Rojava has recently received significant global attention thanks to the victories achieved there by the revolutionary Kurdish militia controlling the region and its Women's Protection Units against ISIS. An international community that has long been silent about Kurdish oppression was suddenly fascinated by the Rojava revolution and its potential for women's liberation. But this current interest elides vital political and conceptual contributions of activists in Rojava and elsewhere in Kurdistan, and reinscribes the orientalist and imperial scripts invoked in the representation of the emancipatory politics of the region's peoples. Pushing against these frameworks, this paper examines the new method of Kurdish decolonization, "democratic confederalism," as a distinct and perhaps novel contribution to the global repertoire of anticolonial thought and practice, especially with its re-envisioning of the revolutionary role violence and nonviolence can play in liberation. Tracing the intellectual and political process that turned decoloniz-ing Kurds from the pursuit of a territorial nation-state towards the revolutionary and feminist transformation of colonized sites and lives, it distinguishes this decolonial politics and its central means of community self-defense from both its reactionary opposites and revolutionary siblings. Community detection is one of the most important and interesting issues in social network analysis. Most of the current community detection algorithms tend to find communities in social networks with just considering the topological structures of the networks. In recent years, simultaneously considering of nodes' attributes and topological structures of social networks in the process of community detection has attracted the attentions of many scholars, and this consideration has been recently used in some community detection methods to increase their efficiencies and to enhance their performances in finding meaningful and relevant communities. But the problem is that most of these methods tend to find non-overlapping communities, while many real-world networks include communities that often overlap to some extent. In order to solve this problem, an evolutionary algorithm called MOBBO-OCD, which is based on multi-objective biogeography-based optimization (BBO), is proposed in this paper to automatically find overlapping communities in a social network with node attributes with synchronously considering the density of connections and the similarity of nodes' attributes in the network. In MOBBO-OCD, an extended locus-based adjacency representation called OLAR is introduced to encode and decode overlapping communities. Based on OLAR, a rank-based migration operator along with a novel two-phase mutation strategy and a new double-point crossover are used in the evolution process of MOBBO-OCD to effectively lead the population into the evolution path. In order to assess the performance of MOBBO-OCD, a new metric called alpha_SAEM is proposed in this paper, which is able to evaluate the goodness of both overlapping and non-overlapping partitions with considering the two aspects of node attributes and linkage structure. Quantitative evaluations, based on three extensive experiments on 14 real-life data sets with diverse characteristics, reveal that MOBBO-OCD achieves favorable results which are quite superior to the results of 15 relevant community detection algorithms in the literature. Social networks have become an important aspect of our modern times and are gradually becoming an integral means of communication worldwide. Overwhelming amounts of data are being transferred over social networks every day. Hence ensuring security becomes a necessity. Suspicious users or spammers may pose a threat to the information and data shared by users over the network. With this in mind, outliers detection is a crucial aspect of network communication. In our paper, a new technique is proposed to identify the anomalies in a network from a global perspective by using the network community structure. In general, state-of-the-art outliers detection algorithms mainly focus on the individual nodes and their direct neighborhood. But our technique considers only those nodes which tend to belong to multiple communities or whose neighbors belong to the same community or do not belong to any community. Results after experiments on synthetic and real-world networks show an improvement of 7-10% and 29% in F-Score and Jaccard similarity, respectively, compared to the state-of-the-art algorithms. In this paper, we presented a comprehensive review of the recent progress and status in light-weight RHEAs. Based on an exhausting search of the literature reports, one strategy in terms of phase numbers after preparation was first proposed to classify the light-weight RHEAs into three categories. Then, the status on the fundamental thermodynamic and thermophysical data/databases, computational approaches for alloy designing, and preparation/fabrication techniques of light-weight RHEAs was introduced one after another. After that, the progress on mechanical properties and oxidation/corrosion/wear behaviors of light-weight RHEAs at room and high temperatures was summarized. With the vigorous development of big data, the task of large-scale community structure detection is more challenging. In this paper, a large-scale community detection method based on core node and layer-by-layer label propagation is proposed, which is further extended to the detection of overlapping community structures. First, the core nodes whose node degree is greater than the average degree in the graph are found to make effective use of the feature that the core node is the potential community center. This will also avoid the impact of nodes with low node degrees on community structure detection. Then, starting from the core node, label propagation is carried out layer-by-layer according to the node degree and node connection, which effectively improves the accuracy of community detection. The node labels after label propagation are calibrated according to the current attraction of the community to the nodes, which effectively improves the situation of misclassification in the early community detection. Finally, overlapping community detection is carried out based on the non-overlapping community structure. At this time, the overlapping community detection result is more accurate and interpretable. The community detection results on 3 synthetic networks and 12 real datasets show that the proposed algorithm has more advantages than four non-overlapping community detection methods and two overlapping community detection methods. In community question answering, many questions have no topic labeling or the topic labeling is very diverse, which has become the biggest obstacle to building the bridge between users and posts. Topic clustering methods could alleviate this issue. However, existing research employed words as topic representation units and could not express topic semantic relevance. In this paper, we propose a novel Topic Clustering framework based on the Graph Neural Network (called TCGNN) to alleviate topic diversity in Community Question Answering. Firstly, we separately consider the relationship representation of existing topics and unlabeled topics. For manually labeled topics, we count the frequency of topics in community questions and construct a topic co-occurrence matrix to represent the topic relation. For unmarked topics, we extract the core phrases from community questions and employ them to indicate the topics of questions. Then, we transform the topic co-occurrence matrix into a topic relation graph, optimizing the topic relevance and improving presentation efficiency. Next, we employ a graph neural network for embedding the topic connection graph and get the vector representation of each topic. Finally, an improved K-mean method is proposed for topic clustering based on the distance of topic vectors. Additionally, we briefly discuss the extended effect of topic clustering methods in other domains (bibliographic information and reviews). In the literature we have, it is a primary work that conders topic clustering in multiple situations and offers innovative cogitation to apply graph neural networks in topic clustering. Our experiment compared prevalent clustering methods and some combination methods of text representation and graph embedding. The outcome of experiments on four extensive and varied datasets (Stack Overflow, DBLP, Yelp, and Zhihu) illustrate that TCGNN leads the prevalent baseline in Entropy and Purity. The "Middle East Respiratory" (MERS-Cov) is among the world's dangerous diseases that still exist. Presently it is a threat to Arab countries, but it is a horrible prediction that it may propagate like COVID-19. In this article, a stochastic version of the epidemic model, MERS-Cov, is presented. Initially, a mathematical form is given to the dynamics of the disease while incorporating some unpredictable factors. The study of the underlying model shows the existence of positive global solution. Formulating appropriate Lyapunov functionals, the paper will also explore parametric conditions which will lead to the extinction of the disease from a community. Moreover, to reveal that the infection will persist, ergodic stationary distribution will be carried out. It will also be shown that a threshold quantity exists, which will determine some essential parameters for exploring other dynamical aspects of the main model. Online social networking platforms have drastically facilitated the phenomenon of information cascades, making cascade prediction an important task for both researchers and practitioners. In cascade propagation paths, influential users can often attract more attention. Moreover, the community structure formed by users with similar interests creates information redundancy, thereby restricting the propagation process. These two features greatly affect the growth of the cascades. This paper investigates the incremental prediction of cascades during a future time period based on the evolution of cascades in early stages and proposes a neural network framework with hierarchical attention mechanisms, named Hierarchical Attention Cascade Neural Network (CasHAN). This network has a node-level attention mechanism based on user influence and a sequence-level attention mechanism based on community redundancy. User influence considers the user's own attributes and the influence feedback provided by neighbors, while community redundancy measures information redundancy characteristics that limit cascade propagation. Through hierarchical attention mechanisms, the effective combination of these two features improves the accuracy of cascade increment prediction. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a mechanism that automatically finds hidden semantic communities from user social behavior and lays a foundation for community construction and intelligent recommendation of QA platforms. In this paper, we propose a H eterogeneous C ommunity D etection Approach B ased on G raph Neural Network, called HCDBG, to detect heterogeneous communities in CQA. Firstly, we define entity relationships based on user interaction behavior and employ a heterogeneous information network to uniformly represent all connections. Afterward, we exploit the heterogeneous graph neural network to fuse content and topological features of nodes for graph embedding. Finally, we convert the community detection issue in CQA into an entity clustering task in the heterogeneous information network and improve the k-means method to achieve heterogeneous community detection. Based on our knowledge of the existing literature, it is an innovative research direction that utilizes the heterogeneous graph neural network to facilitate QA community detection. This paper evaluates the perceptions and acceptance of the use of treated water for non-drinking purposes in Malaysia from the responses of 1,004 participants. The results show that age and level of education play an important role in the level of community acceptance. Females tend to be more selective than males in their acceptance to use reclaimed water.
