Logistics Park parking lot planning and design of logistics park planning and design of transportation systems is an important part. As a component of the urban transportation system, on the one hand, traffic in logistical parks shares the common features of urban transportation; on the other hand, it still possesses its own rules and characteristics. This paper makes a comparison between traffic in logistical parks and cities and gives an analysis of the logistical parks’ traffic characteristics by using traffic engineering theory, thus to make a clear distinction between traffic in logistical parks and cities， to have a study of the traffic characteristics in logistical parks, and on the basis of this to make an exploration of the characteristics the planning and designing of road network in logistical parks.
