With the development of new energy, the primary frequency control (PFC) is becoming more and more important and complicated. To improve the reliability of the PFC, an evaluation method of primary frequency control ability (PFCA) was proposed. First, based on the coupling model of the coordinated control system (CCS) and digital electro-hydraulic control system (DEH), principle and control mode of the PFC were introduced in detail. The simulation results showed that the PFC of the CCS and DEH was the most effective control mode. Then, the analysis of the CCS model and variable condition revealed the internal relationship among main steam pressure, valve opening and power. In term of this, the radial basis function (RBF) neural network was established to estimate the PFCA. Because the simulation curves fit well with the actual curves, the accuracy of the coupling model was verified. On this basis, simulation data was produced by coupling model to verify the proposed evaluation method. The low predication error of main steam pressure, power and the PFCA indicated that the method was effective. In addition, the actual data obtained from historical operation data were used to estimate the PFCA accurately, which was the strongest evidence for this method.

Gel polymer electrolytes (GPEs) in lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) are promising alternatives to liquid electrolytes due to their higher safety and energy density. However, GPE suffers from low ionic conductivity and poor interfacial compatibility. Here, we demonstrate a rigid-flexible GPE (CPE(PVAc)) of the PVDF-HFP/LAGP/PVAc/LiTFSI was prepared by a simple solution casting method. A fast route and efficient for the transport of lithium ions had been constructed by dripping a small amount of LEF (1 M LiTFSI/EC-DMC-FEC (1:1:0.2 v/v/v)) on both sides of the membrane. Moreover, a stable LiF-rich SEI layer was formed on the Li anode, effectively inhibited the growth of lithium dendrites. The CPE(PVAc) possesses high ionic conductivity (1.47 mS cm−1at 30 °C) and robust mechanical properties (230 % fracture length and 3.4 MPa fracture strength). The Li-symmetric cell with CPE(PVAc) can operate for >1500 h of stable operation at 0.1 mA cm−2and 25 °C. The assembled LiFePO4|CPE(PVAc)|Li coin cells presented excellent initial discharge specific capacity (135.4 mAh g−1at 2C and 25 °C, and 157.5 mAh g−1at 1C and 55 °C) and long-term cycling stability (97.6 % capacity retention after 500 cycles at 2C and 25 °C, and 80 % capacity retention after 400 cycles at 1C and 55 °C). The advantages of CPE(PVAc) electrolyte have shown great potential for application in high-performance lithium metal batteries.

In this study, by selecting the carrier injection and transport materials and optimizing the thickness of each functional layer in the device, we have solved the problem of unbalanced carrier injection in quantum dot light‐emitting diodes (QLED). The current efficiencies of red, green and blue spin‐coating QLED devices reach 30 cd/A, 70 cd/A, and 8 cd/A, respectively. By continuous optimization of the ink‐jet printing and film‐forming process, the suitable volume of printed ink drops and drying process conditions are obtained, and completed the fabrication of 55‐inch UHD AMQLED display.

This paper proposed a 55 inch 4K AMOLED TV by using Inkjet printing process. The backplane is based on bottom emission structure with Oxide TFTs, and color filter is integrated on array to achieve wide color gamut. The R/G/B pixels are designed with different aperture ratios to avoid white color shirt during the OLED device decay. The inkjet printing process is optimized by backplane pre‐treatment, nozzle stability maintaining and drying process tuning to implement mura‐free display. The prototype TV shows the good display quality with a high degree of uniformity and wide color gamut. It proves that the inkjet printing process is very promising to be used to manufacture the large‐size and low‐cost AMOLED displays.
