Identity-based proxy re-encryption (IB-PRE) can convert the ciphertext encrypted under Alice’s identity to Bob’s ciphertext of the same message by a semi-trusted proxy with the proper transformation key. The main purpose of our work is to enhance the security of IB-PRE. For outside attacks, all existing IB-PRE constructions from lattices have only achieved a limited or weak security model called IND-sID-CPA security. Therefore, by embedding re-encryption key generation and re-encryption algorithms appropriately in Agrawal et al.’s identity-based encryption scheme from lattices, we construct an IND-ID-CPA secure IB-PRE scheme over decisional learning with errors (LWE) under the standard model. For inside attacks, we propose a new primitive IB-VPRE by extending the basic IB-PRE scheme with a new functionality called re-encryption verifiability, meaning that a re-encrypted ciphertext receiver or a third party can verify whether the received ciphertext is correctly transformed from an original ciphertext or not, and thus can detect illegal activities of the proxy. We realize re-encryption verifiability using the homomorphic signature technique as a black box, making the resulting scheme non-interactive and quantum-immune after instanced by a lattice-based homomorphic signature scheme.

Solidification behaviors of Pt-containing 718Plus superalloyswere studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrum (EDS), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and simulation calculations. It is found that Pt increases solidification range and decreases solidus temperature of the alloy and precipitation temperature of Laves + γeutectic phase since Pt enlarges the region of γphase by increasing Nb solubility. In addition, Pt segregates to the interdendritic region and increases the segregation of Nb and Tiin the interdendriticregion due to the strong attractive interactions between Pt and Nb/Ti. As a result, Pt promotes the precipitation of the Laves + γeutectic phase and ηphase around eutectic phase. The increase of solidification range and segregation degrees of Nb and Al caused by Pt also promotes the precipitation and growth of γ’+ γ”phase around eutectic phase. These results provide experimental bases for understanding the mechanism of Pt in solidification behavior of superalloys.

•Different forms of congenital neutropenia exhibit disruptions in granulocyte development at distinct stages.•There is a strong correlation between the stage and severity of granulocyte development disruption and the efficacy of G-CSF therapy.

Polyketides are a large group of natural products with diverse chemical structures and biological activities. They are biosynthesized by modular polyketide synthases (PKSs) from coenzyme A (CoA) thioesters of short-chain carboxylic acids like malonyl-CoA (MCoA), methylmalonyl-CoA (MMCoA) and ethylmalonyl-CoA (EMCoA). Acyltransferase (AT) domains of modular PKSs are responsible for selecting CoA thioesters and therefore attractive targets for engineering to generate novel polyketides. Herein, molecular dynamics (MD) simulations combined with quantum mechanical/molecular-mechanical (QM/MM) calculations were conducted to dissect the substrate specificity of an AT domain from the 14th module of the salinomycin modular PKS (SalAT14), which displays a preference for its cognate substrate EMCoA over MCoA and MMCoA. Comparison of MD simulations unveiled that the hydrophobic interactions between the active site residues and the acyl groups exert a significant effect on enzyme–substrate recognition. The complex of SalAT14 and its cognate substrate EMCoA exhibited a greater tendency to stay in a conformation suitable for the reaction. QM/MM calculations demonstrated that the concerted nucleophilic attack on the thioester carbonyl group of the substrate is the rate-limiting step in the first half of transacylation. Our computational investigations revealed the structural basis of AT specificity and could potentially help the engineering of modular PKSs.

Here we report a method for the site-selective intermolecular C(sp3)–H amination of carboxamides by merging transition-metal catalysis and the hydrogen atom transfer strategy. The reaction proceeds through a sequence of favorable single-electron transfer, 1,5-hydrogen atom transfer, and C–N cross-coupling steps, thus allowing access to a series of desired products. This reaction could accommodate a wide diversity of nitrogen nucleophiles as well as demonstrate excellent chemoselectivity and functional group compatibility.

Due to the cost, power requirements and capacity, data are mainly stored off-chip rather than on-chip in embedded systems. The data exchanged between the processor and off-chip memory might be sensitive, security and efficiency of off-chip memory is a major concern in embedded systems. However, existing protection solutions often require significant overhead to achieve adequate protection. This paper proposes a security management method which can guarantee stronger data confidentiality and integrity with a reduced overhead in area, memory footprint, and performance cost. To reduce on-chip memory consumption and latency cost, protection scheduling and storage strategy are carefully studied, then our security management architecture is formed. Afterwards, confidentiality and integrity modules are designed respectively. Data confidentiality is protected through a Binary Additive Stream Cipher-AES-Time Stamp based on circuit and addresses scrambling network of Benes, and data integrity is safeguarded through an integrity checking module based on SHA3-TAH and MSet-XOR-Hash tree. Hardware implementation is designed and synthesized in a 0.18 µm process. The experiment area is about 1.1 mm2while frequency reaches 563 MHz. The attack complexity is more than 2224while additional storage consumption is limited in about 26.6%.

Salinomycin with antibacterial and anticoccidial activities is a commercial polyether polyketide widely used in animal husbandry as a food additive. Malonyl-CoA (MCoA), methylmalonyl-CoA (MMCoA), and ethylmalonyl-CoA (EMCoA) are used as extension units in its biosynthesis. To understand how the salinomycin modular polyketide synthase (PKS) strictly discriminates among these extension units, the acyltransferase (AT) domains selecting MCoA, MMCoA, and EMCoA were structurally characterized. Molecular dynamics simulations of the AT structures helped to reveal the key interactions involved in enzyme–substrate recognitions, which enabled the engineering of AT mutants with switched specificity. The catalytic efficiencies (kcat/Km) of these AT mutants are comparable with those of the wild-type AT domains. These results set the stage for engineering the AT substrate specificity of modular PKSs.

In this study, a mesh stiffness model of spur gear drives considering the tooth corrosion effect, which is based on Ishikawa model, is proposed. The fidelity of mesh stiffness based on the proposed model is checked by comparing the result with a benchmark result from the reference and the effect of the tooth corrosion on mesh stiffness is analyzed. The prediction indicates mesh stiffness is insensitive to the tooth corrosion, but this conclusion has a signification for assessing the stability of inherent properties of a spur gear drive when the tooth corrosion is produced.

To evaluate the predictive value of three-dimensional (3D)-power Doppler sonography on recurrent miscarriage.

Machine tool motorized spindle usually encounters mass imbalance in the operational process. In order to enhance the machining efficiency and precision, on-line active unbalance compensation technique is becoming the first choice of vibration suppression for machine tool spindle. This paper proposes a new motorized spindle integrated with one electromagnetic ring balancer. Firstly, the three-dimension structural design of the integrated spindle is described in detail. Then, the balancing principle of electromagnetic ring balancer is set forth. In order to disclose the structural characteristic and determine the reasonable square wave drive parameters, the finite element calculations are carried out to obtain the relationship between the torque and rotational angle of counterweight disk when coil is not electrified, and the movement curve when coil is applied different currents. Based on the steady-state and transient electromagnetic field simulations, a specific spindle prototype with one electromagnetic ring balancer is developed. For the prototype, vibration test rig is built to verify the balancer design correctness, fabrication quality and vibration reduction effectiveness. The experimental results show that the proposed balancer has a smooth movement process under square wave drive, a desired unbalance response and the spindle vibration can be effectively reduced in a semiautomatic balance way, which is very beneficial to the improvement of operational precision and service life of machine tool motorized spindle.

For small area estimation (SAE) Spatial Empirical Best Linear Unbiased Prediction, SEBLUP, is involved in linear mixed model with spatial correlation while Empirical Best Linear Unbiased Prediction, EBLUP, often with mutual independence. In this paper, we discussed maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) and compared the efficiency. Simulation shows that SEBLUP with spatial correlation data of spatial small area is more effective than EBLUP.

Damping property analysis of laminated composite structures have been done based on the complex stiffness method (CSM). In view of laminated plates with viscoelastic material cores, investigation is conducted using CSM and numerical methods of finite element method and spectral finite element method. Simulation results show that analytical solutions by CSM are in good agreement with the two kinds of numerical solutions. The proposed analytical method is well suited to calculate and optimize the damping property of laminated structures especially composites with constrained layer damping treatment.

Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) could differentiate into various cell types including adipocytes and myocytes, which had important scientific significance not only in the field of tissue regeneration, but also in the field of agricultural science. In an attempt to exhibit the characterization and differentiation into adipocytes and myocytes of porcine BMSCs, we isolated and purified porcine BMSCs by red blood cell lysis method and percoll gradient centrifugation. The purified cells presented a stretched fibroblast-like phenotype when adhered to the culture plate. The results of flow cytometry analysis and immunofluorescence staining demonstrated that the isolated cells were positive for mesenchymal surface markers CD29, CD44 and negative for hematopoietic markers CD45 and the adhesion molecules CD31. Cells were induced to differentiate into adipocytes with adipogenic medium containing insulin, dexamethasone, oleate and octanoate. Oil Red O staining demonstrated that the porcine BMSCs successfully differentiated to adipocytes. Moreover, the findings of real-time PCR and Western blotting indicated that the induced cells expressed adipogenic marker genes (PPAR-γ, C/EBP-α, perilipin, aP2) mRNA or proteins (PPAR-γ, perilipin, aP2). On the other hand, porcine BMSCs were induced into myoctyes with myogenic medium supplemented with 5-azacytidine, basic fibroblast growth factor, chick embryo extract and horse serum. Morphological observation by hochest 33342 staining showed that the induced cells presented as multi-nucleus muscular tube structure. And myogenic marker genes (Myf5, desmin) mRNA or proteins (Myf5, MyoD, myogenin, desmin) were found in the induced cells. In addition, the results of immunofluorescence staining revealed that myogenic marker (Myf5, MyoD, myogenin, desmin, S-MyHC) proteins was positive in the induced cells. Above all, these results suggested that the isolated porcine BMSCs were not only consistent with the characterization of mesenchymal stem cells, but also exhibited the multipotential capacity to form adipocytes and myocytes, which provided the basis to investigate the regulation mechanism involved in the selective differentiation of porcine BMSCs.

For the structure optimization design of grinder Cui Zhong etc. [1,2] studied problems such like to select sample points which are used to structure the approximate model, to apply optimal Latin hypercube principle in the experimental design, and to take advantage of radical basis function. To minimize error they optimized models by using mathematical programming also. In our paper here using the methods in [1, we construct a model using CAD for grinding components, on the basis of optimum structural design procedure we deal with grinding spindle with structural analysis, sampling point selection, and optimum design, such that we greatly improve the design of high-speed grinding spindle on the wheel frame of CNC8312A[.

The ANSYS harmonic response results are post-processed with the energy method to obtain the damping loss factor (DLF) of different types of free damping structures. Firstly, the DLF of free damping cylindrical shell in air is compared with DLF of free damping plate in air. Secondly, the DLF of free damping cylindrical shell with stiffened ribs in air is compared with that without stiffened ribs in air. Thirdly, the DLF of free damping cylindrical shell in water is compared with the DLF of free damping plate in water. Fourthly, the DLF of free damping cylindrical shell with stiffened ribs in water is compared with that without stiffened ribs in water. In the end, based on the above analysis, the backing design problem in air and water are discussed. Studies have shown that: DLF of free damping cylindrical shell is close to that of free damping plate in air; DLF of free damping cylindrical shell with stiffened ring ribs is close to that without stiffened ring ribs in air; When testing free damping cylindrical shells DLF in air, plate with the same thickness can be used as the backing; DLF of free damping plate is close to that of free damping cylindrical shell in water; DLF of free damping cylindrical shell with stiffened ring ribs is close to that without stiffened ring ribs in water; When testing free damping cylindrical shells DLF in water, plate with the same thickness can be used as the backing.

Using artificial light source to supplement light for submerged plants in water where the illumination is insufficient can promote the growth and improve the purification ability of submerged plants. The attenuation rule of underwater irradiation is the key to design and place the lamps. High-precision underwater spectrograph was adopted to study the underwater light spectrum and attenuation rule of underwater irradiation. The results showed that the attenuation rate of total irradiation (E) with depth (h) and turbidity (t) in algae water is the most remarkable; the relationships of E with h and t in different water were E1(t,h)=E0e-K(t)h=E0e-(0.1345t+0.1206)h(muddy water), E2(t,h)=E0e-K(t)h=E0e-(0.203t+0.4684)h(algae water) and E3(t,h)=E0e-K(t)h=E0e-(0.1708t+0.2279)h(mixed water). By these relationships, the position of artificial light could be calculated.

Unbalance is one of the main vibration sources of rotating machinery. Study on the response of unbalance is important for the machine tool spindle dynamic performance evaluation and balancing technology. How to simulate the unbalance automatic generation and how to effectively analyze the unbalance vibration signal are two main problems. In this paper, an electromagnetic balancer is used to act as the unbalance generator to imitate the tool unbalance during machine tool operation. An integrated spindle with the balancer is developed and the acceleration and displacement sensors are applied to pick up the unbalance vibration. The filtering, linear FFT and averaging are applied to extract the fundamental component from the original signal. The displacement peak-peak value and acceleration peak value are chosen as the characteristic parameter evaluating unbalance response and the shaft orbit is adopted to recognize unbalance intuitively. The experimental results show that the unbalance simulation and signal analysis method are feasible and effective.

Ultrasonic Infrared Imaging is a novel NDE technique, which performs well on material internal defect detection, such as metal fatigue crack, composite material impact damage and adhesion and so on. Traditional defect identification often depends on eyes and professional experience, which can’t give a clear conclusion of defect information. The identification algorithm based on time sequence images is low-level. Therefore, taking the crack detection in Ultrasonic IR Imaging as an example, after contrastive analysis of shape characters and gray distribution between crack region and normal region, characteristic parameters for different regions was creatively extracted in this paper. An automatic recognition algorithm based on Weighted Support Vector Machines is put forward for crack recognition. Subsequently, the correctness of the algorithm was validated by experiments.

Based on wet paper code, integer wavelet and matrix coding, this paper constructs a new steganographic algorithm. Combine with the advantage in integer wavelet domain, which more close to HVS, a part of secret messages are embedded by LSB in high-frequency coefficients after integer wavelet switch, wet paper code is used to change the direction of embedding. Another part of secret messages are embedded by matrix coding in low-frequency coefficients after integer wavelet switch, wet paper code is still used to change the direction of embedding. The performance of the proposed approach shows that security and capacity of secret messages are improved in integer wavelet domain.

Ultrasonic infrared thermography is a novel nondestructive detection technique, which combines a short ultrasonic pulse excitation and infrared imaging to detect defects, such as crack, in materials and structures. A simplified one-dimension heat-conduction model excited by ultrasonic pulses is put forward in this paper. Based on this model, a serial of image processing methods for recognition and reconstruction of cracks were presented. Results obtained show that the proposed method is creditable and applicable.

For coupled plate-shell structure, restraining the vibration transmitted from plate to shell is an important approach to reduce the mechanical noise from the shell. In this paper, a damping sandwich arch profile with rubber as the material of the damping layer is presented and manufactured. Structure vibration response with arch profile applied to the coupled plate-shell test model is measured. And then Statistics Energy Analysis method is used to analyze the effects of major parameters on anti-vibration performance of the arch profile. Research indicates that using damping sandwich arch profile can restrain the vibration response of the shell effectively.

First it sets up a kinematical model for a kind of industrial robots by D-H notation, and inverse kinematics solutions of its end effector are deduced according to its motion trail. By transforming the rotation angles of the robot’s joints into impulse signals, pulse signals could be used to interpolate its motion trail. Finally, it uses Matlab software to join various curve of each joint impulse signal, and formulation a mathematical model about various curve of each joint impulse signal. In this way, it could simplify program in INFORM Ⅲ language. Simulation shows that direct pulse signal interpolation improves the accuracy of trajectory positioning.

Many researchers have shown a great deal of interest in the effects that magnetic fields have when applied in chemical reactions, crystallization, magnetic separation of materials, magnetic levitation, materials processing, and wastewater treatment. However, surprisingly little research has been done on the effects of magnetic fields on the vapor-liquid equilibrium and the thermodynamic model for vapor-liquid phase equilibrium. The influence of magnetic fields on vapor-liquid equilibrium of binary heterogeneous azeotrope was investigated with ethanol-water in this paper. It was found that the vapor-liquid equilibrium of an ethanol-water system is influenced by the external magnetic field, but that the azeotropic point of the ethanol-water system is not changed by the magnetic field when the magnetic intensity reaches 0.8 T. Rather, the exerted magnetic field reduces the equilibrium temperature and shortens the distance between T-x curve and T-y curve in T-x-y diagram of the vapor-liquid equilibrium of the ethanol-water system. A thermodynamic model for vapor-liquid phase equilibrium in the exerted magnetic field was derived theoretically, based on the fundamental thermodynamic theory. The results show that the logarithm value of the ratio of the composition of the certain component in a magnetic field to that without the magnetic field is proportional to the magnetic susceptibility of the solution, and to the square of magnetic field intensity. In this essay, the atmosphere environmental quality assessment of Guiyang was set as an example. A RBF model of the time series of API was built to fit and evaluate urban API on the basis of the concentration of 、 and inhalable particulate matter(PM10) in atmosphere. A CCRBF model used to test and predict atmosphere environmental quality was proposed by coupling canonical correlation analysis and RBF neural network based on various factors influencing urban atmosphere environmental quality. The analysis showed that the CCRBF simplified the quantity of factors effectively and was of higher fitting and prediction accuracies than regression model.

Heat generation and heat transfer of motorized spindle unit are studied in this paper, including heat generation of built-in motor and rolling bearings, heat conduction, convection and radiation between spindle components. By modeling a FEM model of a high performance motorized grinding spindle, thermal characteristics simulation of the spindle unit is completed. The thermal characteristics under different spindle speeds, different cooling water flow rates and different forced air flow rates are simulated. The numerical results show that spindle speed and cooling water flow rate have significant influences on thermal characteristics of motorized spindle unit. These results are useful to guide the design and verification of motorized spindle unit.

The yield strength and impact energy properties for martensitic steel fabricated by vacuum induction melting, is investigated. It is found that the addition of Ti can improve the yield strength property of the martensitic steel after reheat quenching process, which can be attributed to increase in precipitation hardening from formation of TiC precipitates in the martensitic matrix and a superfine sized (~8μm) grains in the martensitic structure. Moreover, the yield strength can be further enhanced by Mo addition, which can be ascribed to a large amount of freshly nano-sized (1-10nm) precipitates in the final martensitic structure. The experimental and theoretical results on the contribution of TiC precipitates to hardening of the martensitic steel are in excellent agreement. In addition, the impact toughness also has been improved along with yield strength followed by the heat treatment, which can be attributed to the grain refinement and high ratio of high-angle grain boundaries after Mo addition.

Excision rate was fitted and predicted via building on cutting parameters affecting cutting machining process with Optimization-Making RBF (OMRBF) Neural Network. Radial basis function was made to select the best optimized distribution density in order to advance the fitting and forecasting capability of RBF. The result of OMRBF was compared with BP Neural Network’s, what showed that the fitting and forecasting accuracy of OMRBF was much higher than BP Neural Network’s.

An interlayer of face centered cubic (fcc) Co4N has demonstrated significant improvements in adhesion between copper and diffusion barrier layers. This fcc phase of Co4N was prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) using bis(N-tert-butyl-N'-ethyl-propionamidinato)cobalt(II) and a reactant mixture of NH3 and H2 at substrate temperatures from 100 to 180degC. The Co/N atomic ratio and the phase of cobalt nitride film can be modified by adjusting the ratio of NH3 and H2 in the gas feedstock. The cobalt nitride films prepared by CVD are smooth, highly conformal, and stable against intermixing with copper up to at least 400degC. This fcc cobalt nitride material has very strong adhesion to copper due to the small lattice mismatch ([?]1 to 2%) between fcc-Co4N and fcc Cu. Copper wires should be stabilized against failure by electromigration when fcc cobalt nitride interlayers are placed between the copper and surrounding diffusion barriers.

Through-silicon vias (TSV) will speed up interconnections between chips. Manufacturable and cost-effective TSVs will allow faster computer systems. In this paper, we report the successful formation of seed layers for plating copper TSVs with aspect ratios greater than 25:1. Following the rapid atomic layer deposition (ALD) of a conformal insulating layer of silica inside the silicon vias, manganese nitride (Mn4N) is deposited conformally on the silica surface by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Mn4N forms an effective copper diffusion barrier and provides strong adhesion between the silica and the subsequently-deposited copper. Conformal copper or copper-manganese alloy films are then deposited by an iodine-catalyzed direct-liquid-injection (DLI) CVD process. Diffusion of manganese during post-deposition annealing further enhances the barrier and adhesion properties at the copper/dielectric interface.

The hot deformation characteristics of GH4720Li alloy were studied at the temperature of 1100–1170 °C and strain rate of 0.01–1 s−1using Gleeble hot compression tests. True stress-true strain curves and deformation microstructures were investigated. Constitutive equation was established using the hyperbolic law. Processing map for hot working was also developed on the basis of the variations of efficiency of power dissipation with temperature and strain rate. The results show that dynamic recrystallization is the dominant softening mechanism during hot deformation. Fully recrystallized grain is obtained at strain of 0.7 above 1130 °C, and coarsening occurs above 1150 °C. The mean deformation activation energy is determined to be 512 kJ/mol. According to the low activation energy value, high dissipation efficiency parameter and fine recrystallized microstructure, 1130 °C is chosen as the hot working temperature for GH4720Li alloy.

In order to process the hardened face-gear, the worm for face-gear is studied. The research includes designing and dressing method of worm. According to the meshing relationship of face-gear, worm and shaper, coordinate systems of face-gear, worm and shaper are established. By envelope theory, the face-gear tooth surface are obtained, worm tooth surface and shaper tooth surface. The solid models of face-gear, worm and shaper were built, and the approach of dressing was simulated for hardened face-gear processed.

Machining slender workpiece is still a technical difficulty. This paper investigates the dynamic behavior of a slender shaft subject to constant feedrate moving cutting forces in twin-spindle turning process. The Euler-Bernoulli theory is used to model the rotating shaft. A dynamic cutting force model is formulated considering the flexibility of workpiece and rigid machine tool. The modal analysis method is employed to solve the dynamic response of the shaft. The parametric influence to the response and natural frequencies of shaft is discussed. Finally, the results are presented and compared between constant cutting forces and deflection-dependent force model introduced in this paper. It is found that there exists a stiffening effect due to the cutting process.

Silk hydrogels have mechanical properties and structural features that are similar to load-bearing soft tissues, and can be implanted for tissue restoration. In the present study, we investigate silk fibroin sol-gel transition processes in detail. The effect of different surfactants and high temperature pretreatment were studied detailedly. Based on the study, a mechanism was summarized. The result showed that the surfactant accelerated sol-gel transitions while heat pretreatment decelerated sol-gel transitions. Gelation time was decreased to several hours when added surfactant with negative charge. On the contrary, gelation time was increased to dozens of days when extended the time of high-temperature processing. Upon gelation, a random coil structure of the silk fibroin was transformed into a β-sheet structure.

The transparent water-insoluble silk fibroin(SF) films were casted from the mixture solution of silk fibroin and xylitol/mannitol. The structure, surface morphology, solubility, mechanical properties and light transmittance of the blend films were measured. FT-IR, X-ray diffraction retuslts indicated that the films were mainly composed of Silk I structure. SEM showed the blend films with xylitol were miscible, whereas the blend films with mannitol had phase-separated structure. There were lots of nanopores in the blend films in the wet state. The insoluble SF /xylitol films had excellent mechanical properties while the SF / mannitol films were brittle. The mechanical property of SF/alcohol blend films were consistent with the human cornea in wet state.When the contents of xylitol were 10% and 20%, the blend films had high light transmittance which were similar to human cornea. In summary, the SF /xylitol film containing 10% xylitol provides a great potential to act as repairing materials for cornea.

The aim of the present work was to study the effect of properties of ion exchange membrane on separation performance of electrodeionization (EDI) process for removal of nickel ions from dilute heavy metal solutions. It was shown that the properties of ion exchange membrane had a significant effect on removal of nickel ions. With feed water containing nickel ions at the concentration of 55mg•L-1, the nickel ions concentration of dilute stream was lower than 0.5mg•L-1 and the nickel rejection was greater than 99% when using EDI membranes, while that was in the range of 2.48-3.55mg•L-1 with conventional heterogeneous ion exchange membranes. With optimum ion exchange material and operating conditions, EDI would be a very interesting and innovative technology for the treatment of dilute heavy metal solutions.

Utilizing theories of minerageny and prospecting mineralogy, the authors studied the attitude, morphotype and chemical composition of metallic minerals of pyrite, gold, chalcopyrite, galena and sphalerite, non‐metallic minerals of quartz, carbonate, dolomite and rutile in the Puziwan gold deposit. The study shows the following results. (1) The mineral assemblage is complex and the species of sulfide are abundant with occurrences of sulfosalt minerals. (2) The composition in the minerals is complex and there rich micro elements, including As, Sb, Bi, Se, Te, Au, Ag, Cu, Pb, Zn, and Cr, Ni, V. The typomorphic characteristics of the association of the elements and their specific value suggest that gold mineralization is associated with shallow magmatic hydrothermal activity, the ore‐forming fluid is the mixture of abundant rising alkali magmatic water originating from the mantle or the lower crust and the descending acid atmospheric water. (3) Ankerite, Fe‐rich sphalerite, granular Ti‐rich rutile are widely distributed, which indicate great denudation depths, high mineralization temperature. The deposit is found in the middle and shallow positions of the porphyry series. The deep layers are not favorable for gold mineralization. (4) Copper minerals are rich in the ores and sulfides have high content of copper, suggesting possible porphyry‐type Cu (Au) mineralization in deep positions and the surrounding areas.

Some basic principles of non-equilibrium grain boundary segregation (NGS) and their applications to B, Mg P segregation to boundaries in Ni-base superalloy are reviewed. An attempt is made to emphasize the evidences of NGS for B, Mg, P in Ni-base superalloy.

The core technology of electronic ois is the motion estimation techniques, such as, BPM, RPM, FTA ,PA, BM and so on[1]. Based on the excellent tracking performance of Mean Shift algorithm in complicated scene, this paper proposed a target tracking method based on corner, and then work on motion compensation and motion estimation.
