A new fabrication methods of thin-film gold electrode is reported. Electrochemical characteristics of self-assembly aptasensor based on MEMS thin-film gold electrode has been studied by lots of experiments, characteristics include immobilizing time, AC impedance, CV curves. Experiments indicate immobilizing time of DNA-SH on gold electrode is more than 15 hours. CV curves and AC impedance of MEMS thin-film gold electrode show the same conclusion that 20μm/L DNA is optimum concentration when DNA is immobilized on gold electrode. Those results present a potential universal method for other aptasensors.

A simple electrochemical test system based on aptasensor for ATP detection is constructed in this paper. This system includes a home-made signal conditioning module, a Data Acquisition Card, a personal computer installed with LabVIEW and a self-assembly aptasensor. The electrochemical control programs are developed in LabVIEW, which generated drive signals, scanned the potential of the working electrode, acquired and stored the data, queried and displayed the results. This electrochemical test system is in small dimension, which makes it suitable for in-field measurements. In order to clarify the electrochemical properties of the electrochemical test system, cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used to monitor the process in details.

In this work, a computerized electro-chemical analyzer based on LabVIEW is proposed. This analyzer is made up of two main parts, the hardware part and software part. The former part consists of computer, data acquisition card, and signal conditioning module, which is clearly described in this paper. The software part includes data acquisition, data processing, data storage and data displaying that are programmed in LabVIEW. The measuring methods of cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry have been realized with this analyzer.
