Antimicrobial susceptibility testing determined the resistance of 27A strain to 14 antibiotics. Then, WGS analysis and comparative genomics analysis were performed on 27A, and the functional annotation of resistance genes, virulence genes were performed based on VFDB, ARDB, COG, CARD, GO, KEGG, and CAZY databases. Meanwhile, based on iTRAQ technology, quantitative proteomic analysis was conducted on 27A to analyze the functions and interactions of differentially expressed proteins related to bacterial resistance and pathogenicity.Results: Strain 27A belonged to ST11 S. Enteritidis and was resistant to levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, ampicillin, piperacillin, and ampicillin/sulbactam. Metal hydrogen storage materials have been the focus of intensive research in the field of hydrogen-based economy. An outstanding question is that the number of hydrogen atoms accommodated in metal hydrides is generally much below the number of interstices, which limits their hydrogen storage capacities. Unlike traditional FCC metal hydrides where hydrogen can only occupy tetrahedral interstices, this study demonstrates that hydrogen can also occupy octahedral interstices in FCC high entropy alloy (HEA) hydrides, which leads to the violation of the Switendick criterion. For Ti25V25Nb25Ta25 and Ti25V25Nb25Zr25 HEAs, nearly 20% and 17.5% of octahedral interstices can be occupied by hydrogen, respectively. The anomalous hydrogen occupation mainly originates from the intrinsic electron delocalization between hydrogen atoms in HEA hydrides, which presents a sharp contrast to traditional metal hydrides. Such electron delocalization decreases repulsive interactions between hydrogens and promotes the electron localization at octahedral interstices. Additionally, this study reveals that hydrogen occupation at octahedral interstices enhances the structural disordering and decreases the thermal stability of HEA hydrides, which will be beneficial to reduce the dehydrogenation temperature. However, to our knowledge, reactive Langerhans cell (LC) proliferation mimicking Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) associated with SS has not been reported. In this report, we describe an unusual case of reactive LC proliferation mimicking LCH associated with SS in a 57-year-old female patient. With complaints of recurrent skin symptoms and enlarged lymph nodes (LNs), she was admitted to our center with a presumptive diagnosis of LCH as demonstrated by LN biopsy pathology. However, other than adenopathy, no lesions were noted in any organ system commonly involved in LCH. Typical Sézary cells were identified through morphology and further confirmed by flow cytometric immunophenotyping in peripheral blood (PB) and bone marrow (BM). In addition, T-cell receptor gene rearrangement was positive, whereas the BRAF V600E gene mutation was negative in skin, LN, PB and BM. The patient was ultimately diagnosed with SS with reactive LC proliferation. This case should remind clinicians to be wary of diagnosing LCH if LCH-like pathology occurs exclusively in LNs.

Identification of the factors associated with medication nonadherence is important. However, few related studies have been carried out in Tibet. This study aimed to explore factors influencing medication nonadherence to pulmonary TB (PTB) treatment in Tibet, China, from the patient perspective.Patients and Methods: In this qualitative study, seventeen PTB patients in Tibet were recruited by purposive and maximum variation sampling methods. In-depth semistructured interviews were conducted to collect data on factors influencing medication nonadherence, and Colaizzi’s seven-step method was used to analyze the data.Results: The medication nonadherence of PTB patients in Tibet was influenced by one or a combination of the following four factors. First, patient-related factors included a lack of knowledge of PTB treatment, poor self-management capability, poor self-regulation capability and misperception of health condition. Second, a medication-related factor was medication side effects. Third, health service-related factors included the poor treatment skills of doctors in primary hospitals and a lack of directly observed treatment (DOT). Most deep image smoothing operators are always trained repetitively when different explicit structure-texture pairs are employed as label images for each algorithm configured with different parameters. This kind of training strategy often takes a long time and spends equipment resources in a costly manner. To address this challenging issue, we generalize continuous network interpolation as a more powerful model generation tool, and then propose a simple yet effective model generation strategy to form a sequence of models that only requires a set of specific-effect label images. To precisely learn image smoothing operators, we present a double-state aggregation (DSA) module, which can be easily inserted into most of current network architecture. Based on this module, we design a double-state aggregation neural network structure with a local feature aggregation block and a nonlocal feature aggregation block to obtain operators with large expression capacity. Through the evaluation of many objective and visual experimental results, we show that the proposed method is capable of producing a series of continuous models and achieves better performance than that of several state-of-the-art methods for image smoothing., Comment: 13 pages, 9 figures

Moreover, genomic alterations in PC-DLBCL have not been studied previously. We describe a case of a 57-year-old man who presented with exertional dyspnoea due to a heart mass in April 2018 and was diagnosed with PC-DLBCL characterized by immunohistochemical markers of the activated B cell (ABC) subtype and double expression of c-MYC and Bcl-2. Mutations in a total of 11 genes—TBL1XR1, CD79B, IGLL5, ZMYM3, MYD88, TMSB4X, PIM1, BTK, NRXN3, CUX1, and CSMD1—were detected via next-generation sequencing (NGS), while 19 copy number variations (CNVs) such as 1q+, 3p+, 3q+(*2), 5p+, 6p−, 6q−, 7q+, +11, 12q−, 15q−, 17q+, 17p−, +18, 19q+, 19p−, 19q−, X q+, and −Y and 4 copy-neutral loss of heterozygosity (CN-LOH) lesions located at 1q21.1q44, 3p26.3q11.2, 3q13.11q29 and 6p22.2p21.32 were identified by single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) array karyotyping.
