To produce a web services clustering with values that satisfy many requirements is a challenging focus. In this article, the authors proposed a new approach with two models, which are helpful to the service clustering problem. Firstly, a document-tag LDA model (DTag-LDA) is proposed that considers the tag information of web services, and the tag can describe the effective information of documents accurately. Based on the first model, this article further proposes an efficient document weight and tag weight-LDA model (DTw-LDA), which fused multi-modal data network. To further improve the clustering accuracy, the model constructs the network for describing text and tag respectively and then merges the two networks to generate web service network clustered. In addition, this article also designs experiments to verify that the used auxiliary information can help to extract more accurate semantics by conducting service classification. And the proposed method has obvious advantages in precision, recall, purity, and other performance.

In the present study, oligopeptide (TEA) and modified Pluronic F127 (M-Pluronic F127) with different mass fraction composited by intermolecular forces. And the oligopeptide/M-Pluronic F127 composite membranes were prepared and investigated. The structural parameters of the membranes were characterized by fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurements. It was found that there had strong interaction between TEA and M-Pluronic F127 and the composite films with different proportions had different surface morphology and thermal stability. The characteristics of the membranes were related to the significant changes of the self-assembly behavior of the TEA modified by M-Pluronic F127.

Patients suffering from cardiovascular disease lack suitable stent. In this study, a new polymeric composite material was prepared by incorporating various concentrations of gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS) into silk fibroin (SF), aiming at achieving a novel composite film with superior mechanical and biological properties, in order to match the requirement of cardiovascular tissue engineering stents. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis showed that GPTM could promote SF to transform from the original alpha helix and random coil/extension chain conformation to the beta-folded conformation. Tensile experiment indicated tensile strength and breaking elongation of SF/GPTMS hybrid film reach the maximum with 20% GPTMS content. Within a certain range, the water drop contact angle of SF/GPTMS hybrid film is positively correlated with the content of GPTMS. Endothelial cells (ECs) are best grown on hybrid SF/GPTMS hybrid film with 20% GPTMS content.

Abstract:The Late Triassic to Paleogene (T3‐E) basin occupies an area of 143100 km2, being the sixth area of the whole of SE China; the total area of synchronous granitoid is about 127300 km2; it provides a key for understanding the tectonic evolution of South China. From a new 1:1500000 geological map of the Mesozoic‐Cenozoic basins of SE China, combined with analysis of geometrical and petrological features, some new insights of basin tectonics are obtained. Advances include petrotectonic assemblages, basin classification of geodynamics, geometric features, relations of basin and range. According to basin‐forming geodynamical mechanisms, the Mesozoic‐Cenozoic basin of SE China can be divided into three types, namely: 1) para‐foreland basin formed from Late Triassic to Early Jurassic (T3‐J1) under compressional conditions; 2) rift basins formed during the Middle Jurassic (J2) under a strongly extensional setting; and 3) a faulted depression formed during Early Cretaceous to Paleogene (K1‐E) under back‐arc extension action. From the rock assemblages of the basin, the faulted depression can be subdivided into a volcanic‐sedimentary type formed mainly during the Early Cretaceous (K1) and a red‐bed type formed from Late Cretaceous to Paleogene (K2‐E). Statistical data suggest that the area of all para‐foreland basins (T3‐J1) is 15120 km2, one of rift basins (J2) occupies 4640 km2, and all faulted depressions equal to 124330 km2including the K2‐E red‐bed basins of 37850 km2. The Early Mesozoic (T3‐J1) basin and granite were mostly co‐generated under a post‐collision compression background, while the basins from Middle Jurassic to Paleogene (J2‐E) were mainly constrained by regional extensional tectonics. Three geological and geographical zones were surveyed, namely: 1) the Wuyishan separating zone of paleogeography and climate from Middle Jurassic to Tertiary; 2) the Middle Jurassic rift zone; and 3) the Ganjiang separating zone of Late Mesozoic volcanism. Three types of basin‐granite relationships have been identified, including compressional (a few), strike‐slip (a few), and extensional (common). A three‐stage geodynamical evolution of the SE‐China basin is mooted: an Early Mesozoic basin‐granite framework; a transitional Middle Jurassic tectonic regime; intracontinental extension and red‐bed faulted depressions since the Late Cretaceous.

Abstract The Luxi‐Xianrenzhang diabase dikes were emplaced into the eastern part of the Guidong composite granitoids in northern Guangdong Province at the end of the Early Cretaceous. They show tholeiitic features, enrichment in large ion lithophile elements, slight enrichment in light rare earth elements, depletion in Zr and Hf, and basically no depletion in Nb and Ta and no Eu anomaly. They are similar to intraplate basalt in terms of trace element characteristics. They have high ɛ Nd(t) values (3.6‐4.9), initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.70530‐0.70641) and δ18O values and Dupal anomaly of Pb isotope compositions. Their Sr‐Nd, Pb‐Sr, Pb‐Nd and Pb‐Pb isotopes plot between DMM and EMII, with Pb similar to EMII, Nd relatively close to DMM and Sr in between. This profile suggests that the diabase dikes studied were derived from partial melting of a mantle source that had been subjected to metasomatism by fluids originated from a subduction zone under a tectonic environment of crustal extension and lithosphere thinning in the late Yanshanian.

China has succeeded in sustaining 22% of the world's population with only 7% of the world's farmland. In recent decades, agricultural science has been rapidly developed in China. The objective of this paper is to give a critical review of agricultural science in China from the perspectives of characteristics of regional agriculture, historical evolution of the agricultural system, agricultural policy, and agricultural science and technology. Challenges and perspectives for the development of agricultural science are also identified.

The greatest fear from global climate change is drought, and water is the most important factor influencing wheat growth. Soil and water conservation are, therefore, key requirements for sustaining productivity and environmental quality in semi-arid cropping systems. Great attention has been paid to the management of, demand for, and more efficient use of water. The comprehensive technical strategies reviewed in this paper include conserving water to combine both increased agricultural productivity and resource conservation; enquiries into how wheat plants respond to drought through morphological, physiological and metabolic modifications that occur in all plant organs; breeding for drought tolerance where there is a delineated stress environment and genotype × environment interactions are stable; and effective conservation of rainfall and high efficiency of use. Valuable techniques such as conservation tillage, mulch cultivation, limited irrigation, introduction of drought-tolerant varieties and rotation systems can be adjusted to local agricultural practices.

AbstractThreshold trait analysis was used to estimate realized heritability (h2) of resistance to five acaricides (three single acaricide and two mixtures) and resistance risk in Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boiduval). Tetranychus cinnabarinuscollected from the field of Beibei, Chongqing reared more than 60 generations under pesticide free conditions and considered susceptible. Successively selected for about 30 generations, the strain had a 65.55‐, 5.82‐, 1.23‐, 5.20‐ and 1.42‐fold increase in resistance to fenpropathrin, abamectin, pyridaben, pyridaben‐abamectin (pyridaben: abamectin = 7.4:0.1, m/m) and fenpropathrin‐abamectin (fenpropathrin: abamectin = 8.9:0.1, m/m), respectively. The realized heritability of resistance to fenpropathrin, abamectin, pyridaben, pyridaben‐abamectin (pyridaben: abamectin = 7.4:0.1, m/m) and fenpropathrin‐abamectin (fenpropathrin: abamectin = 8.9:0.1, m/m) is 0.2167, 0.0967, 0.0130, 0.0800 and 0.0172, respectively. Under the selected condition, a 10‐fold increase in resistance would be expected 15 generations for fenpropathrin, 34 generations for abamectin, 333 generations for pyridaben, 42 generations for pyridaben‐abamectin (pyridaben: abamectin = 7.4:0.1, m/m) and 200 generations for fenpropathrin‐abametcin (fenpropathrin: abamectin = 8.9:0.1, m/m). The highest resistance risk of the five acaricides in Tetranychus cinnabarinuswas fenpropathrin, then abamection, pyridaben‐abamectin (pyridaben: abamectin = 7.4: 0.1, m/m), fenpropathrin‐ abamectin (fenpropathrin: abamectin = 8.9:0.1, m/m) and that to pyridaben was the lowest. The mixture of pyridaben and abamectin is not useful in delaying development of resistance in the pest to the two single acaricide while the mixture of fenpropathrin and abamectin could do it.

Abstract One population of Liposcelis bostrychophilaBadonnel (CA selected) was exposed to a controlled atmosphere (CA) (35% CO2+ 1% O2, balance N2) for 30 generations. Another population (control) was reared under natural atmospheric conditions. Reserves of triacylglycerol, polysaccharides and free amino acids were evaluated in adults of the CA selected and the control populations in generations F15and F30. The utilization rate of triacylglycerol and polysaccharides in the CA exposure were also determined in generation F30. The results indicate that the reserves of triacylglycerol and polysaccharides increased significantly during selection for CA tolerance; the higher the tolerance level, the greater the reserves. A total of 15 free amino acids constituents were detected in both populations. The total amino acid content in the CA selected population was obviously higher than that in the control population. Exposure of this population to a controlled atmosphere was associated with a steady utilization of reserves. In contrast, the unselected population responded to the controlled atmosphere by accelerated utilization of triacylglycerol and polysachharides. Comparison of utilization rates during CA exposure showed that triacylglycerol is the main energy source, and polysaccharides contribute only a small extent to the metabolic energy supply.
