Abstract
The article focuses on the Presidential Active Lifestyle Award (PALA), which can be used by the North Dakota Public Health Association (NDPHA) as a resource to promote policy and system changes to deal with obesity. It says that the goal of PALA is to encourage fitness for a lifetime and is geared for people who want to put themselves on the fitness success. It adds that the Adventure Walk promoted by PALA is one of the changes in the system of community coalition Go! Bismarck Mandan.
