innehåller betydligt fler könskodade ord, framförallt kvinnligt könskodade ord, än platsannonser för gymnasielärare. Något som innebär att den könssegregerade yrkeskategorin innehåller fler könskodade ord än den könsintegrerade. Vidare kan vi fastställa att fördelningen av antalet könskodade ord i platsannonserna överensstämmer med könsfördelningen i yrkeskategorierna. Så även förd

Our studies on lignicolous aquatic fungi in Thailand, Sweden, and the UK resulted in the collection of three new Halobyssothecium species (H. bambusicola, H. phragmitis, H. versicolor) assigned to Lentitheciaceae (Pleosporales, Dothideomycetes). Multi-loci phylogenetic analyses of the combined large subunit, small subunit, internal transcribed spacers of ribosomal DNA, and the translation elongation factor 1-alpha sequence data enabled a revision of the taxa assigned to Lentithecium and the transfer of L. cangshanense, L. carbonneanum, L. kunmingense, L. unicellulare, and L. voraginesporum to Halobyssothecium. Collection of an asexual morph of L. lineare and phylogenetic analysis confirmed its taxonomic placement in Keissleriella.
