We studied the decays of Heavy baryon into a pseudoscalar meson and a dark baryon in the recently developed $B$-Mesogenesis scenario, where the two types of effective Lagrangians proposed by the scenario are both considered. The decay amplitudes of $\Lambda_b^0$ are calculated by light-cone sum rules using its light-cone distribution amplitudes. The decay amplitudes of $\Xi_b^{0,\pm}$ are related with those of $\Lambda_b^0$ through a flavor SU(3) analysis. The uncertainties of threshold parameter and the Borel parameter are both considered in the numerical calculation. The values of effective coupling constants in the $B$-Mesogenesis are taken as their upper limits that obtained from our previous study on the inclusive decay. Data is growing rapidly in volume and complexity. Proficiency in database query languages is pivotal for crafting effective queries. As coding assistants become more prevalent, there is significant opportunity to enhance database query languages. The Kusto Query Language (KQL) is a widely used query language for large semi-structured data such as logs, telemetries, and time-series for big data analytics platforms. This paper introduces NL2KQL an innovative framework that uses large language models (LLMs) to convert natural language queries (NLQs) to KQL queries. The proposed NL2KQL framework includes several key components: Schema Refiner which narrows down the schema to its most pertinent elements; the Few-shot Selector which dynamically selects relevant examples from a few-shot dataset; and the Query Refiner which repairs syntactic and semantic errors in KQL queries. Additionally, this study outlines a method for generating large datasets of synthetic NLQ-KQL pairs which are valid within a specific database contexts. To validate NL2KQL's performance, we utilize an array of online (based on query execution) and offline (based on query parsing) metrics. Through ablation studies, the significance of each framework component is examined, and the datasets used for benchmarking are made publicly available. This work is the first of its kind and is compared with available baselines to demonstrate its effectiveness.

We study the masses and production modes of pentaquark with the quark constituent $c\bar qqqq$, by the tridiquark-diquark model and systematical light flavor quark symmetry SU(3) analysis. The mass splittings show that the S-wave singly charm pentaquark $c\bar udds$, $c\bar dusu$, $c\bar sudu$, and $c\bar sudd$ are below their strong decay thresholds, while $c\bar u ds s, c \bar d uss$ with parity $\frac{1}{2}^-$ are near their strong decay thresholds, which imply the possibility of stable states. Furthermore, we discuss the production of the concerned 15 states from $B$ meson, the analysis within SU(3) symmetry yields the golden channels of production process, $\overline B^0_s\!\!\to F_{-1/2}^+ \overline p,\ B^-\!\!\to F_{-3/2}^- \overline \Lambda^0$, which expected to be work worthily in b-factory., Comment: 19 pages, 2 figures

We calculate the W-exchange contribution to the $\Xi_{cc}^{++}\to\Xi_{c}^{+(\prime)}\pi^{+}$ decay using light-cone sum rules. In the paper, we study the production of pentaquark $\bar{c}q qqq$ from singly bottom baryon. The tensor representations of pentaquark $\bar{c}q qqq$ are completed at first. Under the light quark symmetry analysis, we decompose the singly charmed pentaquarks into $6$, $15$ and $15'$ multiple states, and deduce the representations of these states. Then we construct the production Hamiltonian of the multiple states in proper order. For completeness, we systematically study the production channels of pentaquark states, including the possible production amplitudes and cross section relations between different channels. Ultimately, we screen out some advantageous channels, which expected to be fairly valuable supports for future search experiments., Comment: 18 pages,2 figures

The b-factories, such as BelleII, BarBar and LHCb, highlight the increasingly important role of the study of exotic hadrons. In the paper, we argue the possible productions of singly anti-charmed pentaquark states $\bar{c}q qqq$ from $B$ mesons in b-factory under the SU(3) symmetry analysis. The concerned pentaquark known as lowest lying state $S_{6}$, may be a bound or an unbound state, leading to the discussions separately of both of the hypotheses. We find the golden channels for two body production of $S_{6}$, such as $B^0 \to S_{1/2}^{0} \overline \Sigma^0$. Futhermore, we estimate the sizable number of production events of the states in the b-factory, on the basis of reconstruction efficiency and experimental luminosity. In short, several channels that can be adopted in the experiments are served, which may remove some obstacles for the pursuing new pentaquark states in the experiments., Comment: 20 pages; 1 figures; 10 tables

After the experimental observation of charged and neutral $Z_c(3900)$, it is of prime importance to pursue searches for additional production modes of these exotic states. In this work, we investigate the possibility to study the $Z_c(3900)$ through weak decays of b-baryons at the LHCb. Decay amplitudes for various processes have been parametrized in terms of the SU(3) irreducible nonperturbative amplitudes. A number of relations for the partial decay widths are deduced from these results. The decay widths of $\Lambda_b^0\to \Lambda^0 Z_c^0(3900)$, $\Xi_b^- \to \Sigma^- Z_{c}^0(3900)$ and $\Xi_b^0 \to \Lambda^0 Z_{c}^0(3900)$ have also been calculated from which some relevant partial decay widths of b-baryons could be estimated. We study the masses and lifetimes of doubly charmed pentaquark $P_{cc\bar qqq}(q=u,d,s)$ primarily. The operation of masses carried out by the doubly heavy triquark-diquark model, whose results suggests the existence of stable states $cc\bar s ud$ with the parity $J^P=\frac{1}{2}^-$. The roughly calculation about lifetimes show the short magnitudes, $(4.65^{+0.71}_{-0.55})\times 10^{-13}s $ for the parity $J^P=\frac{1}{2}^-$ and $(0.93^{+0.14}_{-0.11})\times 10^{-12} s $ for $J^P=\frac{3}{2}^-$. Since the pentaquark $cc\bar s ud$ is interpreted as the stable bound states against strong decays, then we will focus on the production and possible decay channels of the pentaquark in the next step, the study would be fairly valuable supports for future experiments. For completeness, we systematically studied the production from $\Omega_{ccc}$ and the decay modes in the framework SU(3) flavor symmetry, including the processes of semi-leptonic and two body non-leptonic decays. The LHCb Collaboration announced the observation of doubly charmed baryon through $\Xi_{c c}^{++} \rightarrow \Lambda_{c}^{+} K^{-} \pi^{+} \pi^{+}$ in 2017. Since then, a series of studies of doubly heavy baryons have been presented. $\Xi_{cc}^{++}$ was discovered through nonleptonic four-body decay mode, and experimental data has indicated that the decay modes of $\Xi_{c c}^{++}$ are not saturated by two and three-body intermediate states. In this work, we analyze the four-body weak decays of doubly heavy baryons $\Xi_{cc}^{++}, \Xi_{cc}^+$, and $\Omega_{cc}^+$. Decay amplitudes for various channels are parametrized in terms of SU(3) irreducible amplitudes. We point out that branching fractions for Cabibbo-allowed processes $\Xi_{cc}^{+}\to\Lambda_c^+\pi^+ \pi^0 K^-$, $\Omega_{cc}^{+}\to\Lambda_c^+\pi^+ \overline K^0 K^-$ would be helpful to search for $\Xi_{cc}^+$ and $\Omega_{cc}^+$ in future measurements at experimental facilities like LHC, Belle II, and CEPC., Comment: 15 pages, 3 figures and 3 tables

We study lifetimes and weak decays of the triply heavy tetraquarks ${b\bar c}{b\bar q}$. Following the heavy quark expanding(HQE), the lifetimes of tetraquarks ${b\bar c}{b\bar q}$ can be expressed as the summation of different dimension operators. Particularly, we obtain the lifetimes of ${b\bar c}{b\bar q}$ at the next-to-leading order(NLO) given as $\tau(T^{\{bb\}}_{\{\bar c\bar q\}})=0.70\times 10^{-12}s$. Besides, we construct the weak decays Hamiltonian of ${b\bar c}{b\bar q}$ in hadronic level under the SU(3) flavor symmetry. The discussion of the Hamiltonian can deduce the decay amplitudes and width relations of the tetraquarks. Following the choosing rules, we collect some golden channels for the mesonic decays of tetraquarks, which will be helpful to search for triply heavy tetraquarks ${b\bar c}{b\bar q}$ in future experiments., Comment: 11 pages, 3 figures

We analyze the weak decay of doubly-heavy baryon decays into anti-triplets $\Lambda_Q$ with light-cone sum rules. To calculate the decay form factors, both bottom and charmed anti-triplets $\Lambda_b$ and $\Lambda_c$ are described by the same set of leading twist light-cone distribution functions. With the obtained form factors, we perform a phenomenology study on the corresponding semi-leptonic decays. The exotic state $X(5568)$ which was observed by D0 Collaboration is very likely to be a tetraquark state with four different valence quark flavors, though the existence was not confirmed by other collaborations. The possibility of such state still generate lots of interests in theory. In the paper, we will study the properties of the state under the SU(3) flavor symmetry. This four quark state with a heavy bottom quark and three light quarks(anti-quark) can form a $6$ or $\overline {15}$ representation. The weak decays can be dominant and should be discussed carefully while such state is stable against the strong interaction. Therefor we will study the multi-body semileptonic and nonleptonic weak decays systematically. With the help of SU(3) flavor symmetry, we can give the Hamiltonian in the hadronic level, then obtain the parameterized irreducible amplitudes and the relations of different channels. At the end of the article, we collect some Cabibbo allowed two-body and three-body weak decay channels which can be used to reconstruct $X_{b6}$ states at the branching fraction up to be $10^{-5}$., Comment: 53 pages, 2 figures

The $\bar B_s^0\to (D^0,\bar D^0) \pi^+\pi^-$ is induced by the $b\to c \bar us$/$b \to u\bar cs$ transition, and can interfere if a CP-eigenstate $D_{\rm CP}$ is formed. The interference contribution is sensitive to the CKM angle $\gamma$. In this work, we study S-wave $\pi^+\pi^-$ contributions to the process in the perturbative QCD factorization. Under the factorization framework, we adopt two-meson light-cone distribution amplitudes, whose normalization is parametrized by the S-wave time-like two-pion form factor with the resonance contributions from $f_0(500)$, $f_0(980),f_0(1500),f_0(1790)$. We find the branching ratios of $\bar B_s^0\to (D^0,\bar D^0) (\pi^+\pi^-)_S$ can reach the order of $10^{-6}$, and significant interferences exist in $\bar B_s^0\to D_{CP} (\pi^+\pi^-)_S$. The future measurement can not only provide useful constraints on the CKM angle $\gamma$ but is also helpful to explore the multi-body decay mechanism of heavy mesons., Comment: 12 pages,3 figures

We study the lifetime and weak decays of the full-heavy S-wave $0^+$ tetraquark $T^{\{bb\}}_{\{\bar c\bar c\}}$. Using the operator product expansion rooted in heavy quark expansion, we find a rather short lifetime, at the order $(0.1-0.3)\times 10^{-12}s$ depending on the inputs. With the flavor SU(3) symmetry, we then construct the effective Hamiltonian at the hadron level, and derive relations between decay widths of different channels. According to the electro-weak effective operators, we classify different decay modes, and make a collection of the golden channels, such as $T_{\{\bar c \bar c\}}^{\{bb\}}\to B^- K^0 B_c^-$ for the charm quark decay and $T_{\{\bar c \bar c\}}^{\{bb\}}\to B^-D^-$ for the bottom quark decay. Our results for the lifetime and golden channels are helpful to search for the fully-heavy tetraquark in future experiments., Comment: 15 pages, 5 figures

We study the weak decays of exotic tetraquark states ${b\bar c}{q\bar q}$ with two heavy quarks. Under the SU(3) symmetry for light quarks, these tetraquarks can be classified into an octet plus a singlet: $3\bigotimes\bar 3=1\bigoplus8$. We will concentrate on the octet tetraquarks with $J^{P}=0^{+}$, and study their weak decays, both semileptonic and nonleptonic. Hadron-level effective Hamiltonian is constructed according to the irreducible representations of the SU(3) group. Expanding the Hamiltonian, we obtain the decay amplitudes parameterized in terms of a few irreducible quantities. Based on these amplitudes, relations for decay widths are derived, which can be tested in future. In the light of the recent discovery of the $\Xi^{++}_{cc}$ by LHCb collaboration, we study the stable doubly heavy tetraquarks. These states are compact exotic hadrons which can be approximated as the diquark-anti-diquark correlations. In the flavor SU(3) symmetry, they form an SU(3) triplet or anti-sextet. The spectra of the stable doubly heavy tetraquark states are predicted by Sakharov-Zeldovich formula. We find that the $T^+_{cc\bar{u}\bar{d}}({\bf 3})$ is about 16MeV below the $DD^*$ threshold, while $T^{-}_{bb\bar{u}\bar{d}}({\bf 3})$ is about 73MeV below the $BB^*$ threshold. We then study the semileptonic and nonleptonic weak decays of the stable doubly heavy tetraquark states. The decay amplitudes are parametrized in terms of SU(3)-irreducible amplitudes. Ratios between decay widths of different channels are also derived. At the end, we collect the Cabibbo allowed two-body and three-body decay channels, which are most promising to search for the stable doubly heavy tetraquark states at LHCb and Belle II experiments., Comment: 41 pages, 9 figures. We study the $e^+e^-\to VP$ and $e^+e^-\to TP$ processes in the perturbative QCD approach based on $k_T$ factorization, where the $P,V$ and $T$ denotes a light pseudo-scalar, vector and tensor meson, respectively. We point out in the case of $e^+e^-\to TP$ transition due to charge conjugation invariance, only three channels are allowed: $e^+e^-\to a_2^{\pm} \pi^\mp$, $e^+e^-\to K_2^{*\pm} K^\mp$ and the V-spin suppressed $e^+e^-\to K_2^{*0} \bar K^0+\overline K_2^{*0} K^0 $. Cross sections of $e^+e^-\to VP$ and $e^+e^-\to TP$ at $\sqrt{s}=3.67$ GeV and $\sqrt{s}=10.58$ GeV are calculated and the invariant mass dependence is found to favor the $1/s^4$ power law. Most of our theoretical results are consistent with the available experimental data and other predictions can be tested at the ongoing BESIII and forthcoming Belle-II experiments., Comment: 19 pages,1 figure

The newly-discovered $\Xi_{cc}^{++}$ decays into the $ \Lambda_{c}^+ K^-\pi^+\pi^+$, but the experimental data has indicated that this decay is not saturated by any two-body intermediate state. In this work, we analyze the multi-body weak decays of doubly heavy baryons $\Xi_{cc}$, $\Omega_{cc}$, $\Xi_{bc}$, $\Omega_{bc}$, $\Xi_{bb}$ and $\Omega_{bb}$, in particular the three-body nonleptonic decays and four-body semileptonic decays. We classify various decay modes according to the quark-level transitions and present an estimate of the typical branching fractions for a few golden decay channels. Decay amplitudes are then parametrized in terms of a few SU(3) irreducible amplitudes. A unified charge-based model for fully depleted silicon-on-insulator (SOI) metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) is presented. The proposed model is accurate and applicable from intrinsic to heavily doped channels with various structure parameters. The framework starts from the one-dimensional Poisson-Boltzmann equation, and based on the full depletion approximation, an accurate inversion charge density equation is obtained. With the inversion charge density solution, the unified drain current expression is derived, and a unified terminal charge and intrinsic capacitance model is also derived in the quasi-static case. The validity and accuracy of the presented analytic model is proved by numerical simulations.

The proposed model is accurate and applicable from intrinsic to heavily doped channels with various structure parameters. The framework starts from the one-dimensional Poisson-Boltzmann equation, and based on the full depletion approximation, an accurate inversion charge density equation is obtained. With the inversion charge density solution, the unified drain current expression is derived, and a unified terminal charge and intrinsic capacitance model is also derived in the quasi-static case. The validity and accuracy of the presented analytic model is proved by numerical simulations.

Time efficiency is one of the most important requirements for device modeling. In this paper, an improvement to the computational efficiency of the drain current model for double-gate MOSFETs is extended, and different calculation methods are compared and discussed. The results show that the calculation speed of the improved model is substantially enhanced. A two-dimensional device simulation is performed to verify the improved model. Furthermore, the model is implemented into the HSPICE circuit simulator in Verilog-A for practical application.

The assessment of breast cancer risk is important in determination of personalized breast cancer prevention strategy and evaluation of the effectiveness of intervention drugs. In this thesis, two MR imaging biomarkers, parenchyma volume and parenchyma enhancement were proposed, quantified and tested their abilities to assess the breast cancer risk. This thesis is a sub-study of a pre-existing two-armed, double-blinded clinical trial in which patients were randomized into one treatment group receiving tamoxifen daily for one year and placebo group receiving no treatment and received repeated MRI scans every 6 months for 2 years. The quantification of these biomarkers involves developing a quantitative analyzing pipeline. The test of the association between the biomarker and breast cancer risk changes was performed by comparing the mean response of the biomarker over time between groups. The results showed that the parenchyma enhancement rate in the treatment group decreases significantly compared with placebo group; the parenchyma volume in treatment group decreases more quickly than that in placebo group but was not statistically significant at p-value level of 0.05. The conclusion of this thesis is these MR imaging biomarkers are correlated with breast cancer risk changes and have the potential to be surrogate endpoints for breast cancer preventive trials.

The effects of schisandrin B (Sch B) on liver and serum lipid contents were investigated in mice with experimentally-induced hypercholesterolaemia. Hypercholesterolaemia was induced either by oral administration of a cholesterol/bile salts mixture (2/0.59kg(-1)) for four days or by feeding a high fat/cholesterol/bile salts (10/1/0.3\%, w/w) diet for seven days. Daily co-administration of Sch B (50-200 mg kg(-1), i.g.) for four or six days, respectively, decreased hepatic total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) levels (by up to 50\% and 52\%, respectively) in hypercholesterolaemic mice. Sch B treatment also increased hepatic indices (14-84\%) in hypercholesterolaemic mice. The results indicated that Sch B treatment could decrease hepatic TC and TG levels, and increase liver weight, in mouse models of hypercholesterolaemia. Fenofibrate treatment (100 mg kg(-1)) produced effects similar to those of Sch B on the hepatic index and lipid levels of hypercholesterolaemic mice.
