Prophylactic/preemptive donor lymphocyte infusion (p/pDLI) and intensified conditioning have shown promising results in experimental studies of refractory/relapsed acute leukemia (RRAL), but real-world data remain scarce. We conducted a multicenter, population-based analysis of 932 consecutive patients. The three-year leukemia-free survival (LFS) rates were 56% for patients receiving both p/pDLI and intensified myeloablative conditioning (MAC) (intenseMAC) and 30% for those who received neither therapy per landmark analysis. Multivariable analyses were run separately for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), and p/pDLI treatment was linked to significantly higher LFS than non-DLI for both AML and ALL patients without increasing the nonrelapse mortality. IntenseMAC was associated with significantly lower relapse and higher LFS than nonintensified MAC despite higher nonrelapse mortality rates in ALL, while there was no impact of intenseMAC observed in AML. p/pDLI achieved superior outcomes in both matched-sibling donor (MSD) and haploidentical donor transplantation, while intenseMAC only influenced MSD outcomes. Data suggest that RRAL patients receiving “total therapy” by way of p/pDLI and intensified conditioning treatment have an improved chance for LFS, with p/pDLI being safer with a more extensive impact relative to intenseMAC. Patients with RRAL can tolerate both interventions and achieve a reasonable outcome.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) studies have demonstrated anatomical and functional alterations of brain regions in patients with migraine, and the efficacy of acupuncture for migraine could regulate these abnormal alterations. However, its pathogenesis remains ambiguous, and inconsistent results have been reported. The purpose of this study was to explore abnormal structural and functional alterations in patients with migraine using voxel-based morphometry (VBM) analysis and a seed-based functional connectivity (FC) approach and to provide a basis for future research.

Exploring new ways to reconstruct the structure and function of inappropriate organic fluorophores for improving amyloid-β (Aβ) fluorescent imaging performance is desired for precise detection and early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). With stilbazolium dyes as examples, here, we present a multipronged approach to comprehensively improved the Aβ fluorescent imaging performance through a flexible bivalent method, where a flexible carbon chain was introduced to link two monomers to form a homodimer. Our results reveal a mechanism wherein the flexible linker creates a well-defined probe with specific orientations and distinct photophysical properties. Applying this approach in combination with theoretical simulation, the homodimers exhibited a comprehensive improvement of the Aβ fluorescent imaging performance of the dye monomers, including better photostability and higher signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio, higher “off–on” near-infrared fluorescence (NIRF) response sensitivity, higher specificity and affinity to Aβ deposits, and more reasonable lipophilicity for blood–brain barrier (BBB) penetrability. The results demonstrate that flexible homodimers offer a multipronged approach to obtaining high-performance NIRF imaging reagents for the detection of Aβ deposits both in vitro and in vivo.

Between 2020 and 2021, 31,525 hematopoietic stem cell transplantations (HSCTs) were reported to the Chinese Blood and Marrow Transplantation Registry Group throughout mainland China. In this report, we describe the activity and current trends for HSCT in China during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. In 2020, a total of 13,415 cases of HSCT were reported from 166 transplantation teams, and 75% (10,042 cases) were allogeneic HSCTs. In 2021, a total of 18,110 cases of HSCT were reported from 174 transplantation teams, and 70% (12,744 cases) were allogeneic HSCTs. Haploidentical donor (HID) transplantation accounted for 63% (7977 cases) of allogeneic HSCTs in 2021. The most common indications for allogeneic HSCT for malignant disease were acute myeloid leukemia (37%) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (23%), and the largest proportion of nonmalignant disease comprised aplastic anemia (13%). The peripheral blood stem cell source accounted for 41% of HIDs and 75% of matched sibling donors. The BuCy-based regimen (57%) was the most popular conditioning regimen for allogeneic HSCT, followed by the BuFlu-based regimen (28%) and total body irradiation–based regimen (11%). This survey provides comprehensive information about the current activities and might benefit clinical physicians’ decision planning for HSCT.

Introduction: Migraine is a common headache disorder. Many studies have used magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to explore the possible pathogenesis of migraine, but they have not reached consistent conclusions and lack rigorous multiple comparison correction. Thus, this study investigates the mechanisms of migraine development from the perspective of altered functional connectivity (FC) in brain regions by using data-driven and regions of interest (ROI)-based approaches. Methods: Resting-state functional MRI data were collected from 30 patients with migraine and 40 healthy controls (HCs) matched for age, gender, and years of education. For the data-driven method, we used a voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity (VMHC) approach to compare the FC between the patients and HCs. For the ROI-based method, significant differences in VMHC maps between the patients and HCs were defined as ROI. The seed-based approach further revealed significant differences in FC between the seeds and the other brain regions. Furthermore, the correlations between abnormal FC and clinical characteristics of patients were investigated. A rigorous multiple comparison correction was used with false discovery rate and permutation test (5000 times). Results: In comparison with the controls group, patients showed enhanced VMHC in the bilateral thalamus. We also observed enhanced FC between the left thalamus and the left superior frontal gyrus, and increased FC between the right thalamus and the left middle frontal gyrus (Brodmann area 45 and Brodmann area 8) in patients. Further analysis showed that the FC values in the left superior frontal gyrus and left middle frontal gyrus were negatively corrected with visual analogue scale scores or attack times for headaches. Conclusions: Patients with migraine showed altered VMHC in the bilateral thalamus, and abnormal FC of bilateral thalamus and other brain regions. The abnormalities in thalamic FC are a likely mechanism for the development of migraine. Trial Registration: Chinese Clinical Trial Registry, ChiCTR2000033995. Registered on 20 June 2020.

The Loess Critical Zone (LCZ) is located in the intersection of bedrock, groundwater, pedosphere, atmosphere and biosphere. It is a key issue to understand the structural characteristics and soil carbon (C) cycle of the LCZ. We summarized the mechanisms of C exchange between rocks and the atmosphere, and discussed the mechanisms of C stabilization and persistence of the LCZ. Due to the deep layer, C stocks of the CLZ could be underestimated. In light of the recent theory of microbial C pump, soil microorganisms play an important role in C cycle, however, the microbial function is not widely considered in C cycling model of the LCZ. For future studies, it is suggested to systematically study the C cycling process from plant canopy to bedrock by the framework system of the LCZ. A variety of techniques and methods are integrated to combine short-term and high-frequency observations with long-term positioning observations, and pay attention to the response and feedback mechanisms of soil organic C (SOC) cycling to global changes and human activities, especially the migration and transformation of SOC in each circle and interface of the LCZ. We also recommend the necessity for intensive and long-term C monitoring in LCZ over broad geographic scale, to improve microbial C model for accurately evaluating terrestrial C budget and its dynamics. Altogether, this is the first review of C cycling, spanning from the land surface down to the bedrock in the LCZ, which is significant implications for biogeochemical cycling of C in surface and deep layers down to the bedrock.

To explore a new method to prepare B-doped silicon carbide, with B2O3 as a dopant, silicon dioxide and graphite as raw materials, B-doped silicon carbide (BxSi1-xC) was prepared using pressure-free sintering and self-spreading combustion methods. The material phase, microstructure, particle size, compressive strength and bulk density were characterized by the XRD, SEM, laser granularity tester, particle strength tester and powder comprehensive characteristic tester. The results show that the doping of B can inhibit the growth rate of the product, with the optimal ratio of SiO2:C:B2O3=60:120:150. At the same time, the crystal type of the generated product BxSi1-xC is relatively complete. The D50 is 17.3 μm, its bulk density is up to 1.08 g-1cm-3, and its single particle compression strength is second only to diamond, much higher than that of ordinary SiC.

The heat dissipation of electronic components is of great importance to the development of microelectronics industry. Polymer matrix composites have become a research hotspot due to their advantages in molding, insulation and cost. In this paper, the mechanism and influencing factors of thermal conductivity of polymer matrix composites are introduced, the research status of thermal network formation is reviewed, and the development trend of thermal conductivity composites is forecasted.

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatography (GC) over chiral stationary phases (CSPs) represent the most popular and highly applicable technology in the field of chiral separation, but there are currently no CSPs that can be used for both liquid and gas chromatography simultaneously. We demonstrate here that two olefin-linked covalent organic frameworks (COFs) featuring chiral crown ether groups can be general CSPs for extensive separation not only in GC but also in normal-phase and reversed-phase HPLC. Both COFs have the same 2D layered porous structure but channels of different sizes and display high stability under different chemical environments including water, organic solvents, acids, and bases. Chiral crown ethers are periodically aligned within the COF channels, allowing for enantioselective recognition of guest molecules through intermolecular interactions. The COF-packed HPLC and GC columns show excellent complementarity and each affords high resolution, selectivity, and durability for the separation of a wide range of racemic compounds, including amino acids, esters, lactones, amides, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, and drugs. The resolution performances are comparable to and the versatility is superior to those of the most widely used commercial chiral columns, showing promises for practical applications. This work thus advances COFs with high stability as potential universal CSPs for chromatography that are otherwise hard or impossible to produce.

Background:For extremely low-birth-weight infants (ELBWIs), mechanical ventilation and total parenteral nutrition are generally required in the early stages and lose the protective effect of early gastrointestinal nutrition of colostrum. We conducted a prospective randomized controlled trial to explore the effectiveness of early colostrum oropharyngeal administration on the feeding status of ELBWIs on mechanical ventilation.Materials and Methods:We randomly divided mechanically ventilated ELBWIs into an intervention group and a control group. In the intervention group, we provided oropharyngeal administration of colostrum during mechanical ventilation. The first colostrum oropharyngeal administration ended within 24 hours of birth. In the control group, we gave colostrum only for gastrointestinal nutrition, and other interventions were the same as for the intervention group. We collected the 1st and 6th day of life airway secretions and urine specimens from both groups. We recorded feeding status, including corrected gestational age at onset of enteral nutrition, corrected gestational age of no gastric retention during feeding, corrected gestational age of full enteral nutrition, corrected gestational age of sucking began, and corrected gestational age of per oral feeding. We also recorded growth of body mass, the incidence of feeding intolerance, and necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC).Results:On the 6th day of life, concentrations of secretory immunoglobulin A, and lactoferrin in airway secretions and urine of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group (p< 0.05). The intervention group showed younger corrected gestational age of no gastric retention during feeding, corrected gestational age of full enteral nutrition, the corrected gestational age of sucking began and per oral feeding than those in the control group (p< 0.05). The day of recovery to birth weight was earlier than those in the control group (p< 0.05). The rate of feeding intolerance and NEC incidence in the intervention group was significantly lower than in the control group (p< 0.05).Conclusions:Early oropharyngeal administration of colostrum improves immune function of the gastrointestinal tract and the systemic anti-infective capability in ELBWI on mechanical ventilation, promoting the maturity of gastrointestinal function, improving feeding condition, and reducing the risk of feeding intolerance and NEC.

This study examines the impact of farmers' cooperatives participation and technology adoption on their economic welfare in China. A double selectivity model (DSM) is applied to correct for sample selection bias stemming from both observed and unobserved factors, and a propensity score matching (PSM) method is applied to calculate the agricultural income difference with counter factual analysis using survey data from 396 farmers in 15 provinces in China. The findings indicate that farmers who join farmer cooperatives and adopt agricultural technology can increase agricultural income by 2.77 and 2.35%, respectively, compared with those non-participants and non-adopters. Interestingly, the effect on agricultural income is found to be more significant for the low-income farmers than the high-income ones, with income increasing 5.45 and 4.51% when participating in farmer cooperatives and adopting agricultural technology, respectively. Our findings highlight the positive role of farmer cooperatives and agricultural technology in promoting farmers’ economic welfare. Based on the findings, government policy implications are also discussed.

Introduction of metallic nanoparticles into glasses can obviously improve the up-conversion luminescence efficiency through surface plasmon resonance (SPR). In this research, the Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped TeO2-ZnO-Bi2O3 glasses containing silver nanoparticles and nanocrystals were prepared by direct current(DC) electric field assisted heat treatment, to study the effect of silver nanoparticles on the up-conversion luminescence properties of Er3+. The results show that, although the introduction of AgNO3 will weaken the thermal stability of TZB-ErYb to some extent, the number and size of silver nanoparticles can be increased after DC electric field treated at 100°C for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the nanocrystals do not grow too large to affect the up-conversion emission intensity of Er3+. The up-conversion emission intensity of Er3+ in TZB-ErYb-6AgNO3-100°C-150V-10min is 43 times stronger than that of TZB-ErYb. These results indicate that DC electric field assisted heat treatment can synergistically adjust the silver nanoparticles and nanocrystals and is a promising method to improve the luminescence properties of tellurite glasses.

Between 2008 and 2019, 58,914 hematopoietic stem cell transplantations (HSCTs) were reported to the Chinese Blood and Marrow Transplantation Registry Group (CBMTRG) throughout China. In this report, we focus on 2019 data and describe current trends in HSCT in China. There was continued growth in transplant activity in China, with a rapid increase in haploidentical HSCT. In 2019, a total of 12,323 cases of HSCT were reported from 149 transplant teams, 78% (9597 cases) were allogeneic HSCTs. Haploidentical donor (HID) HSCT accounted for 60% (5771 cases) of allogeneic HSCT. The most common indications for allogeneic HSCT for malignant disease were acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (37%) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) (24%), and the largest proportion of non-malignant diseases comprised aplastic anemia (AA) (13%). Multiple stem cell source composed 70% of HID and 28% of MSD, which was typical in China. The BuCy based regimen (59%) was the most popular conditioning regimen for allogeneic HSCT, followed by the BuFlu based regimen (23%) and TBI-based regimen (12%). This survey clearly shows comprehensive information about the current state and recent trends for HSCT in China. Further efforts should be made to obtain detailed information.

In this work, In2O3 thin films were grown on (111) yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) at different temperature. It is found that samples grown at low temperature showed lower residual stress but higher mosaicity while high growth temperatures could also cause deterioration in crystal quality due to increasing lattice mismatch. To obtain high quality In2O3 film with low residual strain, a 30-nm thick layer grown at 530 °C was introduced as buffer layer, considering both stress relaxation and crystalline mosaicity. By using two-step growth method, a 400 nm-thick, high quality, near-strain-free In2O3 thin film with the full width at half maximum (FWHM) values of (222) diffraction peaks being as narrow as 648 arcsec was successfully obtained.

The mouse model of transverse aortic constriction (TAC) has been widely used as a cardiac stress in the investigation of the molecular mechanisms of cardiac hypertrophy. Recently, the International Knockout Mouse Consortium has selected the C57BL/6NTac (BL/6N) mouse strain to generate null alleles for all mouse genes; however, a range of genetic and cardiac phenotypic differences have been reported between this substrain and the commonly used C57BL/6J (BL/6J) substrain. It has been reported by Garcia-Menendez and colleagues that 12-week C57BL/6NTac mice are susceptible to heart failure but little is known about the cardiac remodeling in this substrain as cardiac function progresses from compensation to decompensation.

In this paper, Ga2O3 thin films were grown on c-plane sapphire substrates by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). There was phase transition for samples grown with different flow rates of triethyl-gallium (TEGa) and deionized water (H2O). It is found that ε-Ga2O3 is difficult to coalesce and the phase mixture by β­Ga2O3 takes place if the flow rates of TEGa and H2O are too high. However, by using multiple-step growth method, the film became fully coalesced. High-quality ε-Ga2O3 thin film with atomically flat surface and multilayer morphology was obtained.

A compact D–D neutron generator, with a peak neutron yield of D–D reactions up to 2.48 × 108n/s is being developed at Lanzhou University in China for application in real-time neutron activation analysis. During tests, the problem of back acceleration of secondary electrons liberated from the neutron production target by deuterium ions bombardment was encountered. In this study, an electric field method and a magnetic field method for suppressing secondary electrons are designed and experimentally investigated. The experimental results show that the electric field method is superior to the magnetic field method. Effective suppression of the secondary electrons can be achieved via electrostatic suppression when the bias voltage between the target and the extraction-accelerating electrode is > 204 V. Furthermore, the secondary electron emission coefficient for the mixed deuterium ion (D1+, D2+, and D3+) impacting on molybdenum is estimated. In the deuterium energy range of 80–120 keV, the estimated secondary electron emission coefficients are approximately 5–5.5 for the mixed deuterium ion glancing incidence of 45° and approximately 3.5–3.9 for the mixed deuterium ion normal incidence.

In this research, the effects of main parameters such as speed of agitator, concentration and redium change ratio on the grinding effect were studied by the method of wet-grinding. The powder was characterized and analyzed by means of particle size analysis and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the mechanical grinding method can effectively prepare micro-nanosilicon carbide powder with particle size of about 130nm, the optimum parameter is the rotational speed 1000r/min, the concentration is 30%, the medium change ratio is 75%.

Copper (I) iodide (CuI) films are grown on glass substrates with a direct vacuum thermal evaporation method, and the effect of substrate temperature on their photoluminescence and transparent conductive properties is discussed. The X‐ray diffraction (XRD) measurement identifies the polycrystalline CuI film has γ‐phase with (111) preferential growth direction. When the substrate temperature is optimised at 120 °C, the average transmittance is about 90% in the wavelength range of 410–1500 nm. The electrical properties measured by Hall effect show the lowest resistivity of 1.0 × 10−2Ωcm with hole concentration of 3.0 × 1019cm−3and mobility of 25 cm2V−1s−1. These results indicate that direct thermal deposition is a simple method to grow high quality p‐type CuI films.

Dye-grafted silica nanoparticles (GSiO2) were synthesized via a dual-step process involving, first, attachment of the organic dye Disperse Red 1 (DR1) to the coupling agent, 3-isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane, by means of urethane bonds, and then grafting of the silylated-DR1 onto silica nanoparticles (~6 nm) prepared by hydrolysis and condensation of tetraethoxysilane in a sol–gel process. Dye-adsorbed silica nanoparticles (DSiO2) were also prepared for comparison, for which DR1 was bound only physically to silica instead of covalent bonds. The thermal behaviors of the formed GSiO2and DSiO2were examined by means of differential scanning calorimetry and thermal gravimetric analysis. The results showed that both the particle size and silica content have significant effects on the thermal behaviors of the dye-adsorbed and dye-grafted silica. Moreover, crystalline DR1 lost significantly its crystallinity after being adsorbed on silica, and became virtually amorphous after being grafted onto silica. The formed particles were UV-cured with a multifunctional acrylic monomer to yield color coatings on glass substrates. UV–visible spectra indicated that brightness and color saturation of the coating comprising GSiO2could be maintained better than that comprising DSiO2after heat treatment at 280°C.

Anthracite and bitumite were processed respectively at 1400°C,1700°C, 2000°C, 2200°C, 2400°C and 2600°C,and their chemical composition,resistivity,microstructure, phase composition,and the internal migration of molecular functional group were tested and characterized. The results indicate that moisture, ash and volatile in coal have gradually shifted and lost with the elevation of heat treatment temperature, while the higher temperature, the quicker and completer phase change. Heat treatment can make the coal transform from approximately insulative phase to conductive phase,. Furthermore, as the temperature increases, the conductive phase transformation effect is better. The higher the heat treatment temperature of coal, the more amorphous carbon transforming into crystalline carbon completely, but the less types of phases .

In this paper, reporting a new way to directly prepare quality of carbon materials such as artificial graphite, like-graphitization carburant and senior carbonaceous reductant et al ,which is prepared from anthracite under ultra-high temperature without any other additional process and catalyst. The chemical composition of carbon materials was analysed ; the electrical resistivity was tested; the composition of phase and the graphitization degree was tested by XRD; the microstructure was characterized by SEM and the degree of crystallization and crystal defect was characterized by the Raman diffraction spectrum. At the same time, the graphitization method was discussed during ultra-high temperature. The results show that good carburant and carbonaceous reductant can be prepared by anthracite which was graphitization under ultra-high temperature ;The microstructure of carbon materials which was prepared by anthracite that was graphitization during ultra-high temperature is more ordered than that of raw anthracite, its graphitization degree also increase significantly; When the ultra-high graphitization temperature is above 2600 °C, carbon materials which is like to pure graphite have a small amount of structural defects and distortion; the high quality carbon materials prepared by graphitization method under ultra-high temperature ,it is a simple process with low cost and high added value, and its prospects of application is broad.

This paper summarized the basic properties and preparation methods of ultrafine powder, introduced the present situation and progress of ultrafine powder classification technology at home and abroad, also pointed out the application of ultra-fine powder material in the mold manufacturing, biomedical, electronic information, fine ceramics, food industry and coatings.

ABSTRACTHepatitis E virus (HEV) is a serious public health problem. The commonly used tests that are specific for current HEV infection diagnosis include the detection of anti-HEV IgM and HEV RNA. Here, we report an improved enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for HEV antigen detection with a linear range equivalent to 6.3 × 103to 9.2 × 105RNA copies per ml. The monoclonal antibody (MAb) 12F12, a high-ability MAb that binds HEV virus, was selected as the capture antibody from a panel of 95 MAbs. The positive period of HEV antigenemia in infected monkeys using this test was, on average, 3 weeks longer than previously reported and covered the majority of the acute phase. The positive detection rates of IgM, RNA, and new antigen from the first serum samples collected from 16 confirmed acute hepatitis E patients were 81% (13/16), 81% (13/16), and 100% (16/16), respectively. In three patients, the initial serum specimens that tested negative for IgM, despite the presence of symptoms of acute hepatitis and elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels, were positive for HEV antigen and HEV RNA. In contrast, the serum samples of the three RNA-negative patients were antigen positive (and IgM positive), possibly due to the degradation of HEV nucleic acids. Our results suggest that this new antigen detection method has acceptable concordance with RNA detection and could serve as an important tool for diagnosing acute hepatitis E.

Using high quality carbon raw material,high quality silica raw material , the β-SiC powder are prepared by high-temperature vacuum smelting method. The effects of different materials and electrical power to the product of β-SiC quality has been studied. The microstructure and phase analysis of β-SiC powder samples were observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The result shows that the raw materials are better, the product quality are better. In addition, the result also indicates that the β-SiC powder have better quality when the power are 3000W.

In order to achieve the sided different effects and the function of UV shading of the three layers jacquard curtain fabric, we used two sets of the same common yarns as the warps, 2 groups of wefts in the front while 2 groups of wefts in the opposite and a group of TiO2 polyester weft which plays the role of UV-shading. The fabric’s wefts arrangement ratio is 1:1:1:1:1. There are four kinds of weaves in the front and five in the opposite (seeing from the reverse side), then in overlaying the four kinds in the front with the five kinds in the opposite we can get 20 kinds of weaves. By integrating shading cloth and curtains with two-sides-different effects together, in the end, the three layers jacquard curtain fabric which has two-sides-different effects and UV-shading function is achieved.

For seamless fashion via the jacquard weaving, three dimensional forms for silhouettes of garments are critical research areas. Basic principles of three-dimensional weaving originate from manufacturing of apparel. Darts, tucks, and gathers are common approaches to changes of sectional areas.3D forms are usually achieved by cutting and sewing darts or pleats. In this paper, three-dimensional forms of one layer elastic fabric is to process a mono-layer fabric into some three-dimensional forms via the relative decrease and increase of partial areas on a piece of jacquard woven textile. This paper reports the basic principle and theoretical model for 3D form predicting. The experimental samples via jacquard basically coincided with the theoretical estimates.

This document mainly studied the effect of Sorona fiber content and fabric structure on the wearingcharacteristicsofSoronacottonblendedseamlessknittedfabric. In the experiment, three different kinds of stitch structures and ratios of Sorona/cotton were designed and nine Sorona/cotton blended seamless knitted fabrics were knitted. And then, breaking elongation, rigid flexible, crease recovery, pilling resistance, hygroscopicity and air permeability of the nine seamless knitted fabrics were tested and analyzed. The result showed that with the increasing of Sorona fiber content, the properties of Breaking elongation, rigid flexible, crease recovery and pilling resistance of the Sorona/cotton blended seamless knitted fabrics had and a certain of improvement, however the hygroscopicity and air permeability decreased.

In order to make the jacquard fiber hanging fabric to achieve static and dynamic design gradually transform shining shows at the same time, we adopt the interweaves of optical fibers and common yams. By designing six double weft fabric structure of four groups of optical fibers and two groups of common yarns, some functions like “image overlying”, “colour replacing” and “protecting colour” in weave CAD are used in order to overlie the drafting of a static shining pattern formed with 2 sets of optical fiber, a transform shining pattern composed of 2 sets of optical fiber and a scene-like decorative pattern formed with a set of conventional weft. Then notation file is prepared by designing the weft row, main paper clip, assistant needle and sample card. Next, use jacquard weaving machine to make 6 double weft optical fiber jacquard fabric. Finally, by the utilization of the light of LED , the design of electronic circuit,to get a pattern can be controlled shining, static and dynamic display of optical fiber as wall-mounted scene jacquard fabric.

Outlast fiber is a kind of thermostat fiber that could absorb and release heat according to the changed environment temperature. It has been widely used in thermostat textiles. The outlast/viscose blended yarn we researched in this paper will be used in apparel fabric. As the demand in durability and comfort property of apparel fabric, we characterized the yarn by regain, tensile and damage properties, elastic property, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA). The experiment results show that the outlast/viscose blended yarns have good hydroscopicity, elastic property, temperature adjusting performance and thermal stability.

In order to weave the double face jacquard fabric with pattern effect at the same time increasing warming function of the jacquard, this paper added far infrared polyester as extra weft to stitch the face and back layers. Combining the basic structure design of the double face jacquard fabric, three-layer weave with extra weft stitching could be done. By this method extra weft could be hidden in the form of surface layer floats covering stitching intersection points so as to have heat retention effect and unique appearance of reversible jacquard isn’t impacted. In addition, the weft yarns used to produce the face and back layers were silk and wool, and far infrared polyester was hidden in the inside of the fabric as extra weft which ensured the jacquard being good for skin. Empirical results show that the method achieves good decorative property and warming function of the double face jacquard fabric with pattern effect, and provides reference and direction for the design of digital jacquard fabric.

The underwater diver visible light communication system integrating information collection, transmission and processing achieves the optical communication device established for the diver’s underwater wireless transmission and underwater sensor network. The front-end signal acquisition module capable of carrying out voice and image acquisition utilizes a MEMS digital microphone and a high performance CMOS camera to change optical signals in to digital ones. The signal source applies wavelet conversion and the channel coding and decoding apply Turbo algorithms, channel modulation and demodulation adopt PPM modulation, so compression, coding and modulation are mounted on TI's high-performance DSP TMS320DM642 platform to ensure the stability and reliability of data transmission. Back-end data acquisition module utilizes a photomultiplier tube and its peripheral circuits for receiving and converting optical signals. Display and storage modules are TFT and SD cards to achieve data reception and sound and light reduction and storage functions.

According to the application of ABC classification in goods location layout, this paper deals with its expansion and optimization. By using the coordinate curve and matrix model, we comprehensively consider the storage capacity, the output frequency, the characteristics of the product and the other dimensions, thus building a model of scientific distribution of stock on the basis of products characteristics, finally formed an improved classification of multidimensional variable combination. This improved classification plays an active role in increasing the efficiency of capacity utilization, decreasing the storage time, improving the use of inventory facility, it is suitable for all kinds of warehouse.

When wastewater is treated with an electronic water treatment method, hardness, alkalinity and conductivity of the wastewater decrease much slower with time on. If the operating voltage of wastewater treatment is reduced at this time, the purpose of energy saving can be realized while wastewater treatment efficiency is guaranteed. Existing electronic water treatment facilities always realize water treatment with constant low voltages and almost all of them have no optimal design about energy saving, water treatment system rust reduction, water treatment automation, etc. To solve these problems, a new energy-saving electronic water treatment facility is designed in this paper. Based on a low-power SCM MPS430F169 and circuits such as the water treatment voltage control circuit and the voltage and current sampling circuit, the facility establishes a closed-loop system with functions of water quality monitoring and automatic water treatment voltage adjustment. Experimental results show that the facility can realize real-time water quality monitoring in the process of wastewater treatment and automatically adjust operating voltage in line with the water quality, thus significantly reducing unnecessary energy consumption. The facility can be used in fields such as industrial circulating water treatment.

This paper aims to characterize the evolution of organic matter during the composting of municipal solid waste (MSW). During the 46-day composting process, six samples with different composting time were collected from Songjiang Solid Waste Biological Treatment Plant in Shanghai, China. Dissolved organic matter (DOM) was extracted by ultra-pure water, and the UV-Visible (UV-Vis) spectra of DOM were scanned and investigated. The results showed that, during the composting process, non-humus substances in DOM were gradually transformed into humus substances, the aromatization, molecular weight and humification of humus substances increased. Correlation analysis showed that the absorbance value at 280 nm (SUVA280), and the area of 226~400 nm (A226~400) correlated positively with each other. The dissolved organic carbon (DOC) concentration exhibited a negative correlation with the parameters S275~295, SUVA280 and A200~226, and the correlation coefficients between the DOC content and the A220~226 value was the best (r= -0.976, P=0.001). The absorbance ratio bewteen 465 and 665 nm (E465/E665) showed a significant correlation with SUVA280 (r=-0.892, P=0.017), A226~400 (r=-0.909, P=0.012) and DOC (r=0.840, P=0.036). The absorbance ratio of 250 to 365 nm (E250/E365) correlated significantly with DOC (r=-0.880, P=0.021), and showed no correlation with the other parameters. Absorption curve slope in the range of 275~295nm (S275~295) showed a significantly positive correlation with the DOC content (r=0.961, P=0.002). Among all parameters, the A200~226, A226~400 and S275~295 values reflected compost maturity best.

In this study four kinds of materials on the market most commonly used for sportswear are selected to knit one sports vest in plain style, woven by seamless circular knitting machine. We use wind tunnel tests to do the experiments and gather datum of experiments and analyze them to research the relationship between textile materials and wind resistance performance of sportswear. The results showed that: in the wind tunnel experiments, when wind speed is between 3.3 m/s and 9.35m/s, the wind resistance performance of the four experiment clothes is almost the same; When between 9.35 m/s and 11.00m/s, their wind resistance performance demonstrates a dispersion level; When it is between 11.00m/s and 18.70m/s, their differences of wind resistance performance between the four clothes are significant. The wind resistance performance could be sequenced from the good to the poor like this: 15.6tex combed cotton + coolmax modified polyester, 7.7tex/48f nylon, 15.6tex combed cotton, 9.7tex modal +15.6tex TC, and the fitting curve equation is obtained from the measured datum analysis through the SPSS software.

The optical jacquard decorative fabric which had patterns in dynamic display was woven with side-emitting polymer optical fibers (POF) and common textile fibers. The side-emitting POFs were designed as surface wefts in luminous parts of the fabric, and the POFs were back in other parts. These POFs were divided into different groups according to luminous sequence. Then the POFs were connected with light sources and a specific circuit. Finally the patterns of fabric could display like animation. When POFs didnt emit light, the fabric kept the effect of traditional jacquard fabric.

Combined with seamless knitting technology, the temperature adjusting performance of Outlast viscose seamless knitted fabric is researched. Accepting differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), the temperature adjusting performance tests of samples determined by the seamless knitting process design are done. Comparative analysis of endothermic and exothermic temperature ranges, peak temperatures, influence of interwoven ratios and weave structures on fabric ability of heat absorption, accumulation and release is studied. DSC results show that Outlast viscose seamless knitted fabrics have good temperature adjusting performance, provide a certain value on improving the wearing comfort of seamless knitted fabric.

In order to test the elastic recovery, 25 samples of seamless-knitted women's gymnastics clothing were weaved. They were designed by two factors: fabric weaves and ratios of coolmax / nylon. Empirical results show that the ratios of coolmax / nylon have little effect on elastic recovery at certain elongation and the main influence factor is fabric weaves. 2+1 mock rib fabric performs best on elastic recovery, while mesh fabric performs worst.

Compared Chinese and English medical compression hosiery standards, it can conclude a rational medical compression stocking pressure index. By researching stretch property, twist and scanning electron microscopes, it turns out that elongation at break of lycra/ nylon double wrapped yarn is increasing with the increase of lycra denier. This phenomenon is obvious at the beginning, and then it will level off. Breaking strength and breaking force is increasing with the increase of nylon denier. The increase of yarn twist makes yarn construction tight, thus double wrapped yarn is covered better and not easy to expose the yarn core.

This paper mainly studies the influence of fabric structure and the content of Outlast fiber on the effects of temperature adjusting performance of seamless temperature-regulating knitted fabric. The experiment knitted 9 seamless temperature-regulating knitted fabrics with three kinds of structures and ratios of Outlast/viscose and tested the true effect of temperature adjusting of them on four parts of upper body when ambient temperature suddenly changed by using the sweating fabric manikinwater. The experimental results show that it will improve the comprehensive temperature adjusting property of the seamless temperature-regulating knitted garment , if its structure separately in bosom, abdomen, dorsum and arm is respectively weft plain, 3+1 rib, pile stitch and weft plain containing 25%,50%,50% and 25% amount of Outlast fiber respectively.

The study selects cylinder cloth which weaved by seamless fabric common materials as experimental samples, measures compressed thickness, bending length, extensibility, bending rigidity and etc index of fabrics, uses the stereotyped pleat recovery angle to characterize the setting effect. According to the experimental data, using statistical methods to analyze the correlation of these indicators and setting effects, ultimate goal is to improve fabric dimensional stability whatever wearing or stored, to provide a reference for optimizing the seamless fabric stereotypia. Results show that there is a close correlation between compression properties T2, T100, drape performance F0, shear stiffness G and stereotyped pleat recovery Angle.

This paper selected 10 kinds of fabrics of thermal underwear, which are the representatives on the market; carried out tests on the fabric properties (thickness, density, the gram per square meter, etc.) and the fabric wearability (permeability, water vapor permeability, wicking height, insulation and antistatic properties, etc.); analyzed these data by using SPSS, finding out the factors which effect the warmth, moisture permeability, air permeability, etc, as well as the relationship between these factors. This article evaluated fabric wearability comprehensively by using concentrated reflection method and function value evaluation method to select the proper fabrics of thermal underwear under different conditions. The results of this research can be a good reference of thermal underwear fabric selection for enterprises.

Hypertension or aortic stenosis causes pressure overload, which evokes hypertrophic myocardial growth. Sustained cardiac hypertrophy eventually progresses to heart failure. Growing evidence indicates that restraining hypertrophy could be beneficial; here, we discovered that FTY-720, an immunomodulator for treating multiple sclerosis, can reverse existing cardiac hypertrophyfibrosis.

Weft pulling weave structure on double segmentation method of two-sided velvet fabric is studied based on single-shuttle loom. Through reasonable weave design, raw materials of warp and weft yarn selection and finishing process, adopting inner pile formed technology of double-cutting process and outer pile formed technology of weft pulling, the monolayer two-sided velvet fabric is developed. That product with comfortable and novel style will broad the application of silk velvet fabric on home textile and clothing and provide certain guiding significant on velvet product development.

Nicardipine is a dihydropyridine-type Ca2+channel blocker with a powerful antihypertensive activity and a unique cerebrovascular profile. Recent studies have examined nicardipine for the treatment of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH), but have shown inconsistent results. In the current study, a meta-analysis was performed to assess the clinical effectiveness of nicardipine in the prevention of cerebral vasospasm in patients who had suffered from aneurysmal SAH. Medline, EMBASE, and PubMed databases were searched for the controlled trials evaluating nicardipine for treating SAH after a ruptured aneurysm, without language restrictions. Moreover, a manual search of the bibliographies of relevant articles was also conducted. Two researchers of the present study independently performed the literature search and the data extraction. The meta-analyses were performed using the software RevMan 4.2.10 (provided by the Cochrane Collaboration, Oxford, UK). Five published manuscripts involving 1,154 patients were included in this meta-analysis. Nicardipine infusion reduced the risk of poor outcome (death, vegetative state, or dependency) and mortality, with an odds ratio (OR) of 0.58 [95 % confidence interval (CI) 0.37–0.90] and 0.45 (95 % CI 0.15–1.29), respectively. Mechanical Biological Treatment Process of MSW is a new garbage disposal technology for the main purpose to improve the efficiency of garbage sorting. Malodorous gas, namely provisions to limit emissions of the emitted pollutant discharge standard was collected and analyzed, and 64 major VOCs emissions in the process of MBT were also analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that, First, odor concentration of the top ten odorous substances of VOCs in MSW were successively toluene, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride, methyl ethyl ketone, xylene, styrene, 1,2- dichloropropane, trichlorethylene, ethylbenzene, trimethylbenzene, Accounted for 93.57% of the volume of total VOCs. Therefore, the above VOCs were key control object during MBT process; Second, at trommel link of Mechanical separation process, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, carbon disulfide, dimethyl sulfide odor concentration were higher 11.67%, 3.8%, 25.42%, 128.93% compared to artificial selection as background value; Third, during biological treatment processes, NH3, H2S were the main control substances. ketones was detected in the end of the biological treatment, indicating that local anaerobic reactor engendered in the composting process. Therefore, proper ventilating was needed to control VOCs production and release in biological process.
