The article reports on a spectacular event which focuses on the protest of Professor Folkmar Koenigs, a professor of economic law in West Berlin. It notes that Koenigs protests sever as a warning to the public, specially to among radical students who demanded the expulsion of leaders at a faculty group called as NOFU. Koenigs emphasized that the students act of slushing paint into his head is a violation and is outside the bounds of authority of the state.
