The actuality of the antivirals design and synthesis capable to the reproduction inhibition of emerging and mutated viruses is now especially evident against the background of the SARSCoV-2 outbreak in the world. New 6- and 7-aminomethyl-11H-indeno[2,3-b]quinoxalin-11-ones (AMIQ) were synthesized to obtain new DNA intercalators with the expected antiviral activity caused of their ability to intercalate DNA. The synthesis was performed by condensation of ninhydrin with 2,3- and 3,4-diaminotoluenes, followed by N-bromosuccinimide bromination and amino-debromination by the action of an excess of secondary amines on the corresponding bromomethyl derivatives. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by mass spectrometry and IR-spectroscopy. The molecular ion peaks present at the mass spectra of all compounds, m/z values of fragmentation ions correspond to the trivial fragmentation rote; absorption bands in the IR spectra correspond to the presented functional groups. All synthesized AMIQ demonstrate the ability to compete with ethidium bromide for DNA binding sites, which is typical for DNA intercalators. The AMIQ affinity to DNA was investigated by this method and appeared as close to that of amixine (lgKa =5.7 – 6.8). The amino groups’ structure and the position of the substituent do not significantly affect the affinity at P < 0.05. AMIQ toxicity was evaluated in a 24-hour toxicity test against A. parthenogenetica, in which these compounds were less toxic than amixine in most cases with –lgLC50 values less than 4. Obtained results testify to perspectivity of the further AMIQ and their analogs investiagations as potential broad spectra antiviral agents., Синтезовані нові похідні інденохіноксаліну – 6-амінометил-11H-індено[1,2-b]хіноксалін-11-они та 7-амінометил-11H-індено[1,2-b]хіноксалін-11-они, показано, що вони є інтеркаляторами ДНК з афінітетом на рівні противірусного агенту та індуктору інтерферону аміксину та в цілому менш токсичні за нього, що зумовлює доцільність їх подальшого дослідження як потенційних противірусних агентів.

It was found that the optimum for the subsequentionometric determination of fluorine is an approach based on the decomposition ofapatites with using ferric(III) chloride solution with subsequent binding Fe(III) incomplex with EDTA., Встановлено, що у синтетичних фтороапатитах (Са(Sr)10(PO4)6F2 ), які не роз­чиняються сумішшю хлороводневої кислоти та цитрату натрію, можливе іонометричне визначення фтору після розчинення реагентами які утворюють комп­лекси як з катіонами металів, так і з F-іонами. Знайдено, що оптимальним для послідуючого іонометричного визначення фтору, є підхід, що заснований на розкладі апатитів розчином хлоріду заліза (III) з наступним зв'язуванням Fe(III) в комплекс з ЕДТА.

The article presents the work on identifying optimal conditions for complex formation between salicylfluorone, phenylfluorone or 5-bromosalicylfluorone, and ions of tungsten (VI). It studies spectrophotometric characteristics of extracted complexes, identifies their composition, calculates solvation numbers, defines method sensitivity and applicability limits of Beer’s law, identifies interfering ions. The results demonstrate the usability of such systems in detecting microgram quantities of tungsten using phenylfluorone complex., Представлено результати по визначенню оптимальних умов комплексоутворення саліцилфлуорону, фенілфлуорону та 5-бромсаліцилфлуорону з іонами вольфраму (VІ). Вивчені спектрофотометричні характеристи­ки комплексів, які утворюються під час екстракції, встановлено склад комплексів, розраховані сольватні числа, визначено чутливість методики та межі підкорення закону Бера, виявлено вплив деяких іонів, що зава­жають. Встановлена можливість використання цих систем для визначення мікрограмових кількостей вольфраму на основі його комплексу з фенілфлуороном.

Spectral-luminescent characteristics of Eu(III) complexes with modifieddiethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid and silica xerogel based on it are studied. It wasestablished that the inorganic matrix leads to elimination of nonradiative energy losses and increase in Eu(III) fluorescent signal., Изучены спектрально-люминесцентные характеристики комплекса Eu(III) c модифицированной диэтилентриаминпентауксусной кислотой и силикатного ксерогеля на его основе. Установлено, что неорганическая матрица способствует устранению безызлучательных потерь энергии и увеличению люминесцентного сигнала Eu(III)., Вивчені спектрально-люмінесцентні характеристики комплексу Eu(III) з модифікованою диетилентриамінпентаоцтовою кислотою та силікатного ксерогеля на його основі. Встановлено, що неорганічна матриця сприяє усуненню безвипромінювальних втрат енергії та збільшенню люмінесцентного сигналу Eu(III).

A comparative IR spectral study of samples of three bentonites from Dashukovskoye, Gorbskoye, and Kirovogradskoye deposits was carried out. Показаны возможности ИК‑спектроскопии не только для идентификации структуры основной фазы бентонитов – монтмориллонита, но и определения примесных минералов., Проведено порівняльне ІЧ-спектральне дослідження трьох зразків бентонітів Дашуковського, Горбського та Кіровоградського родовищ. Показані можливостіІЧ‑спектроскопії не тільки для ідентифікації структури основної фази бентонітів – монтмориллоніту, але й для визначення домішкових мінералів.
